Bail Reform Clears Jails: Make Room for Attorneys!SEE RICO FILED HERE Bail Reform has dried up money jails and courts collect from the poor and now a new source of funds appears to be possible for courts and big law firms willing to take on RICO cases connected with family law middle class divorce, custody and probate cases. During a secret, closed-door emergency conference held in Las Vegas last weekend, executives from the special interests for the courts and prison guard unions, decided that the only group of people the public hates more than murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and drug addicts are crooked family law lawyers. Backroom deals with Judges and District Attorneys across California appear to be urgently pressed to ensure their profits continue. Because many family law lawyers have become filthy rich from stealing the estates, college funds, and income from hard-working families and children, the bail amounts can be “set very high,” said one bail bondsman. It is estimated that the bail amount that can be set for one white collar family law attorney could easily replace 500 blue collar criminals, making it a much more lucrative practice for bail bonds companies. Sanctions, bonds and other fees for contempt are also a windfall for courts and prisons seeking more to fund government jobs that properly operate a fair and functioning legal system. One prison guard said she is looking forward to the change in the prison population because family law attorneys are “total wusses” when the tables are turned on them and "it's funny watching them eat prison food after dining on grass-fed steaks and $500 bottles of wine that were supposed to be kids college funds." Contra Costa County just a named a new District Attorney, Diane Becton, who was a Superior Court Judge in Contra Costa for 22 years. After being one of the county’s first African American judges, she is now the county’s first female, African American district attorney and is replacing former DA Mark Peterson, who was ousted after being indicted on 13 felony counts over the summer for perjury and campaign finance fraud. Becton knows the dirt on the judges she used to share a bench with and now it is open season for her to go hunting for them and dirty lawyers they ignored for decades. Becton is a proponent of bail reform and is reportedly looking forward to the new lawyer targeting program, which will also greatly reduce the number of federal lawsuits being filed against the courts and county agencies due to the rampant corruption and trafficking of children through family courts. CJP Director Victoria Henley (who resigned in December 2017) is now being publicly thrashed by the mainstream media, including by the Editorial Board of the San Francisco Chronicle, State Auditor, and state legislators. A prominent Orange County attorney who specializes in RICO and complex civil litigation lawsuits told Q after reviewing the lawsuit, “I’ve never seen the RICO statute used like that before, but it’s well done and I think it’s going to stick. If those allegations are true and I were the Defendants I’d be terrified that kind of dirty laundry was going in front of a federal judge.” A RICO has been filed against Hector Moreno in Santa Clara County and more are expected filed against Bradford Baugh, Nat Hales and Valerie Houghton in the coming months. More RICO suits are expected. Top contenders who are up at bat include Debra Crawford, the lawyer who married her client’s former husband, then used the Monterey family courts with Katherine Dorest to get DVROs against her former client in an unethical set up clearly designed to get her former client in jail and her new husband out of support payments. Such would shamefully enrich the life of Ms. Crawford Annis , whose husband Dr. Annis, was charged with felony charges, after misusing his medical license. With RICO cases being filed in federal court and district attorney’s clinging to their jobs and bar cards, Jeff Rosen of Santa Clara County and Tony Rackauckas or Orange County are next up for scrutiny for their failures in addressing family law crooks for decades. Santa Clara Family Law Attorney Brad Baugh is also top of the RICO list, having worked with lawyers like Nat Hales, and Valerie Houton as well as accountants that include Sally White, James Butera and real estate agents like Patty Filice and Michael Frangadakis, where Baugh has exhibited a 30 year history using the Los Gatos police and Santa Clara County Sherriff trying to jail opposing spouses in his divorce case. Baugh has only taken on cases where big money is at play and where he has earned millions in fees by filing false liens on properties, making false DV claims, false claims of abuse against innocent parents and by committing fraud on the court to create confusion and controversy in what should be simple divorce cases. Baugh has been shuttling cash to judges, court reporters and other lawyers to get outcomes in family law cases that are not possible under the law, and the state Bar and judges like Ryan, Lucas, Towery , Zayner, Woodhouse, Folan, Emede and Grilli have violated their obligations under the law to report lawyers like Baugh. Other family law enterprises ripe for RICO include cases that use Dr. Rebecca Bailey, Dorcy Pruter, Dr. Childress, Dr. Randy Rand, Valerie Houghton, Leslie Packer, John Orlando, Michael Sullivan, Ken Perlmutter , Phil Stahl, Susan Stahl and Teri Johnson. When combined with unethical CPAs like James Butera , Michael Thompson, Sally White, Donald Glenn and David Barcklay, who have worked alongside family lawyers in divorces where custody can be created into a huge dispute, these lawyers and so called experts appear willing to break laws, act negligently and commit fraud on courts that results in sending one spouse to jail, taking property from innocent spouses and sending children to be exclusively raised by child abusers and alcoholics, conduct that has become intolerable for the public. The State Bar has been slow to protect the public from crooked family law attorneys, ignoring the vast majority of viable State Bar complaints, and using funds intended to prosecute bad lawyers to drink and hold parties where family law lawyers are celebrated as the new high earners in a profession that once dismissed these same lawyers as modern- day – ambulance chasers. Recently the State Bar disbarred two lawyers , Jill Easter and her husband Kent. It took years and felony convictions to disbar these two crooked lawyers, who were willing to plant drugs on a victim in an effort to imprison an innocent victim, simply to get a litigation advantage in court. The conduct of lawyers like this is criminal. Violations of penal codes , that district attorneys like Mark Peterson, Tony Rackauckas and Jeff Rosen have ignored for years. If Lawyers like the Easters can be jailed and disbarred for planting drugs on innocent litigants , what should happen to the lawyers who lie and misuse their status as officers of the court to jail and rob opposing parties of their children and their property in simple divorce cases? #Jail4DebraCrawford #Jail4BradBaugh #Jail4NancyPerkovich #Jail4TomTuttle #Jail4PaulaSalinger #Jail4TomTuttle #Jail4MarilynMoreno #Jail4KatherineDorset #Jail4ValerieHoughton #Jail4JohnKesecker #Jail4DanielCantrell #Jail4StaceyStevens #Jail4WalterHammon #Jail4JeffRosen #Jail4DanielCantrell #Jail4StaceyStevens #Jail4HectorMoreno Above are hashtags floating around the internet- as public pressure and social media noise continues to mount over unethical family lawyers using divorce cases to earn fees through criminal conduct. Much of the blame for what family law has become rests on the shoulders of California judges, all who seem to turn a blind eye to fraud and attorney misconduct such that it has become so woven into our legal system that it will be impossible to flush out until lawyers are jailed and stripped of their income and property , being held accountable for how they have harmed so many innocent families and children while earning millions in fees. Maybe seeing the lawyers and other family court crooks served with RICO complaints during upscale events like Danville’s Concours D’Elegance, will finally shock judges into doing their jobs. And maybe the State Bar will finally do its job and disbar these crooked family lawyers.

