As Silicon Valley is  abuzz this holiday season  reconstructing Donald Trump's win in the recent Presidential election, and how a Trump presidency could impact the legal system ,  most are aware of the media's major miss on Bill Cosby's sexual abuse history   which exploded along side public outrage over  Judge Persky's sentencing of Stanford rapist Brock Turner.

Jane and John Q   are ramping up this  holiday season speculating  how  Silicon Valley court cases  might impact  a  2020 Presidential Election.

In Palo  Alto  Stanford University students and alum wondered how an election pitting two of there own; David Cheriton v.  Michele Dauber would  play out. .

Silicon Valley HR and PR consultants are giddy over the possible  political twists that could manipulate  public trust in the judiciary by making appointees focus on    text messaging security and cyberbullying laws with strategic   appointments that  could be supported with large campaign  contributions from Silicon Valley icons such as Netflix.

Silicon Valley's legal community is reported to be running  algorithms for  outcomes with  Bill Cosby , Stanford Rapist Brock Turner, and former 49er Ray McDonald  candidates running against Judge  Persky,  or Judge Mills,  additional variables  include local Judges Mary Ann Grilli , Rise Jones- Pichon, Vincent Chiarello and James Towery, widely known as the most morally and ethically compromised  judicial child abusers in  California's family court cases.

Jane and John Q do admit to having insider information and an incredibly tenacious group of investigators, researchers and contributors, but it doesn't take ethically challenged rocket scientists or tech titans   to see how America's courts, operated in American communities like Silicon Valley  have fostered  a path right to the White House's front door.

As  Silicon Valley's media contemplates the  rage over Judge Persky's ruling in the Brock Turner  Stanford rape case, a few are beginning  to pay any attention to the women and children victims of former 49er Ray Mc Donald  or  Stanford  Billionaire Professor David Cheriton and countless other victims who have been silenced by a more than questionable Santa Clara County court system.

As  Stanford academics debated the impact of  Professor Michele Duaber dedicating all of her academic collateral  to get Judge Persky recalled, many  wonder about the lack of ability of Stanford's legal community to shed light on judges awarding custody to known alcoholics, child abusers and thief's , with known ethics violations swirling. .

We tolerate outlandish conduct in nearly every aspect of our modern lives. Our press chases the nation's headlines sensations, while they ignore local stories that eclipse those of much greater significance to communities throughout Silicon Valley.

As the John Q staff wondered what a 2020 Presidential Election might look like , they had to look no further than Contra Costa , Santa Clara, Sacramento and San Mateo family courts , where long lines, missing paperwork and ethically challenged judges are elected or appointed in family law cases as a matter of routine. .
