Update: One day after this post, Ehrlich removed the video from YouTube, destroying evidence of his crime. Five victims  had captured the video before it was destroyed, one version is reposted here. 

Silicon Valley divorce lawyers have become so confident that they will be ignored by the State Bar that they are now taking to social media in demonstrations that violate every aspect of lawyer ethics and duties. Shame on Ehrlich.  This video only had 203 views when Q posted it, demonstrating the Mitchell Ehrlich  isn't even very good at illegal advertising.  There are other pornographic videos Ehrlich has produced as well, leading to demands that he be immediately disbarred. 

Two years ago a group of photographers captured divorce lawyers associated with the Santa Clara County Bar Association mocking people emotionally embroiled in Silicon Valley divorce cases. Lawyers and judges openly sang about all the money they steal as they separate and destroy families across the county. 

The culture these lawyers have created, has  allowed them to emotionally abuse, sexually harass and outright steal from clients in one of the most corrupt family courts in the state. 

Judge James Towery, former Chief Trial Counsel, of the State Bar,  is responsible for much of this culture. Known for having three divorces himself, Towery was caught at a law firm cheating on his wife, when her father owned that firm. That divorce was silently and quickly settled. Towery has been retaliating against women ever since. 

Female lawyers are consistently awarded less in legal fees before Towery, and if they refuse his sexual advances, they earn even less. 

Judge Stuart Scott, a close friend of Towery's, was seen taking cash payments from Deputy Jack Solario, payments concealed as court reporter fees, but designed for special protection, and sexual favor payouts. 

Fed up with these harassing Judges, a group of court staffers have secretly recorded James Towery calling women lawyers, and litigants " sluts" , " gold-diggers "  and other disparaging names. These recordings are being secretly slipped to trusted family court reform advocates. 

Towery's gender bias is so flagrant that women litigants and lawyers report dressing provocatively to get favorable rulings,  and attorney fees awards,  in his court.  

Towery has also been caught taking bribes of 49er tickets, loan refinancing on his homes through money laundering schemes and  kickbacks  through Hoge Fenton, criminal activity that has been protected by the district attorney, who used Towery in his reelection campaigns. 

Attorney Mitchell Ehrlich, of Lonich & Patton, has been receiving "protection" from Towery and the State Bar, after Ehrlich was known to draft private settlement agreements that concealed Towery's , and other judicial officer's  misdeeds. 

Ehrlich has been seen in local bars owned by lawyer John Conway, where lawyers reportedly arrange  " dates " for James Towery, Stuart Scott, Mark Pierce, and other male lawyers, with women Ehrlich knows are being used in sex trafficking rings.

Q has learned that a group of female clerks, paralegals and lawyers are joining forces  to bring a sexual harassment law suit that may snare  hundreds of law firms, and  lawyers, in litigation that could not only get these lawyers disbarred, but stands to permanently damage their careers.

A so- called public meeting  where Judge Lucas was scheduled to speak was canceled last month  and has yet to be rescheduled as judges and local lawyers dig in to try to influence local elections and stop the embarrassment they faced following the recall of Judge Aaron Persky last June.

As the Santa Clara County Courts prepare to announce new judicial assignments in family court, members of the local Bar association are abuzz with the usual gossip and brown- nosing that will earn them more in fee awards. 

Controversial Judge Pegg is flagged to take over from Judge Emede when it comes to presiding over the county's family court.  Judge Emede began withdrawing from county political committees as members of the pubic began to protest the court and blast judges during public comments. 

Judge James Towery is not scheduled to be rotated out of family court, despite an active  investigation into judicial misconduct underway with the Commission on Judicial Performance. Towery is also named in connection with an Antirust complaint with the California Supreme Court, where documentary evidence suggests Towery has been using the bench to help lawyers launder money through their trust accounts. 

Divorce attorneys Lynne Yates Carter, and Bradford Baugh have reportedly been working backroom deals with Silicon Valley tech executives to scrub the internet in order to help improve Towery's image, and income from the law firm Hoge Fenton. 

Towery is also being sued by a father who claims Towery helped felony indicted attorney Valerie Houghton with an underground scheme designed to steal money from parents involved in custody cases. 

Judge Mary Ann Grilli is reportedly continuing to haunt the hallways of the Santa Clara County family courthouse, [osing  as a settlement conference officer, whom Judge Cynthia Lie reported has been " ineffective in managing the lawyers". 

Judge Weinstein is returning to family court, and is reportedly taking notes from James Towery on how to make money by rigging divorce cases that Weinstein could not do in his prior criminal court assignment. 

Judge Patricia Lucas is reportedly cracking after her two years as the county's presiding judge. She told fellow judicial officers, and local lawyers,  that  public pressure and the mounting criticism she got following Scott Largent's comments as she sat on the Judicial Council, has ruined her career and ability to continue to allow the rigging of divorce cases that benefited so many local lawyers. 

Divorce lawyer Walter Hammon, who was disbarred for stealing client money,  and who reportedly has a drug addiction problem, is banking on the election of Susan Ellenberg, a close friend of Hammon's who is running for Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors, and who would likely block efforts to prosecute Hammon if he were caught up in the current antitrust activity that is being reported to the California Supreme Court.

Ellenberg reportedly had a hand in canceling the public meeting where Walter's son, Patrick Hammon,  was slated to speak after rumors indicated protestors planned to heckle the meeting and the judges who appeared. 

Judge Hayashi was reportedly ranting in court after she learned she would not get the assignment she requested.

At a recent cancer fundraising  drive at the residence of a prominent tech exec on Daves Avenue in Los Gatos, Hayashi was overheard complaining how protestors had tarnished  her political image, based on her connection to Judge Drew Takaichi through  the Korean community. 

Judge Drew Takaichi is being investigated for case rigging in cases involving certain lawyers, including Richard Falcone, whom Takaichi acted with on the Santa Clara University Law Review. Takaichi also has issued rulings in cases that involved public corruption connected to Los Gatos real estate, as a kickback to area lawyers, and Judge Hayashi, a Los Gatos resident. 

Lawyers Bradford Baugh and Liz Goodley are also reportedly connected to real estate scams through Red Carpet Realty , where Valerie Houghton had connections as she acted as custody expert under the radar for Bradford Baugh's partners. 

Judge Amber Rosen, who has decorated her juvenile court with stuffed animals,  has reportedly settled into the new courthouse with a warm welcome from fellow family court judges, as her prior contacts at the Department of Justice, and her marriage to District Attorney Jeff Rosen continues to assure  family court judges that they will be free from criminal prosecution. 

Litigants  outside Rosen's  court have begun complaining of further appearance of judicial corruption and many report  Rosen appears to be wiling to protect Judge Tondreau, who  has destroyed so many local children in his court, using relationships with divorce attorney Rebekah Frye to do so. 

Commissioner Irwin Joseph has been heard spying on litigants in private judging cases he obtained through Donelle Morgan's firm. Morgan has been known to tell clients she could get Joseph to do anything she wants.  Irwin Joseph has been part of the family court corruption since he reportedly became related by marriage to former Santa Clara County prosecutor Alan Nudelman.  

Judge Rudy and Judge Huber are reportedly being shuffled out based on their connection to case culture that is being viewed as intolerable in the #metoo movement. 

Judge Franco, who made some fair rulings, has reportedly bucked to pressure from the gang led by Judge James Towery, and is out of family court next year. 

Judge Stuart Scott is reportedly lying low under the protection of Jeff Rosen. Judge Scott  will remain in family court where he is reportedly continuing to rig divorce cases initially heard by Judge Mary Ann Grilli. 

Cindy Hendrickson, who was elevated to the bench after Judge Persky was recalled, is reportedly stuck in family court, as a punishment for not supporting the NO RECALL efforts of her fellow judges. Many claim she will be hard-pressed to shed her prosecutor culture as she presides over family court issues. 

The court's top management will boast Judge Ryan, a judge who told Patricia Lucas she didn't even know how to use the court's computer system just last year. Ryan will be supported by Judge Zayner, a judge who has been known to be assigned to cases involving local protestors, and those critical of the courts. 

