How would you feel if the lawyer the court appointed to represent the best interest of your children in a divorce case was seen all over Facebook with her husband's hand on her boob, as you hear she is cheating on that same husband with her male clients?
How about seeing photos of judges and lawyers on vacation with money you paid them while you were denied a vacation with your own children? Tired of looking at all the awards and social media posts of lawyers and judges celebrating birthdays and graduations with their families, as court orders keep you from celebrating like that with your own children? Most people are surprised to learn that in family court these days this is routine. Lawyers and judges with the most compromised moral compass continue to be elevated in political and public positions where they are charged with legal issues impacting our children. By day some of these divorce lawyers are court appointed to represent children, or are highly paid where they freely make false abuse claims and cover up the truth in family court. And they do. By night, these same lawyers (who are given authority over the lives of countless children, and who profit from trying to discredit moms and dads in court) are suddenly finding all is fair in family court, including photos of them in strip clubs or posted by them on Facebook. Parents who had to fight for their own children in family court through lobbying of law makers, filing of complaints with the State Bar, and filing of appeals, that never seemed to work are resorting to personally shaming a profession that seems immune to social norm and basic civility. Scandals arising from good old fashioned shaming have been successful in politics , as was seen in the Red Hen Restaurant that asked Sarah Huckabee Sanders to leave. That business paid the price for the decisions they made outside of serving food and many argue lawyers should be held accountable for what they do outside of court, especially when they represent children. Shaming has also worked in sports and entertainment, the most recent being the former wrestling coach turned politician, Jim Jordan, who is being shamed for not protecting children being sexually assaulted by a popular wrestling coach. Over the past 10 years there has been a slow denigration of civility in society, but in family court it is worse. Divorces that used to take a year to 18 months now take up to 10 years, where a core group of lawyers engage in gaslighting and work overtime to calling the other parent "crazy" , "unstable" , or "abusive", to prejudice the other parent in court. Winner takes all- kids, money and support. and the judges sign the orders. So why are judges allowing this ? Because they are part of the culture. When most people arrive in divorce court they often find a lawyer through their six- degree connections. Or on Yelp. Neither a good idea. Divorcing parents have no idea what these lawyers , including lawyers who represent children, are doing by night. Rules about not speaking about cases outside of court are a joke; secret recordings and waitresses poised in select restaurants have collected evidence that judges regularly speak about cases, and individual litigants, outside of court, especially when alcohol flows freely. If adults are lacking a moral compass, are they safe to represent or judge what is best for children ? More often than not the answer is no. After years of policies and practices involving the conduct of lawyers in family law cases, children who grew up in those cases are reporting the substantial harm they suffered from based on these lawyer's involvement. That harm includes:
These lawyers are often bad parents themselves. As parents are increasingly warned about putting photos and information online about their children, several Silicon Valley lawyers appear to be doing just that with their children. and others, in order to advance their careers through local social circles. Now, parents are fighting back. Shaming these lawyers on social media, through hidden cameras and through their children,. Hyper local shaming includes catching lawyers in bad acts of parenting , and posting those acts online. Shaming can also include telling teachers and neighbors, hoping that social norms and personal pressure will create an ethics awareness that appears to have vacated the legal profession where children and divorce are concerned. Most disturbing is that the General Counsel for the Santa Clara County Superior Court appears to have put a photo of an abused child, possibly her own, on Facebook. We have to wonder if a judge ,or CPS, ever did anything about it. WARNING: Public places and Facebook posts are fair game and the new era of pissed off parents appear willing to cross lines mainstream media would not.

