Despite her reportedly steamy sexual relationship with now District Attorney Jeff Rosen, and her violation of local rules and professional code of conduct standards as a lawyer, Vanessa Zecher has been outed by court insiders tired of the flagrant sex scandals running rampant in the family law community , as parents are being criminalized, children are being harmed and a core group of lawyers are making obscene sum of money from Silicon Valley divorce and custody cases.
On October 18, 2017 a former client of Zecher, and 1985 Emmy Award winning producer of Men Who Molest, wrote a letter to Zecher, demanding her resignation from the Santa Clara County bench, and demanding Jeff Rosen investigate Zecher and others for crimes. The woman writing the complaint is now a Sonoma County resident , but was declared vexatious in Santa Clara County after she tried to complain about Zecher and family court corruption and a culture that tolerated sexual abuse and harm to children.
As Anonymous Whistleblowers reported that Judge Zecher would be taking the place of Judge Lucas during Santa Clara County's Public Safety and Justice Committee Meeting on October 18, 2017, several members of the public and press sought to make public comments to bring family court issues to the attention of the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors. During the meeting several members of the public made comments related to the problems in the family courts where people protesting, picketing and complaining about judges and family court issues had been threatened , harassed and intimidated as a result.
Ironically, one speaker referred to Zecher's historical connections to the DA's office, where Zecher appeared to non verbally agree with the speaker that she (Zecher) had frequently referred to a former attorney from the prosecutor's office, Alan Nudelman, as "daddy". Zecher , like so many other female lawyers, now turned judge appear to have been making her way up the judicial ladder on her back, and by joining a culture that remains committed to silence where sexual misconduct runs rampant in the legal community.
Zecher is reported to have engaged in sexual relationships with Rosen while she presided over the Sierra La Mar Criminal case, which Rosen is now using for reelection purposes.
Men and Women across Silicon Valley are outraged that the justice system appears to have been being run by core groups of unscrupulous lawyers and judges in charge of freedom, property and safety of children, while they openly engage in improper sexual and financial relationships.
Rosen's office continues to try to block investigations into misconduct related to his handling of the Audrie Pott suicide matter and his misconduct in the Emily Doe rape case involving Stanford rapists Brock turner. In those cases Rosen appears to have used law enforcement and judges to first frame Saratoga High School students, and then use court reporters , lying cops and judges to obtain the outcome Rosen needed in the Potts , Doe and Sierra La Mar Cases, to help him remain in office,
Rosen's history with attorneys like Nat Hales. James Towery, Bradford Baugh, Valerie Houghton, James Mc Manis, Walter Hammon, Dennis Luca, Valerie Houghton, Hector Moreno, Marilyn Moreno, Allan Nudelman, John Chase, Robert Allard and Mark Erickson show Rosen has falsely imprisoned innocent parties and released guilty abusers through selective procesution that benefits his political career, protects judges and conceals police misconduct in a manner that continues to harm the public and Silicon Valley children.
Judges in Santa Clara County routinely refused to admit evidence, unfairly divide property, unlawfully award support, steal children and act mainly to pay attorneys. The worst of these include Judge James Towery, Judge Stuart Scott, Judge Greenwood, and Judge Pegg.
Leaked information from inside the DA's office shows Rosen became physically and verbally abusive as investigations got too close to him , telling one member of the public to "f*ck off" and startling a cafeteria employee who observed Rosen's behavior,
Rosen is said to have protected himself further , giving kickbacks and favors to media outlets including the San Jose Mercury, where reporter Tracy Kaplan is given a free office to give Rosen a free pass , or write the narrative that assures reelection.
Reports that Judge Scott openly engaging in sexual relationships with members of Rosen's office are more than just rumor and appear to be the reason Judge Stuart Scott was moved to family court, following discipline from the Commission on Judicial Performance, early in his career as a Santa Clara County judge.
Rosen's office has also been covering up corruption involving the San Jose Police and Santa Clara County Sheriff , law enforcement agencies from Los Gatos to San Jose acting like Nazi police as they perform welfare checks on protestor's elderly family members and threaten to deportation immigrants who protest family courts , or post online about family court judges and bailiffs.
Rosen is also selectively using immigration issues to benefit his political career, which could cost the county millions in federal grant forfeitures.
Rosen's office is also reported to be intentionally tainting cases like the criminal indictment of Valerie Houghton , where an anonymous source report Rosen intends to make sure the charges against Houghton are ultimately dropped. Houghton is reportedly well connected to Santa Clara Family Courts, and has been the mistress of James Towery, as Towery acted as the Chief Trial Counsel at the State Bar and now Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge.
Insiders explained that Rosen ready to , and has falsified court records, including transcripts, through his political and financial connections. Additionally, Rosen has openly instructed his staff to assure evidence is suppressed from the Public Defender, and private lawyers representing clients. One such lawyer is Alan Nudelman, who engaged in a sexual relationship with a client while assuring charges against her would be dropped , given the "dirt" Nudelman had on Rosen and his predecessor, Dennis Kennedy.
The issues in family courts are seeping into criminal courts and investigations as to how public money, and resources may have been used to falsely imprison, bankrupt and humiliate Silicon Valley citizens continues to expand.
