![]() September 11, 2016 became the day parents, grandparents and children formally came together for the untied purpose of changing America's family courts. Court reform activists in NY, PA , IL and CA have been vocal for years, their efforts often pressuring the Department Of Justice to uncover scandals such as the Kids for Cash scandal in PA, but the movement is more focused and organized today due to the willingness of individuals and business leaders to speak out. On the surface Kash Jackson appears to be just another Father's Right's advocate, primed to alienate mothers and set the stage for continued gender wars. Kash's message is different . Kash, a former Navy vet , served his country for 20 years, and was highly decorated when he found himself thrown into Illinois Family Courts. After Kash's children were legally kidnapped by the courts during his divorce , he began to question his lifetime of service fighting for America. Then Kash did what America trained him to do. He planned and he organized a team of fighters and set out to change the pain family courts are causing so many parents and children in a country he fought hard to defend and protect. On September 1 Kash set out across America , documenting his effort on social media. His journey bringing attention to a September 11th event in Washington DC, Kash was joined by mothers, fathers, grandparents and children who traveled by plane , train and bus to make sure their voices were heard. Kash, a decorated veteran, is using he inverted flag as a symbol for the violation of due process family courts feel free to impose in family law cases . In California, outrage over Judge Persky's six month sentencing of Stanford rapist has fueled efforts that is also brining attention to family court corruption. California's Silicon Valley has become ground zero for bringing attention to how unchecked judges and lawyers have been allowed to destroy the legal process for so many caught in divorces and custody cases. Silicon Valley Money now in Court Controversy When LinkedIn Founder Rich Hoffman joined the outrage over Perksy's sentencing of Brock Turner in the Stanford Rape Case, with a $25,000 donation to the effort to recall Judge Persky, he put Silicon Valley in the mix . Hoffman's donation turned attention to other Silicon Valley leaders, and activists are now calling on those leaders to help fix the family court system that impacts so many of their employees and stakeholders. Silicon Valley's prestigious universities also are fighting a PR nightmare as the Stanford Rape Case continues dominate headlines and fuel worldwide outrage over the lack of justice for victims in our modern and just legal system. Court insiders report judges in California are fighting back, their effort organized by powerful associations and impotent watchdog agencies. including the Commission on Judicial Performance and the State Bar. Financial scrutiny brought about by state audits is just the beginning of the pressure being applied to California's dysfunctional family courts. Judicial immunity is also finally being seriously questioned for family law cases, where lawyers are allowed to act as subordinate judicial officers. Members of Anonymous and investigative reporters have found judges and lawyers who appear willing to be using divorce cases to retaliate against whistleblowers including alienated mom, Kristi Beck, alienated father Michael Lazarin , CJP Whistleblower Joe Sweeney and State Bar Whistleblower Susan Bassi. The family law reform movement is gaining momentum. As more individuals and business leaders appear to be willing to speak up, Whistleblowers aren't being deterred or silenced. More family lawyers are also speaking up and even judges appear to be willing to break rank with a dysfunctional bench. Social Media is roaring and this issue does not appear to be going away this time. As members from Team California return from DC following the DC protests on 9-11-, many were headed directly to the press conference held by legally alienated biological parent Michael Lazarin, the dad whose daughter, Audrie Potts, was gang raped by her classmates in Saratoga, CA. Audrie's rapists then posted the rape on social media, in extreme cyber bullying. Audrie later committed suicide after being cyber bullied on social media . Her case led to changes in social media policies and brought the attention to Silicon Valley executives .Her father is blaming family courts for their role in legally alienating Audrie from her paternal relatives, leaving her emotionally damaged and unable to cope with the cyber bullying when it occurred many years later. The issue of Audrey living exclusively with her mother and stepfather during the tragedy, having been legally alienated from her biological father was a front burner issue in a press conference held at ground zero in Santa Clara County. Santa Clara County is ground zero for family court reform as Judge Persky's conduct resulted in new sentencing laws the Audie Potts case may bring about shared parenting laws and the misconduct of lawyer Nat Hales in the Marriage of Bassi may bring attention to the misconduct of family lawyers and how that conduct has harmed so many parents and children.