Secret Settlements Obtained: Four of California's Top Women Judges Silence and Bully Victims7/3/2018 Judge Manoukian and Family Cheated: Family FeudArguably, when one considers California's most powerful judges are now more likely to be women, four women in particular are being investigated in a manner that indicates they may not only deserve to be removed from the bench, but stipped of their pensions and criminally prosecuted for "settlement fixing " where state court employees and judges are concerned. One of those women is Judge Manoukian, a Sixth District Court of Appeal Judge, who reportedly conspired with Judge Lucas, and others, to discredit male judges as the #metoo movement swung attention to Judge Persky. As a judge on one of the most influential appellate courts, Manoukian has issued countless harmful rulings to women, as her husband has been reportedly harassing and abusing his power as a superior court judge. The Manoukians reportedly benefited from tax cheating while appearing on a popular television game show in the 1980s , where the game was rigged much like the courts in cases where the Manoukins have been employed for the last two decades as they climbed California's Judicial ladder. SECRET SETTLEMENTS SHOW TAX CHEATING IN THE COURTS TO BENEFIT LAWYERS AND JUDGES Q has obtained hundreds of redacted settlement agreements that show California courts have been paying millions of dollars in secret settlements to court employees, and others, after judges and high ranking court managers sexually harassed and harmed hundreds of victims. Not only did tax payers pay for these settlements, the court employees and judges got legal defense and payments paid with public funds as well. Tani- Cantil Sakauye, California's Chief Justice, went on a PR campaign in late 2017 , more as damage control and to lead the public into believing that Conrad Rushing was the only sexual harasser in the court system. Rushing had begun his career on the bench in the corrupt Santa Clara County family law community. Rushing then rose to the Sixth District Court of Appeal, where he was known for rulings that disfavor women and families. As Tani was blasting Rushing, she was silent on the countless settlements she knew had been secretly being paid for decades. A summary of such settlements includes: Santa Clara County paid $150,000 in June of 2013, just before bilking tax payers for a new family courthouse and claiming they couldn't afford to give clerks a raise. This is the same time period that court CEO, David Yamasaki, was reported stealing palm trees and other construction materials from the courthouse construction site. Yamasaki was relocated to Orange County six months later. He was known as one of the most corrupt court CEOs as the Judicial Council decorated him with awards. Alameda County deemed one employee's emotional distress was only worth $25,000 and sent the employee packing with a gag order, inability to sue under any state or federal right, and no ability to seek reemployment with the state courts. A rather harsh sentence for trying to blow the whistle on a judge. Judge Wynne Carvill thought the agreement was fair and signed it in 2016. Tulare County deemed Priscilla Tovar's emotional distress was only worth $120,000 and the courts didn't bother redacting this victim's name, or that of co-defendant Valeriano Saucedo. Alpine County paid one employee just $2500, with no re- employment, no ability to sue in the future, and full release of state and federal claims. In El Dorado County judge Suzanne Kingsbury, Judge Steven Bailey and Judge James Wagoner were all protected by tax payers, and this victim got only $36,250 in a secret settlement signed by Judge Kingsbury on behalf of the court and its judges on April 30, 2015. The shady lawyer protecting the judges, also a woman, was attorney Carolee Kilduff, who was rewarded otherwise following this matter. In Lassen County they discounted sexual harassment again to obtain releases "favorable to the court", and to Ms, Barone, a former court employee, and in an effort to protect Judge Verderosa. In that case attorney Patricia Savage got $46,150 for writing up the agreement , and the victim got $88,850 for largely emotional distress, and agreeing to be silenced on a whistleblower complaint. In San Bernardino County attorney Lawrence Schaefer got paid as did the law firm of Paul, Plevin , Sullivan & Connaughton and a secret settlement slipped off into the night, air tight with gag and no right to sue clauses. These agreements are disturbing. There is an appearance that complaints are being directed away from the state's whistleblower program and settled so they are off radar of the State Auditor. Further, tax payers are paying for judges and lawyers to get away with immoral, unprofessional and illegal conduct, as these individuals are charged to apply the law. Court watchers point to three additional female judges who are largely to blame for allowing this culture, and cost to the public, to continue. Judge Erica Yew and Judge Patricia Lucas, both of Santa Clara County Superior Court hold positions on the Commission of Judicial Performance, and the Judicial Council. They knew of these agreements and of the harm to the public and they not only covered it up, they lied to law makers in order to assure funding of over $250,000,000 in this year's budget for California's courts. THANKS FOR HELPIN Q CATCH THE BAD GUYS, and GALS! Q would like to thank the loyal readers from the legal community. In the past six months it has been reported that judges and lawyers throughout the state are regular readers of Q, some often providing tips through email or social media. Last week it was reported that Santa Clara County Superior Court General Counsel Lisa Herrick is a regular reader, while being paid as a state lawyer. Ms. Herrick has been known to send threatening emails to Q as far back as 2017, from a state email account, and for her attempts to use her public employment to protect Santa Clara County Judges during highly contested recall campaigns. Along with the help of lawyers like Lisa Herrick, this site has reached over 25,000 visitors per day! A Newsroom Massacre at the Capital Newspaper caused President Trump to call a truce on the media following another shooting that killed five members of the press, including a community reporter that had been investigating family court issues.