Brad Baugh should be held accountable for using his role in divorce cases to perpetuate child abuse, to steal money and real estate and for inflicting severe emotional distress on innocent people. #SoledadBrad

I'm a Master Electrician and business owner that had to flee the U.S 14 months ago because of all the false arrest and harassment from the family court. I have ample proof of their wrongdoings....

I dealt with a probate crook named James Paulsen who I hear is turning tricks in the family department of the Contra Costa County Superior Court. Is Paulsen involved in child trafficking or is he skimming off the top of bribe money going to Contra Costa Judges? His hands are dirty.

Holy shitballs, mate. Jim Paulsen, he's still there? Last I heard he was responsible for multiple children being sent to live with pedophiles and violent abusers. Is Jim Paulsen directly (or indirectly) involved with child pornography? Or does he just hate women and girls, which is why he is so obviously biased and ruins their lives?

Were you in probate court where you lost your daughter? I noticed that attorney Carolyn Cain attened JFK University. Someone is investigating JFK to see what their linkage is to the crony Contra Costa Bar Association, the AFCC, and kickbacks for forced adoptions and child trafficking in CCC. Do you know if Jim Paulson is doing anything with child pornography? Does Paulson have young kids?

Yes. The case involving my daughter was held in Dept. 14 Probate with the Honorable (?) Sugiyama for over 6 years despite numerous requests to be transferred to Dependency Court. I would also like to add that I was never contacted by DCFS once throughout that time. Carolyn Cain (court appointed minors counsel) fought every-single-petition to have my case transferred to Dependency to the point where she even had Sugiyama sanction me to the tune of $2,500.

#jailstuartfishman - this guy treats every divorce case like a criminal case, plays every unethical game in the book to trick the courts, and gain favor with the judges in Santa Clara County. He's lied, harassed, negotiated in bad faith, lied to judges, allowed clients to file false statements, and even written false statements as Kech declarations in support of sanctions and attorney's fees, but yet is never held accountable. Just one of many.