Earlier this week, Zayner failed to comply with the Code of Judicial Ethics, after county Counsel Michael Rossi failed to make an appearance in a case where a self-represented father appeared in a civil matter . In that matter taxpayers have paid for  Supervisor Cindy Chavez, and Supervisor  Dave Cortese,  to obtain  restraining orders against a father,  to prevent him from speaking out about how his family was destroyed by the rulings of Judge Aaron Persky and the misdeeds of DA Jeff Rosen. 

Sadly, Judge Zayner appears to already be onboard with letting lawyers break the law, while parents seeking a simple divorce are punished  for violating the smallest rule. 

The corruption in Santa Clara County divorce courts is being exposed as divorce lawyers with lose lips, secret relationships with judges, and a history secreted from the public gradually begins to become known.

 For decades the leadership in California's  court system has labeled people critical of the courts as " disgruntled", or unhappy with their legal outcomes. Turns out those disgruntled parents were right, the system was corrupt. 

After years of focusing on the He Said. She Said aspect of divorce cases, public attention is now turning to what individual judges, CPS workers and private divorce lawyers are doing to families in the name of the law. 


                              Supervised Visitation Scam  & Scandal 

Most disturbing is a finding that several judges appear to be investing in Supervised Visitation Centers, and Reunification Camps, and then funding those business with referrals from  court orders by judges and lawyers who have a financial interest in those businesses. 

Whistleblowers employed with private divorce lawyers have been leaking information for months. This information includes attorney letters, secret recordings, and  fraudulent billings that reveal trust account violations and investments in these centers. 

In a divorce case it is becoming more common that parents, with no criminal history, are bring ordered to see their children only under supervision. This supervision can cost $50-150 per hour, making it cost prohibitive for most parents and putting a price tag on a fundamental right. 


                                 Parents are not Backing Down 

From protesting in Silicon Valley in the 1990s to recalling judges in multiple counties, these parents are mad and using social media, recalls and complaints to the CJP that is now being audited by the State Auditor based on parent reform groups. 

Reform groups that used to be divided , are now joining forces . Protective Moms, father's Rights and concerned grandparents are turning their attention to state bar and judge complaints. Newsletters and social media continues to provide for the main source of communication, as mainstream media remains reluctant to take on the courts. 

For 30 years family courts have operated more like playgrounds, where the popular kids prevail and the bullies get their way. But with domestic violence claims soaring, and an unprecedented number of parents being put on supervised visitation, the injustice in the state's family courts may have reached a tipping point. 

In Contra Costa  County taxpayers are about to foot the bill for the next round of judge recalls. The recall effort has already established an underground social media news network to stay informed and connected. Judges Fannin, 

After successfully recalling Judge Persky in June of this year. Santa Clara County divorce lawyers are the subject of a new antitrust complaint. That complaint reveals how Jeff Rosen, the District Attorney, has prosecuted mothers for taking $1 from a frozen bank account, as Rosen drove the get away car for   favored divorce lawyers who stole millions of dollars from families through fraudulent  transactions connected with attorney trust accounts. 

In Solano County the DA continues to prosecute perjury in family court cases and in San Diego County, court reformers continue to rallying to remove judges for public corruption.

The recent hearings in Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings brought the media to understand that it is not if women are believed, or if Judge's should have immunity from their personal conduct, it is more about what are we going to do about it when these same issues reach our family court judges. 

Political upheaval that reached the Supreme Court in recent months, just may be the best thing going for court reform advocates. 


                   Judge Lawsuits Continue to Cost Taxpayers Millions

Santa Clara County continues to lead the way in lawsuits filed against judges and divorce lawyers. Judge Patricia Lucas, and Judge James Towery rank top in costs to taxpayers. Many of these taxpayers have tired of paying the costs for bad judges. 

While many of these lawsuits will eventually be tossed out of court, the impact on social media  and in the public domain will likely haunt judges long after they leave public life. 

James Towery is also the subject of a criminal complaint, along with private divorce lawyers Lynne  Yates Carter, Margret Patrick, James Mc Manis, Donelle Morgan, Hector Moreno, Bradford Baugh, Valerie Houghton and Leah Amini. Towery and his cronies could face indictment by a federal grand jury for violating the civil rights of litigants, and  for acting with a corrupt motive to misuse his power as a judge for personal gain and profit.  James Towery's wife, Kayrn Sinunu Towery, is also reportedly being eyed for her alleged criminal activity. Ironic given her connections to Santa Clara University's Innocence Project. 

 
In just two years, a group of fake Facebook names became California's family court's worst nightmare. 

After Joe Sweeney was jailed in August of 2016,  for posting online about his divorce, social media went nuts and the CJP audit passed and the State Auditor took on California's Judicial Watchdog to see why they are not doing their job.

Joe's Jailer, Judge Bruce Mills, took the Chicken Shit way  off the bench and retired just moments before state tax payers ripped his pension, 

Now, Judges who once sought to silence and mock  the self represented and "disgruntled litigants  groups, suddenly saw the possibility of recall, removal and replacement!

Solano moms swiftly removed two judges.

Then the groups  march straight down Main Street in Walnut Creek and Martinez, only to turn their summer months to remove Contra Costa's Judge Fannin, Judge Haight and Judge Hardie, Parents are determined to gather signatures and see these judges go just as Santa Clara County's Judge Persky was recalled on June 5, 2018, 

Add in that Judge Fannin, who has ruined more moms and self- represented moms and dads than other Contra Costa judges, is also being sued for not following the law.

Now what all judges fear most is the little mom with a megaphone, and her CPS groups that are regularly stocked by judges on Facebook. 

That megaphone mom, Michelle Chan, is marching south, having started in San Francisco , swept through Contra Costa and has taken direct aim at Santa Clara County's  Judge James Towery, Judge Stuart Scott, Judge Drew Takaichi , Judge Vincent Chiarello and Judge Patricia Lucas, all who will be on the recall ballot by early 2019. 

With Bruce Mills retired, Judge Persky recalled, and six California Judges in two counties on recall lists, seems Joe Sweeney's report on the failures of the CJP,  the little groups on Facebook,  and the little mom with a megaphone,  have a better track record of taking care of dirty, incompetent and corrupt  judges than the CJP. 

 

Santa Clara County Bar Association is scrambling to address violating public trust in local family courts. Association is hosting a September event at San Jose's City Hall. Patricia Lucas is being ordered to attend on the eve of the State Auditor getting access to Santa Clara County Judge complaints. Sharon Roper ( left) is reportedly to be the subject of a new criminal complaint to the FBI and IRS. 

After a complaint that Judge Pichon was on the take by issuing orders to businesses that provides grants to her husband. Members of Q secretly recorded Judge Pichon while she dined a few blocks from the courthouse last week.  Judge Pichon has repeatedly refused to comment to this blog, so she was not asked after the recordings and court documents were leaked by a court Whistleblower. 

Part of the female leadership in Santa Clara County Courts, Judge Pichon has settled into the cronyism that plagued her male counterparts of decades. Court files show that a pro se litigant used his investigative skills to get Pichon thrown off a case where she had been issuing rulings that paid money indirectly to her own husband in the form of grant awards.  
Pichon is also believed to have buried judge complaints from Santa Clara County while she first held a seat on the CJP, the agency that disciplines judges. Pichon is also reportedly on the take with kickbacks from fee awards  Santa Clara County judges give to Hoge Fenton, and Fenwick West, local law firms that continue to pay Judge Patricia Lucas and Judge James Towery as court orders award their former firms fees. 

The FBI is currently taking complaints and investigating lawyers, judges, and Santa Clara  county's district attorney, Jeff Rosen, whose wife, Amber Rosen,  has joined Stuart Scott, Lori Pegg and James Towery and where complaints indicate attorney Catherine Gallagher appears to have made millions on kickback fees through court appointments in cases involving Hoover Krepelka, Dok, Baugh, Tarvin,and Amini, Mc. Manis Faulkner and Hoge Fenton. 

Honest Service Fraud, which involves the taking of bribes and kickbacks,  is a federal crime. Judge Pichon may have flown too close to the sun and gotten too greedy, her conduct may expose the entire Santa Clara County legal community. The most horrendous crimes are that these judges took children from parents, for money. 