Journalists were surprised to learn that shooting arose from a relationship that appears to have begun on Facebook before it quickly went south, bringing involvement of the courts and media. The deaths of journalists is now bringing more attention to domestic violence and how it is being mismanaged by the courts and mainstream media. Most courts and law enforcement agencies don't even require the surrendering of guns when restraining orders are issued. More surprising is that you can actually be subject to a Domestic Violence Restraining Order simply by posting photos of your kids, or your opinion about your former spouse online. Yep, no gun. No Knife. Only your online posts can legally label you dangerous in our modern family courts, justifying the court issuing a domestic violence restraining order that can keep parents from children for little reason at all. Even if your ex lied, cheated, stole, committed crimes or beat you up during your marriage, post about it online during your divorce and you may go to jail. Proud of your kid's baseball team or school concert? Post it online and it is subject to Fair Use in the public domain and may find its way into a court file of an ex spouse trying to take away your custodial rights. Take photos at a protest and be prepared to be trolled on your Facebook page for doing so. Ex spouses are increasingly using Facebook and other social media instead of facts during contested divorce and custody cases, and judges appear to be allowing this conduct, as modern family courtrooms have become giant bullying yards where local lawyers control the field. Ex spouses and their divorce lawyers are now using Facebook to spy on other lawyers, kids and former spouses. Facebook posts have been used to demonstrate a violation of custody orders. Worse, parents are being set up on Facebook for false child abuse and domestic violence claims. If a photo on a Facebook post is not subject to copyright, which most photos on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are not, anyone can use it, post it and disseminate it all over the internet. Starting to secretly date? Your ex may stalk you through your postings to try to pay less in child or spousal support, Or worse, such posts can trigger jealously outbreaks that can incite domestic violence. Q has seen a troubling increase in the number of people reporting how judges appear to be allowing Facebook abuse in family court cases: In Orange County several mothers are being prosecuted for posting on Facebook after they lost custody and visitation with their own children and reached out to Facebook groups for help and support. In Sacramento several fathers have been harrassed by feminist groups, like WEAVE , while using Facebook to reach out for support from online men's and Father's Rights Groups. In Contra Costa, family law attorneys Stacey Stevens, Dominic Porrino and Ronald Peck have been reportedly collecting Facebook information on community activists, while they appear to be actively engaging in protecting clients allegedly engaging in child abuse and pedophialla. In Santa Clara County, mothers who lost custody of their children in the late 1990s cling to Facebook with the hope of seeing photos of children and grandchildren they were separated from based on rulings from the counties controversial judges James Stewart, Mary Ann Grilli and Judge Leslie Nichols. Violence Connected to Family Court Dates Back to 1990s In 1998 a father who lost his family based on the rulings of Judge Nichols attempted to enter the courthouse with the intent to kill Judge Leslie Nichols , who had taken the man's children during unfair hearings that began to cause public picketing and protests. Nichols, who reportedly had his former court clerk appointed to the Grand Jury, disbanded the Santa Clara County Grand Jury during this time, after his former clerk tipped him off that the Grand Jury was investigating and inquiring about the county's family courts and family law attorneys. Judge Lucas Incites Violence Via Facebook in Family Court in 2018 Santa Clara County Presiding Judge Patricia Lucas has reportedly been working with the court's General Counsel, Lisa Herrick, to troll Facebook, and other social media, in an effort to retaliate against and silence reporters, and activists, leading up to the recall of Judge Aaron Persky. Judge Lucas, activist lawyer La Doris Cordell and Lisa Herrick are believed to have used Facebook and social media to incite lawyers and dangerous members of the community to fight activists and court critics including Stanford