Court Watchers: Attorney Reported Hit -And - Run on Reporter
Stacey Stevens, of Contra Costa Family Law, is the latest to join the ranks of lawyers who appear to be protecting criminals and pedophiles. Court Watchers reportedly following Stevens' cases claimed to have witnessed Stevens trying to run over a reporter who had been raising questions about unethical clients and possible links to sex trafficking and pedophilia rings.
Rings of what appear to be pedophiles and child abusers appear to be protected by family court judges and lawyers , which allows harm to children to persist in communities organizations like Little League and Boys Scouts of America.
On September 20th Stevens appeared in a custody case, where a father, Brain Krippendorf of Palo Alto , reportedly paid Stacey Stevens hundred of thousands of dollars to help hide secrets of alleged abuse,
Krippendorf was reportedly accused by a credible child advocate of abusing his own child.. Additionally Krippendorf was reported to be storing illegal drugs under a family couch , were a 3 year old had access and exposure to drugs.
Stevens appears to have used family courts to have third party custody evaluators, using willing to give full custody and control of two boys to a father, where no history of mental impairment or physical abuse appears where the mother is concerned, denying the mother 50-50 custody and forcing her to pay $75-$150/ hr. to see her own child.
Good and loving fathers are outraged by an appearance that family courts are using selective procesution and character assignation, employed by unethical lawyers, to gain litigation advantage and drive up costs of the average divorce and custody case.
In this case, Stevens, with reported ties to Steve Wagstaffe, in San Mateo county, appears to have used the courts to deprive a mother- child relationship for 7 years. This appears to be a similar outcome in cases where there is alleged sexual abuse, fraud or other criminal activity involved for divorcing, or separating parents.
Attorney Sarah Overton, of Cummings, McClorey , Davis and Acho , appears to be another female lawyer financially benefiting from defending judges and lawyers in cases where innocent parents have been willing to fight in state and federal court to protect children. Overton has defended crooks like James Towery, former Chief Trial Counsel of the State Bar, and even California's highest ranking judge, Tani G. Cantil- Sakauye.
Clearly present in Judge Haynes' courtroom, was the history of a case shows that Stevens lied to the judge when she declared the mother in that case mentally unfit, which would constitute a violation of Business and Professions Code 6068 and which would require Judge Haynes to act under Canon 3 D of California's Judicial Code of Ethics, which Haynes, a former Elkins Task Force member, refused to do .
Judge Haynes has been reported to be associated with pedophilia himself, conduct that raised concerns with his involvement at the Clayton Valley Little League Association. Haynes is also reported to have carried out sexual affairs with lawyers, affairs that may include Stacey Stevens (and other willing female lawyers who regularly appear in his court, and at Contra Costa County Bar Association gatherings).
During the custody hearing, Judge Haynes heard evidence presented that indicated a child was at risk of death. Photos , videos and nurse eyewitness testimony revealed that while in the father's exclusive care and control, the child appears to be exhibiting only a 4% BMI with more than an appearance of a failure to thrive. A fact that concerned mothers and fathers sufficiently to phone Judge Haynes' court , and to appear as court watchers in Pittsburg. A media request was also made in the hearing, which was denied by Judge Haynes.
Krippendorf appears to have been allowed to use money obtained from his parents and earned through unscrupulous dealings in the hacking and tech arena to pay Stevens and effectively silence and remove the mother from the child's life , for the last 7 years .
For her pay, Stevens used the widely accepted practice of getting a family court to appoint a 730 evaluator and have the mother placed on supervised visits, controlled and dictated entirely by Krippendorf.
Judge Haynes, a former member of the Elkins Task Force, appears to be more biased and unwilling to apply the law where the protection of children is concerned. Or where perhaps his sexual interests rest.
A reporter investigating sex crimes of children subject to family court proceedings attempted to question Stevens after the hearing, when she was reportedly injured after Stevens attempted to run her over. The incident was captured on video by a group of concerned citizens and court watchers. Stevens is being reported to the State Bar and the video is being reviewed for possible criminal investigation.
During the hearing, Stevens represented Krippendorf against a self represented mother. The child's grandmother, a registered nurse with 44 years of experience at Kaiser and John Muir hospital , testified over concerns related to the child's health and well being. Haynes said he didn't find the grandmother credible after the grandmother admitted she loved her daughter.
What Judge Haynes did note he found credible, was , Krippendorf's claim that the grandmother had tried to poison him and had additionally offered to buy the children for $50,000 and $10,000. Krippendorf, who looks like a sinister Baby Huey, sat snickering and confident in court. HE appeared to be the parent lacking credibility when compared to the self represented mother , according to over 20 court watchers who were present in Judge Hayne's courtroom that day.
Judge Haynes, a former member of the Elkins Task Force, disagreed with 20 reasonable citizens. The hearing appeared to be nothing more than a Kangaroo court. Haynes, who is rumored to be having an affair with Stevens, ruled once again in favor of Steven's client , which denied a pro se mother the right to fight to protect her child from what others describe as nothing short of sexual and mental abuse.
Stevens is suspected to be one more lawyer caught up in an underground legal system where 730 custody experts, private judges, Special Masters, CPAs and others cater to the family law community and are able to use the legal system to hide both men and woman who engage in illegal activity and harm to children.
Protective Mothers and Fathers are working underground networks themselves, where they are planning to expose sex trafficking, child abuse and other crimes that persist in California's Family Law cases .
Stevens like Tom Tuttle, Bradford Baugh, Valerie Houghton, Richard Roggia, Nat Hales, Marily Moreno, Lynne Yates Carter, Hector Moreno, Steve Wagstaffe, Jeff Rosen, Sarah Overton, Daniel Cantrell, Debra Crawford, Nancy Perkovich, Bob Blevans , Katherine Dorest appear to have folks inside at the State Bar, that allows attorney misconduct to continue to run rampant, and where most family law judges look the other way.
Contra Costa County is not alone. In Solano County Judge Carringer appears to be suddenly recusing from cases involving Daniel Cantrell, another Contra Costa divorce lawyer who appears to be misusing the legal system and making false claims of abuse to gain an advantage in what should be otherwise simple divorce cases.
In Santa Clara County lawyers like Bradford Baugh have been trafficking kids and protecting sex abusers since at least 1990, where Judge Stewart, Judge Grilli , Judge Towery, Judge Zecher, Judge Scott , Judge Folan and Judge Greenwood appear to be tolerating attorney misconduct that protects abusers. Cases involving Baugh consistently show 730 experts like John Orlando, Michael Kerner, Dr. Perlmutter, Valerie Houghton and Leslie Packer, harming children by using the family courts to deprive those children of a loving parent , while placing the children in the hands of known alcoholics and sex abusers.
In Orange County law firms such as Seastrom and Seastrom, appear to be allowing lawyers including Tom Tuttle to work with David Weinberg and a ring of pedophile protectors that include Dr. Rebecca Bailey. Phil Stahl, Dr. Randy Rand, Dorcy Pruter and organizations like Transitioning Families, and Family Bridges, to steal children from protective parents and give children to physical and mental abusers , in return for profits.
Children from these divorce and custody cases are growing up and are now are using websites such as this one, Facebook, Snap Chat and Twitter to connect with other children and their own parents. These connections appear to have caused an increase in criminal and federal lawsuits against counties that reasonably knew these patterns existed in family courts, yet did nothing to protect parents and children.
Judges are reportedly worried and the State Bar is reported to be shredding documents related to misconduct of lawyers who are slotted to become, or have become judges.