New leaks show that former presiding judge and JAMs mediator, Catherine Gallagher, the former wife of disgraced Judge Danser, has received over $2 million dollars in cash fees from divorce case rigging. Much of this money appears to have been used putting her sons through private schools and college., Gallagher reportedly made secret deals with Santa Clara County judges and lawyers following her husband's removal from the bench and being stripped of his pension

Gallagher appears to have been involved in rigging over 50 Silicon Valley divorce cases, more  cases than her husband was caught rigging in the county's traffic courts. 

​In what is becoming known as  "microdocumentaries" , a group of Silicon Valley parents are using public comments to explain the harm local courts are inflicting in divorce cases that deal with  complicated topics including  suicide, domestic violence and sexual assault.  
 
Activists, parents and investigative reporters have joined to personally  "seed and shame" judges and lawyers on social media, in Patch articles and on Facebook and  to  shock the public by revealing  what is bring done in local communities in the name of the law. 

A recent escalation of ambush interviews on family law lawyers who have harmed women and interviews with elected judges and DAs leaving political meetings, are also being used to address the financial problems family courts have unleashed in Silicon Valley. 

Thousands of victims lurking in the shadows of fear are helping to spread the word on social media. Many claim the movement gives them a sense of public justice where they were denied justice during a divorce or custody case because of a broken and corrupt legal system. 

As parents ready their children for the new school year, bulletproof backpacks have hit the market following the escalation of school shootings. Teachers are considering packing heat in the classroom and  parents divorcing in Silicon Valley are finding judges issuing orders to keep them away from their own children's school. 

A recent audit of Silicon Valley family court records show Domestic Violence Restraining Orders  (DVRO) are being issued at an epidemic rate. These court orders carry the ability to put parents with no criminal history in jail if they merely speak to, or text,  their own child.  These court orders, issued during divorce or custody disputes often require parents to pay to see their own children, under the supervision of unlicensed  court approved facilities. 

If a parent breaks these orders, the result can be criminal.

Social media groups are reporting Placer County DA Ronald "Scott" Owens recently prosecuted a mother  after her own  17- year-old daughter sent her a text message that violated such order.  The mother could  face up to a year in jail. 

Are Divorcing Parents More Dangerous Than School Shootings? 

An alarming upswing in judges issuing DVROs in family court would suggest divorcing parents are a danger to their children, and others. Upon closer look the upswing appears directly connected to the transfer of cases involving rape, violence and fraud between loved ones from the District Attorney's Office to family courts, where a single judge, not a jury, has the power to ito prosecute parents on nothing more than the allegations of the other parent. 

These orders can keep a parent from a school, can terminate he right to own guns and can limit ones employment opportunities. 

Worse, the orders are issued, not based on the request of a prosecutor, but based on a former spouse using money to continue to abusing a former spouse during a divorce. 

 False Domestic Violence Claims Make Divorce Lawyers Millions in Fees 

A finding of Domestic Violence, or Family Code Section 3044,  means big bucks for lawyers and a well funded client.  Lawyers in Silicon Valley report that adding domestic violence issues to a case can increase their attorney fees up to $100,000. 

Court files also show that district attorney offices never prosecute lawyers , or their clients, who clog local courts with false claims of domestic violence.  In fact the files show , several litigants use DV as weapons, where they are able to pay to be prosecutors and misuse the courts to tournament a former spouse. 

Many are looking to the culture local DA offices create in a community as the reason these issues are escalating. An audit of family and criminal cases show that all too often parties in  a divorce are being  charged based on politics and cronyism, or the lawyer they have  or don't have. This means big bucks for lawyers who suppress real violence at home, and manufacture false violence, for profit. 

The investigation has also revealed that lawyers who are appointed by the court; to represent children, to act as as referees/Special Masters/private judges, are assisting clients violate orders, hide money in child support cases, or openly engage in tax and payroll fraud to get out of paying spousal support. The audit shows that most DA offices tolerate this conduct for political purposes, profit , or personal gain.

Santa Clara University revealed back in 2011 that prosecutors regularly engaged in "harmful error " where criminal cases were concerned.

In 2018, Santa Clara's  Innocent Spouse Project is showing that private family law attorneys routinely file false documents, or commit other white collar crimes that include: fraud, perjury, conversion, subordination of perjury,  mail fraud and tax evasion to improve their "win" record.

As they do, District Attorneys like Jeff Rosen, have done nothing to manage and supervise the hundreds of prosecutors  in their offices, many of  whom made the 2011 list, all of whom are on the public payroll.

Looks like people angry over family courts are turing well- deserved attention to their local elected district attorney offices, where recalls and impeachment campaigns are more likely to be effective. 

They are rock stars, lawyers, judges, politicians, CEOs, nurses and touch every imaginable industry in our country, but above all they are mothers, and they are committed to protecting children more than that could do as mere women. And they are joined by good men who are willing to speak out against harm to children. 

Protective Mother's Revolution is a group that has formed a non-profit status with the mission of educating the public  and protecting children. 

The group has targeted and researched several judges in California that have been called out by Q for years, and a few more. 

After public shame the group intends to recall, impeach and make sure the crimes these judges committed against children , all in the name of the law, are exposed and these judges are held accountable. 

As a political groups target the removal of the entire Supreme Court in West Virginia, the moms are setting their sights higher and just may be able to do more than a few politicians. 
 
So how are these judges able to do what they do? 

1. They do not follow the law. 
2. They appoint their buddies as minor's counsel for children, for money, 
3. They cheat on their payroll affidavits , leaving cases pending for years, with impunity. 
4. They bring with them personal bias and hatred for their own mother's , or women. 
5. They get away with it because nobody is holding them accountable.

Liz Shivell, was considered a "C" rate lawyer, and after stealing her client's money, and losing in divorce court, she was disbarred. But then in violation of the law, judges and lawyers in Santa Clara County looked the other way and let Shivell work as a paralegal for shady lawyers like BJ Fadem. 

Barbara Parrish billed her clients but colluded with Bradford Baugh and Nat Hales to get free rent on her office in San Jose. She also wangled getting free rent for now disgraced attorney Liz Shivell .

Leah Amini,  a snake who has been crawling around on her belly with Bradford Baugh, is reportedly getting nervous about her own bar card, based on a pending Bar investigation into Bradford Baugh, the gun slinging divorce lawyer who has robbed thousands of women and children in Silicon Valley Divorce cases. 

Leah Amini has been laundering money with criminally indicted Valerie Houghton , which doesn't appear to bother Jeff Rosen, who hasn't prosecuted a family law attorney for stealing  money, ever. 

Amini should perhaps be worried, because Liz Goodley, Baugh's last partner ended up sued when Baugh threw a woman under the bus and his malpractice insurance had to kick in $600,000 to shut her up. 

Michele Hales, the daughter of the sexual abuser and probate thief, has also been sued., as has her daddy, who stole $100,000 and couldn't; fill out a basic fee agreement. 

Maybe BJ Fadem shouldn't used disbarred lawyers to do his legal office work, he just got sued too.  Or maybe people are just tiring of Fadem using the transgender card as a GET-OUT-OF-JAIL Free card. 
 
A new federal lawsuit  about to be filed names many of these lawyers, and others who have been using Silicon Valley divorce cases to rob people blind, and harm kids by separating them from their families, for money. 

​An articulate hippie father, who lost custody of his 11 month old child , while he had no prior criminal history, ended his quote about the realities of civil rights violations in family courts to California's Judicial Council like this: 
" I was afforded no presumption of innocence, no jury and no due process", a complaint echoed by people in family courts daily. Judges are so numb to hearing complaining about their failure to apply the law, they no longer listen, and they are never disciplined. 

The father ended his speech with the following quote: 

“The State must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit of the children, the people will happily endure almost any curtailment of liberty and any deprivation.”

While the quote has been widely used, it has been slightly modified, but it essentially describes exactly what is going on in family courts as judges fail to properly apply child support for the best interest of children and act more in the best interest of themselves and their favored lawyers. 


This is one of the best public comments available, The father articulately  explains what is happening in family courts and it is not only happening to fathers , it is happening to mothers too. Our children are in crisis with court involvement. 