University professor Michelle Dauber, and local activists Scott " The Protestor" Largent, who has been fighting the courts to see his three year old daughter for the past two years. Lucas, along with other judges and lawyers , were stunned after Judge Persky was recalled by local voters in a historic 60% approval that sent Persky packing and stripped of his pension. FACEBOOK USED FOR REUNITING FAMILIES We have seen countless examples of how Facebook has been used to reunite old lovers, friends and families. The Families Belong Together Movement has attracted unprecedented donations and community support, and Facebook is being used to organize protests, reunite families and join communities. When courts intervene with what is clearly a right to protected speech , and the right to associate, even as Friends on Facebook, they are out of line, as are the judges who get involved in such issues. WATCH YOUR POSTS ON FACEBOOK For years family courts have worked overtime to minimize press coverage critical of judges and certain lawyers. Now social media is changing the game by putting protests on the map, and by connecting people who have the power to vote and the passion to clean up family courts, making some judges very nervous. Sure, Facebook can be dangerous, so rethink the rules:
Please email us your stories about Facebook and your Divorce Case. Where Will Trump Get 500 Judges? The Trump Administration is calling for 500 judges at the border to deal with 2300 kids, as California's judges have failed kids and families in the state's in family courts for the past two decades. Bias at the Border vs. Bias on the Family Court Bench- Both Harm Kids
Americans are all children of immigrants, Trump's immigration policies have awakened the public and started the national conversation about how children and families are harmed when they are separated by American politics and legal systems. As mainstream media and private charities focus on 2300 children of illegal immigrant families, an estimated million children have been wrongly placed in the custody of abusive parents, foster care, or left out on the streets. These children walk among us everyday and suffer in silence. Teachers don;t know. Families don;t know and our children are at serious risk when our own legal system separates children from parents with no credible history of violence of abuse. It happens every day. Legal Kidnap. Parental Alienation. Gatekeeping. An entire language and system has evolved allowing family courts and social workers to wrongly take children from their parents. It is individuals engaging in this conduct who deserve our attention. It is time to hold the individuals responsible for these policies and practices accountable. On June 28 Martinez, California will be the home to another rally and protest where moms, dads, grandparents and others will organize and bring media to the recuse where family court and CPS issues are concerned. The rally will begin at 11 am and Facebook organizers are expecting over 5,000 people to speak and march in support of children and families. On June 30th Families Belong Together will organize schools, churches, politicians and parents to speak out and in an effort to end to the harmful practices that wrongly separate children from their families. Please join us in San Jose, San Diego, Sacramento, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, and Contra Costa for these important events to bring media and public attention to these issues, Q is also accepting photos and stories to help reveal the people behind the policies creating this harm and to recognize those willing to put an end to this human crisis . Email Q at Caljohnqpublic@gmail.com In early Fall Q will announce the result of a summer vote campaign that will reveal the individuals behind the policies and practices harming American children, and will additionally recognize those who spoke out to expose this human crisis. Please send your photo votes and stories in before September 1st. We need the county, the story and the individual to publish nominees. Sex in the Newsroom & Courtroom is Bad for KidsFederal investigators have seized the records of a reporter from the New York Times following an affair the reporter reportedly had with a top security aide, which may have provided critical leaks to the press. The news has rattled mainstream media, but not surprised local communities, or Q . In the old days reporters followed the money, today they follow the sex scandal. Female reporters now admit to being pressured by publishers and editors to