#NeverAgain  and #METOO Collide in Silicon Valley Domestic Violence Family Court Cases

Students are now ramping up the pressure to do what the adults couldn't get done where guns and domestic violence are concerned in California's communities and courts.

Silently children have been suffering for decades, fearful they could be shot or abused   as mandated reporters in cash flush Silicon Valley's schools, courts and Child Protective Agencies fail to protect kids at home and in school from gun violence, emotional distress and harm.

Young people are calling on elected officials to step up and do something about the silent epidemic  that has been labeled domestic violence. An epidemic  that has caused thousands of men, women and children to suffer, creating a ticking emotional time bomb waiting to explode in the heart of the tech and social media birthplace.

A deep investigation reveals that Silicon Valley's law enforcement agencies have been complicit in removing guns from homes where family courts have identified domestic violence.

Women have jumped from the freeways, children have been killed by their own fathers, and fraud is so rampant that checked out judges spend more time calculating fees for favored lawyers than calculating  federally mandated child support for area children.

Most alarming is how Silicon Valley consistently fails to protect women and children from violence. And not because victims haven't been speaking out , or reaching out to help to groups NOT associated with area lawyers and courts.

At a recent Santa Clara County Supervisor meeting, supervisors were warned that the county's courts , receiving millions in state and federal grants, consistently fail to remove the guns from people charged with domestic violence.

In an area where DVROS are given out like candy to poor and self- represented, wealthy 49ers, business tycoons and lawyers committing domestic violence walk away without even a hand slap.  Even more disturbing is the number of law enforcement officers known to be violent , who are allowed to remain on the job, where they are willing to ignore real abuse and impose it with immunity their jobs assure.

Former 49er Ray Mc Donald reportedly clicked a gun to frighten the mother of his child. When SWAT knocked down Mc Donald's door after a 5th allegation of violence against women since arriving in the valley, law enforcement officers joked with Mc Donald and never attempted to make sure his home, across the street from a elementary school, was gun free.

A San Jose police officer, living in Gilroy,  killed his wife and then himself when she told him she was filing for divorce. The Santa Clara County DA's office never investigated the law enforcement culture that led to such a violent ending for a Gilroy family, but at the same time  prosecutor Stuart Scott had no problem engaging in misconduct to convict a Hispanic male of murder, using lies to do so.

Stuart Scott was never disciplined by the trial court judge, the Sixth District Court of Appeal , and by the time he was blasted by a federal court, he was elevated to a Santa Clara County Family Law Court, where he has used law enforcement agencies and the DA's office to pay back favors and ignore real domestic violence.

Women in Silicon Valley are tired of violence against them being used as a bargaining chip and FOR- PROFIT  gain in counties and courts.

A RICO against Santa Clara County is rumored to be long overdue, but coming. It could cost the county billions for creating a culture of abuse.

Cindy Chavez , who supported and endorsed Sheriff Laurie Smith  is late to the party  and as the county's only elected female Supervisor is not likely to survive her  next election.

Mike Wasserman, who also endorsed violence with his political clout,  and is  reportedly facing an ANTI-Endorsement campaign as he runs for reelection of District 4, which reaches from Gilroy to Los Gatos, communities subject to increased violence against women and children.

Santa Clara County's  Victim Services unit is also being  investigated for consistently failing to provide support and services to victims of domestic violence , as millions in state and federal funds have gone missing from the unit, which recently was taken in udder the Jeff Rosen's District Attorney Office.

Students who endured the county's family courts and complicit fidusaries are reportedly rallying behind the #NEVERAGIN movement, trying to bring change,  and  conducting research through  social media.

Don't underestimate these pissed off youngsters, they may be able to effect change more than the Russian interference in a Presidential campaign.