The father then called out the judges sitting on the Judicial Council, including Patricia Lucas, the " legal advisor" and described violations of laws and separations of powers. He noted, violations done under the Child Support:

"In what way shape or form can you sit here with a straight face and maintain that the judiciary is   independent, or impartial when you have crawled into bed with the executive branch  for money? ". 

"Worst of all this  corruption is done under the guise that it is in the best interest of our children. Well I got a Newsflash for you...…...

90%  of all homeless and runaway kids come from fatherless homes, 32 times the average 
85% of children who show behavior problems come from fatherless homes, 20 times the average 
80% of rapists with anger problems , 14 times the average 
71% high school drop outs , 9 times the average" 

" So when the family courts take our children and drive ( parents) into poverty through the racketeering and corruption that is in labeled as being in the best interest of our children, , excuse me when I say …...I  DON"T KNOW WHAT THE HELL YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT". 

This is another brave parent who is speaking up and ringing the bell about the millions of families being separated in our family courts for money, and by corrupt judges. We need more people speaking up and not just at the border, This is happening everywhere in America. The judges who are letting it happen need to be held accountable. 

This post is dedicated to Santa Clara County general counsel Lisa Herrick, who has taken it upon herself to contact the media " in the best interest of children",  while protecting the corrupt family court judges,  court appointed lawyers,  and experts. It is also dedicated to Judge Patricia Lucas,  who was present at this public comment where,  she was personally  blasted by father Scott Largent who has had his child taken from him in Santa Clara County courts, for no reason. This is how Judge Lucas managed the court that took the child, and kept that child from Largent for two years with the help from corrupt private lawyers like Heather Allan, and corrupt public lawyers like Lisa Herrick and  Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen.

​Whoops ! Divorce lawyers couldn't use their legal might to keep Judge Persky on the bench. Now it seems they can't even score a decent ranking on Amazon's Alexa Website Rankings. 

Since investigative reporters crashed the Santa Clara County Bar Association meetings, lawyers in Silicon Valley have had somewhat of a PR problem. They also appear to have ranking problems on the internet. 

Divorce lawyers who have dominated the courts, separated families for profit and worked to destroy women as a matter of routine, aren't doing so well in the court of public opinion. 

Lawyers mentioned on this site now have a social media footprint that will report their misdeeds for generations. Their grandchildren will not need family mapping apps to tell them what crooks they were. Judges will not be revered, they will be recalled, indicted and stripped of their pensions. 

Government lawyers who engaged in misdeeds will be stricken from future jobs as employers and clients will find them too controversial to hire. 

Businesses that profited by assisting these lawyers will pay a price too,  Tim Harper, the vocational examiner who ruined families for lawyers like Catherine Bechtel and Bradford Baugh is rumored to be shuttering his business, his own son disgraced by his father's  conduct. 

Custody evaluators including Leslie Packer, John Orlando, Phil Stahl and Michael Kerner, will rue the day they helped lawyers separate families for profit,

Judges who were complicit  indifferent and who elevated their careers will be shamed for generations to come. Recalls and impeachments will drain the legal swamp. Judge James Towery, Judge Stuart Scott, Judge Jill Fannin, Judge Patricia Lucas, Judge Julie Emede, Judge Mary Arand, Judge Hyashi,  Judge Drew Takaichi, Judge Lori Pegg, Judge Carrianger, you are an  endangered species, your management of the law is Fake Justice and you will be removed from the bench, and your pension. 

Court Clerks Carla Jackson, Susan Walker, Jaretta Reser, and Julie Lara, you have violated the law to protect crooked judges, you will be prosecuted and removed from the  public payroll, 

Richard Roggia, James Cox, Nat Hales, and Michael Reedy, you have cheated more people in private judging divorce cases than any others and you deserve to be prosecuted for your crimes. 

Michele Hales, your parents are liars and cheats and you have cheated clients and lied to your own family in Hollister. 

Elise Mitchell and Heather Allan, you  tried to reverse protest and record, sorry, day late and a dollar short. Q  got there  first.

Rebekah Frye, you killed Gloria for fees and greed,  while you had sex with a client, cheated on your husband and lied to your own kid. 

Valerie Houghton,  you ruined more families than any other lawyer or MFT in Silicon Valley, then you stole money from an elderly man to pay for a rich lifestyle for you and your children could not afford. No, you won't  just lose your house as you told your friends. And the lawyers who called you out are not your stalkers, the law and Q will expose you for the criminal you are. 

Walter Hammon, stole kids while promoting his  kids in the  legal community and letting his  brother steal  client's money held in his trust account. 

Hector Moreno,  used religion and people in their most desperate hour to engage in corruption with the DA's office and steal food money from kids. There will be no forgiveness, you are a hypocrite and a crook, may you rot in hell.  God sees you, and so does Q. 

Donelle Morgan, fueled  her private jet with money she  took in violation of the law. 

Jeff Rosen, you used your own children and wife, to build your political career, while you cheated on campaign finance, put innocent people in jail,  hid evidence to get plea deals from innocent parents and children,  while you looked the other way on public corruption.  Rosen  used the local courts playing, the  Jewish "victim card"  and the jig is up.

Rosen  stole the election from Carr, when he was  the most corrupt of all. Rosen covered up and protected Rabbis who raped and  took hush money from Shir Hadash to win his DA  office. Rosen paid back emoluments by way of promotion  to Allison Filo, Stacey Capps, Jim Demetriz and Carlos Vega, when they should have been fired.  Rosen  used his  political clout to hitch his wagon to the victims of the Holocaust, as many believe he acted like a Silicon Valley version of  Hitler. 

Brad Baugh covered up for men who sexually abused kids and used his bar card and corrupt connections with Alan Nudelman and the DA's office to  put people in jail and rob them of their homes. Baugh  will rot in hell, jail and on the internet for eternity.

Santa Clara County tax payers  paid for a prosecutor's tummy tuck, a judge's penis extension, a  number of STD treatments , and prescription pain medications for judges and lawyers who are addicted to drugs, alcohol and sex.

Public speaking coaches often tell people to picture an audience naked, to put a speaker at ease. So why not picture your judge naked to ease the stress of appearing in court? 

This is why that thought might not be a good one: 

Leaked  medical files, computer data and review of divorce case files  might make that image difficult to swallow. In  Santa Clara County judges have medical records that show a history of  crabs, tummy tucks and penis extensions. Images sent electronically to the judges of their wives, girlfriends and prostitutes are pornographic and shocking. These images have been sent to the email accounts of public employees. 

One judge, a suspected pedophile, had a penis extension. Another had her vagina tightened. (Newsflash:  she recently retired) . 

Tax payers are beginning to question what is being done with public funds. 

The Santa Clara County district attorney's office staff has the highest number of STD treatments when compared  to other counties,  out numbered locally only by the San Jose police department. In some cases, the medical double dip comes from health coverage paid for a judge, and a government lawyer, working in the same county. 

The total cost for the tummy tuck photographed above, was for a now retired prosecutor, whose pain medication addiction also cost tax payers a pretty penny. A well known family law judge also had tax payers foot the bill for her prescription  drug addition, and now in fully paid retirement , the judge is continuing to work "for free" to troll for business while acting as a settlement conference officer. 

As to confidentiality assured in privacy laws, oh well, these records are about as secure as the records in the county's DV and fee waiver requests, all of which sit in open baskets in the shiny new courthouse for anyone to view the most confidential of information.

Maybe picturing your judge naked won't help being nervous in court, but it may help you realize these judges are not perfect robots who perfectly apply the law in every case. More often these judges were deadbeat lawyers who got appointed to the bench and are merely marking their time as tax payers pick up the bill for their medical costs. Soon they will ride into the sunset with their judicial pension and lifetime medical insurance.

Divorce lawyers are notorious for stealing money. In  Silicon Valley, the most nefarious lawyers take millions from  a single divorce case. Few people understand that their attorney's bills often contain evidence of crimes committed by lawyers, judges, court appointed "experts," and court reporters working in divorce cases.

Q goes undercover with one of the most crooked divorce lawyers, Bradford Baugh, to demonstrate just how divorce lawyers act as  criminal enterprises to steal your money. 