get " close " to their sources, even if it meant having affairs or one-nighters. Essentially mainstream media producers and publishers became pimps to get the story. The same scandals that ripped through college football with Jerry Sandusky , through USA Gymnastics with Larry Nassar entertainment industry with Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein and through politicians with Roy Moore, appears to be winding up to hit mainstream media, which is no surprise to Trump supporters. And it was moms who largely fought to bring these issues forward when reporters did not. At the center of every scandal in recent history were lawyers, and reporters, who knew and failed to tell the public the truth. Today good reporters know to follow the SEX, not the money, and that path is turning up problems in local communities, not just Washington. When reporters sleep with governmental lawyers, the public is harmed and justice is not served. This is especially true when government lawyers are district attorneys who use pedophilia , child abuse and domestic violence as bargaining chips where divorce and custody cases are concerned. Investigations are now turning to Silicon Valley, where a popular reporter from the San Jose Mercury is rumored to have had inappropriate relationships with District Attorney Jeff Rosen, and other Santa Clara County staff and lawyers. The San Jose Mercury is being investigated for possible election tampering in the Persky recall, and hotly contested Sherriff's race. Favors from the county to the press are not foreign. Leaked emails and text messages shows a troubling pattern that indicates a reporter from the Mercury may have given Rosen and "connected" private lawyers, including James Mc Manis and Robert Allard, favorable reporting that advanced their careers and tilted justice in high profile divorce, and custody cases. Reports may have additionally been falsely relied on by Santa Clara County's Grand Jury, where the Mercury has unfettered access and other media organizations do not. Most alarming is that the San Jose Mercury may have been giving biased coverage of the Jeff Rosen's office based on a personal relationship one reporter with the Mercury has had with members of the DA's office. Other reporters from the Mercury who got too close to stories that would have been bad for Rosen were hired by the county and are now on the public payroll. Gaged and on the public payroll. For over two years Q has received complaints that the Mercury has refused to cover critical issues related to the county's family courts, domestic violence and fraud. Other reports indicate that prosecutors from the DA's office regularly use their positions to hook up on popular social media dating sites and may be trading legal favors for sex. These issues have been reported to the DA and nothing has been done. Members of Q have regularly reported these sex scandals through anonymous tips to the county's whistleblower program, specifically to a Mr. Paul Murphy, and no internal investigations appear to have been conducted. Now, members of Q are investigating if reporters have been involved in inappropriate relationships with Jeff Rosen that may have interfered with the election involving the recall of Judge Aaron Persky. An Anti-recall was supported with endorsements from Jeff Rosen himself and county funds appear to have been used in an effort to protect Persky over the public. Secret Legal Fraternity Points the Way To Sex in the Newsroom & Courtroom Few people know, and no reporters have ever reported on, the secret legal fraternity known as the : Inns of Court. This secret group holds membership of the most powerful judges and lawyers in the country and poses as a professional organization while holding social events that rival Spring Break in Ft. Lauderdale. Photos and text messages leaked related to Inns of Court across the country show lawyers and judges holding parties and weekend retreats where alcohol abounds, sex and drugs flow freely and sex is traded for legal favors with ease. The public has been kept in the dark about these parties and the secret fraternity that would be unlawful in any other area of society. Viral Strategy Magazine has reported a federal case has been filed related to this secret legal fraternity, arising from a mom, also a lawyer, who lost custody in her Santa Clara County divorce case. In addition to Supreme Court Judges, Sixth District Court of Appeals and Santa Clara County judges and lawyers have also been named: Justice Mary J. Greenwood, Justice Patricia Bamattre-Manoukian, Justice