                                          Fraudulent Billing Practices  

Q has obtained former bills, fee agreements and correspondence  Baugh had with other lawyers, judges, cops, court reporters and experts.  Baugh's worst abuses come when clients agree to use experts, private judges, or "stipulate" to commissioners, and cases fall out of the public eye. Of particular importance is how Baugh has secreted his bills and fees for over 40 years, while courts have awarded him fees without reviewing any of his bills or fees he charged to get those fee awards. 

Here is how we get to criminal conduct: 

                                                #1  Retaining the Client - Before the First Meeting 

Formal representation of a client in a divorce case is very important. Prior to your arrival  a law office will likely  run a credit and background check on you through their Lexis Nexis program to see what assets you have.

If you own a home, with equity, you are ripe for representation. In Baugh's cases he adds looking for businesses started during a marriage,  where money can easily be hidden in a long drawn out divorce case. 

Home equity used to be the  most important consideration for a lawyer in a divorce case, because a lien can be placed on a home for unpaid attorney fees.  Today, lawyers like Baugh go for businesses owned by husbands and wives where attorney fees can be taken through misappropriation of business expenses and tax fraud. 

Lawyers can file a law suit for unpaid fees, and the people who decide these cases are either  lawyer "mediators", appointed through the local bar association, or local judges who likely cheated on their bills when they were lawyers. 

                                                              #2 First Meeting 

Court records and interviews with Baugh's former clients indicate that Baugh, with the knowledge of his business partners, Liz Goodley, Valerie Tarvin, Leah Amini and Bill Dok, set forth a plan to convert community property into legal fees and  engage in unjust enrichment to ruin lives.   Often Baugh will delay clients signing formal fee agreements that  legally retain Baugh, setting up  an unsuspecting spouse to lose in a divorce case.

Baugh instructs clients to hide  assets  prior to formally filing for divorce, by changing title and moving money off shore, according to court records and interviews. 

Before Baugh is formally retained he uses other lawyers to draft documents, keeping Baugh's crimes  off the court's  radar.   Baugh also presents written information to new clients , giving an illusion his conduct is prudent and legal. These documents include information such as : 

• How to clean up social media accounts 
• How to transfer money to a trust (to hide it) 
• How to get a spouse's name off assets to make separate property claims
• How to design false claims that  conceal fraud, pedophilia  and domestic violence

Finally, Baugh instructs clients to meet with, and pay, other lawyers he wants formally conflicted out of a case. 


                                                               The Retainer 

A review of Baugh's fee agreements show that retainers for Baugh, and opposing lawyers vary greatly, and indicate secret deals that are prohibited by law. Donelle Morgan claims she collects an extra $50,000 in retainer in cases involving Baugh, which she insists will not be released until the case is over. Baugh's retainers appear to vary based on the judge he appears before, where some judges routinely award Baugh more in fees than others. 

                                                        Bad Bills that Cheat You 

Delayed Billings: Initially some lawyers delay their fees and costs. This can give an appearance that you are saving money. More often bills will be delayed to initially suppress fees that have to be reported  on an income and expense declaration. 

Concealed Fees:  Some lawyers will insist that bills are subject to attorney client privilege, they are not. In fact, lawyers are supposed to present bills to the court in divorce cases when asking for fees and sanctions. A review of 50 cases where Baugh was awarded millions in attorney fees awards show that Baugh never produced his bills.  a current appeal pending in the Sixth District court of appeal shows that Judge Mary Ann Grilli awarded Baugh $100,000 in fees, where Baugh never presented his bills to confirm the fees were legally incurred when the award was made. 

Judges are dumb, lazy and underpaid, most could never properly review legal bills, and most never do before they award Baugh millions in fee awards. 

Fees that are concealed are often monies paid in cash, monies paid to court reporters and fees incurred when lawyers are engaged in illegal conduct, such as ex parte communications with judges and experts. Not charging for this work keeps it off the bills and out of discovery. 


Secret Deals: Charges for transcripts are dictated as a matter of law, but also up to the discretion of a court reporter. Baugh, and lawyers like him make secret deals for favorable pricing on transcripts, have clients pay for those transcripts separately ,then selectively attach the transcripts to court filings to avoid the charges. Records also show Baugh shares transcripts with some lawyers while drafting orders after hearings, but refuses to share transcripts with other lawyers, or pro pers, which drives up income for court reporters who work for the judges and whom Baugh regularly appears before.  This is prohibited by Antitrust laws. 

Padding Bills :  An audit of Baugh's bills shows 80% of his fees are generated not from work that must be done in a divorce, but work Baugh generates to block settlement of cases. Most family law lawyers encourage divorcing couples to talk and reach agreements, Baugh on the other hand tells clients not to settle, or talk to the other side, even about custody and care issues related to their children. Baugh then represents to the judge the parties are feuding, and experts are needed. 

Lawyers create more than 50% of their revenue communicating with experts. Baugh uses the same experts over and over in cases, and has even sent agreements from other clients to use in a current case, charging the current client for work to produce the copied document. 

Burying opposing counsel in letters, also creates a financial boom for divorce lawyers, and Baguh makes the majority of his income from this conduct, failing to note on his bills who the letters are to and what purpose the letter is intended to serve. 

                                                                      Outright Fraud 
Baugh was disqualified by Judge Persky in a divorce case where Baugh represented internet dial-up pioneer Drew Perkins. Baugh assisted Stanford University Professor David Cheriton engage in fraud to avoid child support and Baugh got caught stealing appeals lawyer Garrett Dailey for the benefit of Evan Brooks. Baugh has routinely used criminally indicted attorney Valerie Houghton in cases, so Baugh's bills evolved to conceal many of these conflicts that could be found in discovery. 

In reviewing Baugh;s bills, it appears he billed for work he could not have done as he was billing in another case, or at an educational or social meeting that precluded work on the day for which he billed. 

Looking at Baugh's bills in isolation may not expose RICO and Antitrust activity,but when compared with other clients, and cases,. Baugh's fraud is clear, as is the fraud perpetrated by those who assisted , or were complicit in speaking up to expose Baugh's crimes.

(Yes, Jeff Rosen, we mean you). District Attorney Jeff Rosen has had multiple complaints against divorce lawyers, which Rosen ignored and where his office repeatedly prosecuted innocent citizens set up by crooked lawyers like Brad Baugh and their clients. 

10 former clients of Baugh, all women, report that during his representation, Baugh was verbally abusive, told them to lie in court, became violent and used his wife and staff to harass them for payments they could not afford to make. It is becoming clear that Bradford Baugh has been one of the most violent and abusive lawyers in Silicon Valley, as he collected money while engaging in criminal conduct.

Forbes magazine recently discussed the top six dirty tricks men play in divorce cases, but a recent audit and secret recordings taken over an  8- year period shows  Silicon Valley's most successful divorce lawyers help clients use even dirtier tricks, and not just the men.

For 20 years these lawyers have been sharing court experts, bribing cops to make false police reports and altering transcripts or court documents to discredit an opposing party, and other lawyers who are  not willing to play dirty tricks. And the judges, many of whom were lawyers with these folks, let them.  

Kathryn Schlepphorst, formerly of Hoge Fenton, is  just one of many dirty lawyers profiting off emotional damage they cause in divorce cases to make more money.  Schlepphorst, like several of her colleagues including Sharon Roper , and former judge Mary Ann Grilli, have planted themselves as Settlement Conference Officers in the local courts, covering up attorney misconduct  and pressuring divorcing couples in a manner that has become criminal. 

Parents , with no prior criminal history, are finding themselves jailed and with records of violence, merely because of the false claims of a former spouse, often assisted by a dirty lawyer. 

Forbes' list includes dirty tricks like hiding assets, delaying proceedings, and  conflicting out the best lawyers. In Silicon Valley, it is worse. Divorce lawyers steal staff, make secret fee and pricing agreements, pay cash kickbacks to court staff concealed as "drafted" orders, and  encourage prospective clients to make false DV claims first, in order to reap the rewards such claims can have in divorce court. 

Sadly, in a divorce case one party has the ability to request a Domestic Violence Restraining Order, and the other spouse is presumed guilty. It has become a race , where the first to claim abuse , wins. No jury. No due process, like you see on Netflix. 

Lawyers including  Schlepphorst are using  the vast wealth in Silicon Valley fuel their crimes. Judges, many of whom are controlling and abusive in their own personal relationships, will routinely order fees to a lawyer bringing a DV claim, even when that claim is false.

Civil cases in Silicon Valley show these lawyers often sue to collect fees after a divorce, even when clients are in bankruptcy. 

These lawyers not only  use the tactic of conflicting one another out, when they are on opposite sides they often collude to reduce fees to one, effectively "throwing " a case to make less money, only to make it up on the next. 

These lawyers use an army of spies to hack computers, wire tap cell phones and plant child porn or incriminating information that will shore up a DV conviction and get a client out of paying support. 

Income and Expense declarations in these cases show it is more often that the abused spouse ends up penniless and without a lawyer because of the dirty tricks of a few. 

Donelle Morgan has been recorded telling clients to sue Bradford Baugh, yet when it comes time to complaining to the State Bar about attorney misconduct, lawyers like Morgan remain silent.   Morgan has been heard telling her staff, " why would I want to report Baugh to the Bar, I have made a small fortune in cases against him."  Morgan, who takes as much as $50,000 as a retainer in cases where she will oppose lawyers like Baugh, has spent 15 years preying on the most innocent spouses involved in divorce cases, while commuting  by private jet to her home on California's Central Coast. 

An investigation into Morgan's , and other lawyer's cases, show these lawyers typically force families into private judging  , where the money flows like sunrays  and  kickbacks to fellow lawyers go unnoticed, or  laundered,  through trust accounts that are not overseen by any state or federal agency. 

Silicon Valley divorce lawyers who have hijacked children, separated families, stolen homes and raided retirements of thousands, will now join the Q Wall of Shame. Lawyers can decide if they will continue to remain silent, or call out those who disgrace the legal profession while working in Silicon Valley's family courts. 

Cops, court workers , government lawyers, private divorce attorneys and retired judges have been stealing public and private money for decades. Victims often are run out of Siliocn Valley in shame. or bankrupted,  while the worst lawyers and firms continue to profit like the glory days of Wall Street.

Family Court Judges who separate families have been caught cheating on their payroll affidavits and government lawyers have buried and suppressed evidence to cover judge crimes against  Silicon Valley families.

Step inside a divorce court south of the San Francisco Bay these days and one would think tech and social media pioneers are the most violent folks in the world. 

Court dockets show that where police used to employ a 'cool down' period, the involvement of family court judges, and over $1 billion dollars in state and federal funding is all the incentive a  few unscrupulous lawyers, and less then ethical judges,  need to place someone under a DVRO. 

Once you are under a DVRO you lose your right to own guns, your right to work with children, and your right to work with or adopt pets.

A finding of domestic violence in a divorce case ( FC 3944), can be the kiss of death where property and support issues are concerned, making violence the perfect incentive to attract shark lawyers. 

An audit of case files show DVROs issued for any length of time,  one year to a permanent one, Judges conduct in issuing these orders is also being called into question. 

Santa Clara County Judge Clark issued a 50 year restraining order against one father, preventing him from being in his children's lives completely. 

Judge Stuart Scott gave the most DVs , including DV to a mom who tried to visit her daughter at school, and a dad who tried to go to his daughter's birthday party. 

Judge Takaichi  gave a father convicted of felony DV , and child abuse, full legal and physical custody , ignoring the dad's  felony convictions , merely based on the questionable recommendation  of Ms. Fleming in Family Court Services. 

Judge Towery is known as the DV reverse engineer, noting he has awarded restraining orders to lawyers giving kickbacks to Towery's former firm, Hoge Fenton. 

Lawyers including Lynne Yates Carter, Heather Allan, Bradford Baugh, Richard Roggia, Michael Reedy, Donelle Morgan, Nat Hales, and James Mc Manis have been using the courts to draft out divorce cases, simply to hide domestic violence and protect abusers.

In Contra Costa, Steven Moawad , turned Chief Trial Counsel of the State Bar, reportedly failed to protect victims of domestic violence, especially in cases involving other races, where Moawad was overheard telling racist and sexist jokes while working in the DA's office. 

In Santa Clara county, the DAs are so entrenched with their own affairs, that they fail victims over and over. Now the former spouses, girlfriends and boyfriends of prosecutors are speaking up and revealing how many of the employees  in the county are using the courts to advance false DV claims, with the help of Jeff Rosen and his deputy DAs. 

Kasey Halcon, of Victims Services, is aware the DA's office is failing victims, but claims her hands are tied. Halcon is part of an office , where supervisors have engaged in improper relationships  with staffers, that has caused the break up of marriages and real violence to be just covered up. 

In a recent DV meeting a young woman stood up and told how her daughter was taken from her by Judge Takaichi, who ignored her husband's criminal DV history Following her comments, a member for Siliocn Valley's Law Foundation noted the foundation, funded with county , state and federal grants, noted the foundation had sent five lawyers to the boarder to help with the legal crisis impacting the separating of families of illegal citizens. 

When Judge Clark asked if any children the lawyers from the foundation  were going to help were county residents, there was silence, and all eyes turned to the mom who had not seen her daughter since January, after Judge Takaichi sent to the young girl to live with an abusive father, ignoring the signs of domestic violence, which has become a regular pattern and practice in Siliocn Valley's family and criminal courts.

There is an old Sherriff in town, and she is not afraid to take on Judges who arrest protestors or  that fail to protect victims of domestic violence, according to public comments made at the state's meeting of court managers. 

California's Judicial Council's  July meeting was summer light, but 50% of the public speakers were from Santa Clara County, where members of the public called out Patricia Lucas for failing victims of domestic violence and for abusing her power by arresting parents  protesting judges who continue to separate families. 

Lucas hung her head and the chief justice didn't seem to be able to pay attention as victims and parents blasted the judges for what they have done to families. 

In a county where Trump supporters were sent by San Jose police into an angry mob, for which the cops have no qualified immunity, and where the district attorney, Jeff Rosen, openly cheated tax payers, the impotent judges who have routinely separated families is no surprise. 

The meeting began with a caller from Santa Clara, who is a victim of domestic violence, and had her daughter taken from her by judge Drew Takaichi, who ignored a fathers criminal record for domestic violence and child abuse. 

A father then noted that judges routinely fail to follow the law, and criminalize parents with no criminal history in divorce court. 

Worse was the speaker who called out Judge Lucas, a strong Persky supporter, who has had a troubling history of backlisting media she disfavors, and arresting protesters who are critical  of the courts.

Dick and Shirley Cantu built a hillside house on Cypress Way, just down the road from Steve Wozniak, one of the most famous residents in  Los Gatos, California.

The Cantus were connected to Santa Clara County's probation department and juvenile courts, and bragged to neighbors when they misused their government positions to bring foster kids onto their property to dig holes. Dick Cantu was not shy in reporting  how much money he saved by having kids in the care of the government essentially doing child labor at his home.

Neighbors complained to Ann Ravel, county counsel, and to lawyers in the district attorney's office, but nothing was done because the Cantus were protected by a wall of silence  too high for whistleblowers, or kids,  to climb. 

David Yamasaki , a state worker and court CEO, took palm trees and landscape materials paid by tax payers for his home, then hired illegal immigrants and their children  to plant the trees. David reportedly threatened those immigrants with deportation if they complained or tried to expose him. 

James Towery, former chief trial counsel at the State Bar, used Santa Clara County University students to scrub his online image and bury porn  he had on government computers, Towery is now a family court judge and reportedly received special favors and treatment from Yamasaki, 

Under Yamaski's leadership Santa Clara County became known as the county that drugged their foster kids, robbed from disabled  kids, and separated more families than any other court system, much of which was reported by San Jose Mercury reporter Karen De Sa, who has since covered similar topics for the San Francisco Chronicle. 

Yamasaki, who is now CEO in Orange County, engaged in criminal  conduct  with impunity as the Santa Clara County District attorney, Jeff Rosen, consistently failed to do his job and California's Court Managers gave Yamasaki an award. 

Kids on social media are reporting abuse up and down the state, abuse that reporters can no longer ignore, and that government workers can't claim they didn't know. 