Eugene Premo, Justice Franklin Elia and Justice Adrienne Grover, and 9 judges/commissioner at Superior Court of California in Santa Clara County; Presiding Judge Patricia Lucas, Judge Rise Pichon, Judge Theodore Zayner, Judge Mary Ann Grilli, Judge Joshua Weinstein, Judge Maureen Folan, Judge Peter Kirwan, Judge Beth McGowen, Commissioner Gregory Sardivar. As for the Superior Court of California in Santa Clara County, in addition to 8 Judges and 1 Commissioner, the Court itself, its in-house attorney Lisa Herrick, Family Court Services Director Sarah Scofield and its Screener Jill Sardeson and the Court's Appellate Unit Deputy Clerk Rebecca Delgodo and her supervisor Susan Walker are also sued as defendants. Santa Clara County Superior Court's prior CEO, and present CEO for the Orange County Court, David Yamasaki, is also sued. High profile reporters have known about Inns of Court and improper sexual relationships involving judges and lawyers, yet buried these stories. Judges have such improper and undisclosed relationships in this county that they often inter- marry , leaving their legal wreckage for pillow talk. This has all gone on under the supervision of Santa Clara County prosecutor charged with public integrity, John Chase, who has not only refused to investigate this conduct, Mr. Chase has been given a free pass by the San Jose Mercury as he has done so. The Mercury repeatedly provides favorable reporting to Chase, failing to note abuse of prosecutorial discretion and favoritism Chase has given local judges and lawyers. Santa Clara County is not alone and appears to have been teaching this culture throughout California. A recent flood of complaints to Q from Monterey, Orange and Contra Costa counties are indicative of how many people may have been harmed by news organizations and sex scandals tilting justice and harming innocent women, children and families trapped in the state's probate and family courts. Q will continue to investigate these issues as millions of children and families are being harmed by bad judges, divorce lawyers and governmental attorneys, as mainstream media appears wrapped up in their own affairs. As America focuses on children of illegal immigrants being separated from their parents, communities across the country are focusing on the lawyers, judges and CPS workers using the courts to take children from parents and grandparents everyday. Turns out that at the heart of the issue is a core group of lawyers, many who are regularly appointed by the court to act for the children, and most whom make ungodly amounts of money in fees, paid both from public and private funds. These fees appear in supervised visitation orders, custody expert reports and minor's counsel appointments, the greatest kickback sham leading a path to the underground economy where lawyers and judges are pimping out custody and support orders in communities across the country. The Public has been asleep, and naive, when it comes to what is happening to children in America's family courts. Parents are being jailed when they are unable to pay support, while other parents are bring given a free pass to play keep away in the custody games if represented by the right lawyer. Most people have no idea that parents are being ordered to pay to see their own children. These payments can be up to $150 an hour to see their own children, as courts have few resources to get families back together. The incentive is for lawyers and judges to make money and increase their power by keeping kids in the system, and parents fighting to see their own kids. Most alarming is that for the past decade, children have been ordered by judges to go to reunification camps. These are private businesses and for profit entities that lock kids away in hotel rooms, or private properties where they are deprived of food, water, and sleep until they agree to give up their relationship with one parent, usually the one who has no money to hire a lawyer during a divorce of custody case. Look to the lawyers using these camps as a modern form of child abuse. Meanwhile, parents who have money can dodge support obligations, conceal domestic violence and get out of violating court orders with ease. It is rigged and the media refuses to report what is going on in communities across America. The problem is being funded with public money, and few reporters are willing to follow the money in local communities as all are being assigned to only look at Trump. The media's war on Trump has directed public attention away from community transparency, so