Private lawyers know about the abuse as well. Most ignore abuse and harm to children in  order to squeeze more money of feuding parents or tax payers where these lawyers are regularly appointed by courts to act in divorce and family law cases.

Bad county government workers often fail to act as mandated reporters to report child abuse, in favor of maintaining employment and few county or state workers use Whistleblower programs due to clear patterns of retaliation , 

Typically government and legal  corruption is uncovered by the little guys. Now that little guy appears to be the children who were victimized by adults in California's legal system, which is being exposed on social media. 

Kids for cash was one scandal that showed how judges, lawyers and complicit  county workers acted in complex criminal schemes that harmed kids for profit.

This same conduct exists in nearly every large county in the country, where a free press often fails to hold elected judges and politicians accountable.

Scandals like kids for cash often result in federal investigations and criminal charges, The noise in family courts in Santa Clara, Contra Costa, San Mateo and Orange County, is ramping up to bring such charges and investigations based on the failures and corruption of the district attorneys offices in those areas. 

In 2004 Judge William Danser was indicted for fixing traffic tickets in a scandal that involved Los Gatos police. Danser got removed from the bench , but the cops, and adults who were reportedly abusing children in Los Gatos little league got away. 

One such cop was officer Gregg, an police officer who routinely falsified reports to have Los Gatos resident's falsely imprisoned, and prosecuted in a manner that resulted in case dismissals. Gregg reportedly worked with a group of local divorce attorneys to help cover up child abuse allegations in local divorce court cases. 

A local free press is vital in maintaining oversight in local communities, even if that press consists of citizen reporters on social media.

Perhaps tomorrow's news reporters and members of the media will be  the kids who grew up watching adults harm generations of children, and maybe tomorrow's reporters will decide not to sit silently by and give those adults a free pass. 

According to a recent article on Los Gatos Patch, wait times in the new family courthouse in Santa Clara County are 1500% higher then they were before the courthouse was built. 

It doesn't take an internet founder like Drew Perkins, or a Stanford Law professor like David Cheriton to know something has gone wrong in Silicon Valley Divorce cases, and many are pointing to the district attorney's office for failing to investigate lawyers acting in Silicon Valley's Divorce Mob. 

A 5 year investigation, thousands of court documents and hundreds of public records requests have uncovered what Jeff Rosen and the Santa Clara County DA's office never bothered to look at. 

Organized through anonymous blogs and social media, an all volunteer group is in the final stages of exposing RICO and other criminal activity that caused hundreds of innocent families harm over the past 30 years, was dirty lawyers, so called experts and even judges, advanced their careers and lined their pockets.

Will your divorce lawyer make the list?

Ouch!  For months Santa Clara County has been leading the charge on public comments and the Battle of the Bench.  Millions of dollars were spent and La Doris Cordell used all the collateral she had trying to keep Judge Persky on the bench, claiming a recall would be  a threat to the judiciary. Cordell, Persky and the hundreds of judges and lawyers who thought Perksy should stay on the bench were out voted. They lost. 

Hey LaDoris Cordell: A greater threat is letting dumb judges off the bench and letting them make public comment. In San Mateo Judge Swope did just that, trying to promote another crony judge. 

The problem for Judge Swope, and San Mateo County,  is reverse public comment; where folks can sit in the comfort of their home and blast government websites and social media sites in a manner to criticize the speaker. That was what happened when San Mateo's county government got involved in the business of free speech. Reverse Public comment that they can not remove ! 

Swope is a hypocrite. Known for being exceptionally corrupt, and rumored to have kids he couldn't control. Swope has raised his own children who are  a menace to society, complete with drug and other criminal like problems.

Swope maintains he is the foremost authority on the law, as he separates children from parents in family court. 

San Mateo is horrendous where public records and court files are concerned. A snarky staff is less then helpful and Steve Wagstaff, corrupt to the core,  is still milking favors at the State Bar that get his prosecutors out of trouble. Just like shady old Jeff Rosen in Santa Clara County. 

San Mateo and Santa Clara County have tied for an annual award from victim support groups. The counties are tied in two categories: 

Worst county to get raped in. 
Worst county to marry a pedophile in.

Under Judge Patricia Lucas' management of Silicon Valley's court system, Trump supporters  were beaten, family court protestors were arrested, media was blacklisted,  and family lawyers hijacked a new courthouse as they separated families, harmed children, stole from old people  and bankrupted women in divorce cases. 

The county is quickly becoming the greatest legal threat to families and First Amendment Issues in the country. 

    Silicon Valley Protesters  Crash  Judicial Council Public Comment  

All Santa Clara County's presiding judge, Patricia Lucas, could do during  Scott Largent's   public comment at Friday's Judicial Council meeting in San Francisco was bow her head in shame, as Largent blasted the judge for separating families and having him arrested as he protested the role the courts played in separating him from his daughter's life.  

Security guards and social media activists cheered Largent who arose at 6 a.m.   and brought his signature Dad's Lives Matter sign and bullhorn with him to San Francisco in order to make the 8;30 a.m. meeting, after Judge Lucas declined to carpool with local activists she disfavors and stalks on court security cameras. 

During his comments at the Judicial Council, Largent  praised Sheriff Smith who stood up to Lucas after the media reported Lucas abused her power and singled out Largent in an effort to shut down parents protesting the new family courthouse that is running afoul.

Scott the protestor Largent has become known for using a megaphone to blast  police departments, making thousands of public comments at Santa Clara County Board of Supervisor's  meetings  and picketing with parents  who have lost custody of their children in divorce or custody cases.  Largent has even used those public comments to blast Judge Lucas for using tax payer perks and not making meetings for the  county's Public Safety and Justice Committee on time. Something Largent notes is never tolerated in court.

Judges and lawyers are unaccustomed to being video taped. Largent has been recording criminal and family law lawyers for months and has amassed a stockpile of videos he intends to make public in an effort to shame the legal community in the court of public opinion.

Largent has inspired others who are secretly recording their unscrupulous divorce lawyers, and court hearings where judges engage in favoritism and court reporters change transcripts for the lawyers who pay them the most often. 

Recently Largent turned to shaming criminal and family lawyers caught on video not doing their jobs. Lawyers ignored by the State Bar and Santa Clara County's Kangaroo courts. A series on Thompson Sharkey is especially revealing and lawyers have been caught on video paying homeless people to deter Largent.

YouTube videos showing family court judge and former prosecutor, Stuart Scott sending  Sheriffs to  Largent's  88-year-old grandma's house for a bogus welfare check after Largent tried to file a complaint against judge Scott with the Commission on Judicial performance. The video now  has nearly 14K views and is reportedly driving a wedge between top cops tired of corrupt judges abusing their power. 

Friday's Judicial Council meeting proved one thing, the court of public opinion is moving to a new town square, and those in the legal system who have tried to control or contain dissent, and free speech, no longer can. 

The evil done by individuals in our courts, will be visited upon them , and their children for years to come in a new world of social media where people record everything.

                                  Judge Patricia Lucas' Legacy Online

In 2003 Patricia Lucas gave up her $720,000 annual income from Fenwick & West to become a judge, claiming  she wanted to make a difference. Lucas then shamelessly strapped her sons on to support her image and claimed she wanted to support her son's college education and to make them proud.  By the time modern day protestors get finished with Lucas, the world will see what difference Lucas made during her legal career, and her UC Berkeley professors and sons will not be proud,

Since 1995 parents have been picketing and protesting Santa Clara County's family courts, where attorney misconduct goes on as a matter of routine and where custody evaluators and accountants recklessly  provide testimony that destroys the lives of families and children. This testimony is provided with immunity and approved by judges who know the experts are lying. 

Children harmed by this system have grown up and have not forgotten what the courts have done. in the name of justice.

As early as 2016, just before she became presiding judge,  protestors took up the recall efforts to recall  Judge Persky,  Patricia  Lucas went to work , not improving access to justice, or assuring the best interest of children, but in scrubbing the repouation of lawyers and judges so they could withstand a media storm or governmental investigation that could likely come as the world began to notice Santa Clara County's legal system.

As Lucas used her new position, protestors used theirs and captured Lucas in video and photos at local bars and in conversations she won't want made  public.  But they are coming.