social media, rapid response protests and voter populations are taking to cleaning up local governments and family courts to protect kids at a local level. An audit of five California counties shows that a few lawyers , known as the " in crowd " , can dominate family law cases where children are used like pawns for divorce profiteers. These lawyers are regularly appointed as minor's counsel, referees and special masters, usually after working as pro tem judges to assist incompetent judges. This modern pattern and practice as slowly crept into local courts to create a toxic culture. Protests over guns, immigrants and issues impacting women are finally putting family courts on the public radar. Silicon Valley's Judge Aaron Persky is an example of public outrage over America's courts. In a June 2018 landslide vote, Persky was the first California judge recalled in over 80 years, a recall fueled by the sentencing of Brock Turner and the #metoo movement that took on California's judiciary and legal culture. A recall that was covered more in the national press than the San Jose Mercury. Persky was a family court judge who separated families long before he was assigned to the criminal courthouse. Children and parents will continue to face a lifetime of harm from dealing with bad family courts that wrongfully separated children from their parents. This harm is now being discussed on a national level based on the current immigration issues. The harm suffered by BOTH parents and children who are legally separated can be seen in the form of : Inability to form Meaningful Relationships Depression Withdrawal Suicide Self- Harm Increased Risk for Dropping Out of School Increased Drug / Alcohol Use Risk Eating Disorders Lack of Trust Permanent Financial Oppression Loneliness Children who grew up in divorce and endured an army of : Special Masters, custody evaluators and lawyers appointed for the children, are rarely reunited with their parents. They age out of the system, losing their family wealth and support in the process. Court files show these children often end up with a more abusive parent, and alienated from a parent who had no money to keep up in the legal system. Most disturbing are the parents who are branded in court, rendering them unable to bring claims of pedophilia and child abuse. These parents are discredited merely because they didn't have the right lawyer, or because they tried to speak out to protect their children. These parents and their children are sent to a life sentence because of the deeply flawed courts. As immigration causes these issues to be discussed on a national level, activistists are focusing on California counties and lawyers to bring the message to the public in a manner that helps all of America's children, not just the children at the border. Protests are currently planned in Martinez for June 28 and nationwide on June 30. Watch Facebook or email Q for updates on protests in your area. Q is also taking signups in California for RAPID RESPONSE PROTESTS and campaigns to bring these issues to greater media and public attention. Fired? Steven Moawad Leaves State Bar - Mark Peterson Disbarred One Year After Criminal ChargesIf you wanted to drink the Kool-Aid the State Bar was serving up last year when James P. Fox and Leah Wilson gushed that former DDA Steven Moawad was the guy to discipline lawyers, you might first consider that Moawad has been named in a federal lawsuit and is being investigated as Joe Dunn (who was independently investigated), James Towery (who resigned as ethics charges caught up to him) and Gregory Dresser (who blackmailed top judges to get the CJP job), al were . The Bar has been unable to find and keep good lawyers, and all failed to protect the public for the last two decades. Ironically, as Moawad became employed in the top Bar job, at $16,000 more than his female predecessor, his former boss , Mark Peterson, was facing a criminal indictment and was ultimately disbarred after investigative reporter Nat Gatrell started investigating Contra Costa County's District Attorney's Office. TIMELINE OF STEVEN MOAWAD'S DOWNFALL April 2017- James P. Fox and Leah Wilson start PR flurry to instill public confidence that Moawad is the man for the job where attorney discipline is concerned. Lyle Morgan of the LA Daily Journal noted Moawad was offered $16,000 more than his female predecessor. May 2017- Disgraced Contra Costa County DA Mark Peterson, Moawad's former boss, investigated for campaign fraud and other crimes, would ultimately resign amidst a media frenzy sparked by