Lucas has also been caught destroying evidence and subverting or obstructing justice, and may soon follow Persky in leaving the bench without her pension.

Protestors are determined that Lucas retirement will be marked as was Judge Danser, who left the bench in disgrace  as Lucas came in.

          Divorce Mob Operating From Los Gatos, and Lucas Knew

Pamela Nuelman, the ex wife of a former Santa Clara County prosecutor, knows where the bodies are buried  in Santa Clara County's family and criminal systems. Pam's stories are finally making it across the web, after being ignored by mainstream media for decades.

Pam, is also spearheading Silicon Valley's Innocent Family Project that is poised to start September 1, 2018, and that will design protests, social media campaigns and press events that will expose  false claims of domestic violence, antitrust activity involving family lawyers, and  how a network of cronies have used the legal system to separate families, bankrupt women and harm children.

Lucas'  legal legacy will not be held in published cases,  faux  awards and political appointments, it will be held online where speech is free, anonymity can be secured, and where the modern day town square renders Lucas ineffective in arresting protestors or those who speak up about modern day divorce courts.

After being burned by unethical lawyers and biased judges in divorce cases, Silicon Valley's modern day activists aren't picketing and protesting as they did in the past. Now, people burned by injustice in local courts are making public records requests, using Change.org petitions, flying drones around the court and planting secret video and recording devices to capture criminal activity after learning a handful of lawyers and judges have been using divorce cases to spy on private citizens. 

Protesters are joining forces to SHAME their targets  by way of  anonymous blogs, websites, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube  or other social media sites that are undetected by the bad guys. 

Parents who were isolated by custody evaluators willing to discredit them, by false domestic violence claims, or because they are unable to pay a lawyer, are finding they are not alone. 

Family Court Fight Moves to Court of Public Opinion ...On Video 

Public employees of CPS, Family Court Services, Court Appointed Custody Evaluators and Lawyers appointed by courts to protect children,  have been making money by lying, or acting inefficiently, in divorce cases to keep money flowing to cash strapped courts and judge pensions. 

 Victims of these public figures are wiser, and know to record everything. One mom who lost custody of her children, for no reason, and one father falsely accused of DV met in an interview with Q and said: 

" Record everything! That means everything. Your ex during a custody  exchange or private meeting. The CPS worker who will twist your words, or the family court service employee who has an  "in" with your ex's lawyer. ......If you don't record them.......they will record you,  just to make you look bad in court" 


Judges Try to Stop Dissent on Social Media  
  

Judges, court managers and county prosecutors have tried to stop protesters with unconstitutional orders, and willing law enforcement agencies. In February of 2017,  Judge Patricia Lucas issued an order the ACLU claims is flagfranely unconstitutional.  An order that got Scott Largent, Silicon Valley's most visible protesters, arrested.

Scott has made over 10,000 public comments to expose local family courts injustice.  

Ironically,  on Friday July 13, 2018,  Judge Erica Yew tried to violate the same order that got Largent arrested , by offering to take the photos of two well known activists who had been researching court files on Heather Allan. 

Yew, and other Santa Clara County Judges,  have known that protesters  have been placing secret recording devices throughout Santa Clara County to capture judges who have been ignoring the law.  Afraid of  what those recordings and photos will show the Department of Justice and FBI, Yew and her colleagues have been working overtime to protect the reputation of bad judges by discrediting those who try to  expose them.  This time Yew was documented offering to violate Lucas' order. 

Allan,  an attorney who has been regularly appointed as minor's counsel and who is currently representing a court law clerk in a family law case that involves domestic violence, is the target of multiple investigations, including one that indicates  Allan conspired with judges to have parents who protest family court arrested.  

Misdeeds of Government Lawyers 
The court's lawyer, Lisa Herrick, continues to obstruct and delay public records requests to prevent the media from gaining records that would prove Heather Allan,  and others in Santa Clara County's family law community , including divorce attorneys Bradford Baugh, Catherine Bechtel, Valerie Houghton and Rebekah Frye, have been engaged in outright fraud  and public corruption. 

For decades these  lawyers have earned millions in DUI ticket fixing schemes, and custody rigging games that have bankrupted and separated thousands of Silicon Valley families.   


      Delayed Divorce Kickbacks 
Earlier this week, and with a State Bar complaint pending, Bradford Baugh began  telling his colleagues that he intended to retire by the end of the year,. Baugh is suddenly seeing an increase in favorable rulings from James Towery, as court clerks report Baugh and Towery regualalry engage in improper communications.

Judge James Towery, a former partner of Hoge and Fenton, has presided over the most complex  cases, many of which are being investigated for "case rigging "  to benefit lawyers where Towery has a personal or financial interest. 

Secret recording devices planted in the family court's settlement conference area captured Sharon Roper, a co -conspirator Baugh. The recording captured Roper  telling other family lawyers that Bradford Baugh is retiring and is in private discussions to sell his client list to Hoge Fenton, ( Judge) Jim Towery's former law firm. 

Roper has been disseminating this information as she herself is under State Bar investigation,  with  Baugh,  for fraud,  conspiring to obstruct and subvert justice, and perjury stemming from a 2013 high profile domestic violence case.   
Secret witnesses, formerly represented by Baugh are coming forward to expose Antitrust and RI*CO activity that Baugh orchestrated in Silicon Valley for over 30 years. 
Baugh's criminal acts are so flagrant he has caused other lawyers to have strokes, die or go bankrupt, including Boskovich, who tried to expose family court corruption involving Baugh in the 1990s. 

Baugh is clearly trying to flee  the scene of the crime, as he  is under investigation and as Hoge Fenton is being eyed for its role in the Facebook scandal that just got Facebook sanctioned  $500,000 in UK pounds,  is suddenly bringing the world's attention to Santa Clara County courts, even  the family courts that have been ignored by mainstream media for far too long. 

Marre (Above) claims her ex husband got custody of the family dog and children in divorce court. Shortly thereafter he  euthanized the dog and out lawyered the mom. She hasn't seen her children since 2014 and never got to grieve for her beloved family pet. 


Despite hundreds complaints, to the State Bar, the CJP and local  courts, a new civil law suit, and a dog named Rudy, may ultimately protect families from unethical lawyers who prey on children and animals to earn more money during divorce and custody cases. 

​According to a recent Patch article, James McManis and his firm, McManis Faulkner, may soon see another side of justice, after years of wins and questionable practices in divorce and custody cases. 

In one divorce case dating back to 2008, involving internet founder and tech mogul Drew Perkins, the husband reportedly used  McManis to literally drive his wife insane, fighting for children he had no interest in truly parenting, a practice commonly seen employed by Silicon Valley divorce lawyers and ignored by family court judges as attorneys earn obscene amounts of money.

McManis,  and other Silicon Valley divorce lawyers,  working for Perkins reportedly earned over $15 millions in fees in  a divorce case tainted with conflicts and undisclosed interests, where Perkins reportedly asked his first lawyer, Bradford Baugh, to make his former wife's life miserable, when presenting a blank check for Baugh's retainer.  

Lawyers like McManis and Baugh have littered communities with a wreckage of  manufactured conflicts, mostly over children and pets, that unnecessarily drive up legal fees and ruin families forever. 

A civil suit filed against McManis shows that McManis willfully engages in litigation tactics to avoid discovery designed to  wear out the other side, but Mr. Newman, the Plaintiff in the civil  case appears to be tenacious in fighting McManis, alleging violations that could lead to claims under Civil Code 526, meaning McManis may be linked to wasting tax payer funds in addition to the millions he took in private divorce cases. 

Legal records and published case law opinions paint McManis as a hero, a defender of public records,  as in  San Jose v Superior Court and a civil case where McManis represented Janice Naymark, who sought public records from local counties and law enforcement agencies.

In the Naymark case, McManis beat back policies and practices related to public records that were fiercely opposed by city lawyers in San Jose, Campbell and.  Los Gatos, including Ann Ravel, one of the top leaders in California's Democratic party. 

McManis has become known as the KING of fees and "Cover-up Clauses", and while he is being privately shamed for what he and other unscrupulous lawyers have done to children, it may be what he has done to dogs that ultimately sees its day in California's State Bar Court.