social media pressure. June 2017- State Bar receives complaints about attorney Nancy Perkovich for her shameful conduct in the Hayward Case. State Bar investigator Ben Churny , supervised by Moawad, fails to act with any sense of urgency to protect the public. July 2017 - State Bar gets complaints about corrupt divorce lawyers Nat Hales and Bradford Baugh, from Santa Clara County, Towery and Moawad intervene to protect family lawyers in Contra Costa and Santa Clara Counties, as assisted by State Bar attorneys Leah Wilson, Vanessa Holton, Sherrie McLetchie, and Suzanne Grandt. July 2017 - Suzanne Grandt threatens reporters making Public Records Requests of the Bar , while admitting to the Board of Trustee the irregularities in the reporting of attorneys facing crimes pursuant to Business and Professions Code 6101. July 2017- State Bar Suspends Mark Peterson, Moawad's former boss despite felony conviction. LAWMAKERS SPLIT UP THE BAR January 2018- Forensic Accountant testifies before state legislature about money laundering, fraud and sex trafficking, that may ensnarl hundreds of California' lawyers. February 2018= Antitrust Complaint filed against Santa Clara County Family Law Attorney Valerie Houghton. Along with Santa Clara County prosecutor Allison Filo , Sharon Roper and Bradford Baugh. State Bar Continues to Fail in Public Protection March 2018- California Supreme Court Disbars Former Contra Costa County DA Mark Peterson, as reported in the San Jose Mercury News. March 2018 - Former Contra Costa County DA Office Employee, forensic CPA, Bassem Banafa, files federal lawsuit claiming Mark Peterson and Steven Moawad allegedly misused the Santa Clara County DA's office to Harass, Discriminate and Retaliate. April 2018- State Bar admits to failure to oversee Moawad's confirmation in the State Senate. May 2018- Antitrust and RICO complaint lodged with the State Bar includes Moawad and Santa Clara County prosecutors Jeff Rosen, Daniella Rich, David Angel, John Chase, James Gibbons Shapiro, along with family law attorneys Nicole Ford, Hector Moreno, Lynne Yates Cater, Heather Allan, Rebekah Frye. Nat Hales, Richard Roggia, Nat Hales, Travis Krepelkha, Jim Hoover, Bradford Baugh , and James McManis, all who donated "dark" money to Arron Persky's No on Recall Campaign. BYE BYE Moawad.....Wagstaffe and Rosen are next .............. Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen and San Mateo County Steve Wagstaffe appear next on the chopping block due to their track record that fails victims and attacks activists critical of their offices. Thanks Victoria Balfour! Victim Looting: Persky Recall and Judge Weil Divorce Turn Focus to District Attorney Jeff Rosen6/9/2018 As the Persky recall raged in Santa Clara County, few people noticed that in Iowa, an investigation arose because of a judge's divorce case. That investigation revealed that a judge had been allowing "winning" attorneys to draft orders in a manner that caused the judge to improperly decide over a dozen cases. That same conduct has been occurring in California divorce and probate cases for the last decade, and now a similar investigation is turning to judges and lawyers in Santa Clara, and Contra Costa counties, where local prosecutors have ignored complaints from victims involved in domestic violence and fraud. The highly contested recall is starting a conversation about women who make false allegations and real victims being ignored by the legal system. More importantly, attention is now turning to judges and lawyers involved in what is reportedly a deeply broken system, dominated by a few very corrupt individuals disguised as lawyers and judges. Divorce papers of Judge Ed Weil, and other controversial judges, show that Aaron Persky was part of a culture that decimates women in their places of work, their homes and legal affairs. Weil's former wife was pro per, as are 90% of folks in California's divorce cases, and all signs point to Weil using the Contra Costa courts in a manner that victimized the mother of his children, a pattern woven throughout his orders in probate and family court. Contra Costa County Judge Bruce Mills, disciplined at least 5 times, was ultimately the subject of an investigation that will likely see him removed from the bench, saving Contra Costa tax payers the expense of a recall as the CJP does their job for the first time in decades. FOLLOWING THE MONEY IN THE PERSKY RECALL An The Persky recall is breathing new life into FPPC investigations based on the legal bills of James McManis, and the endorsements made by Jeff Rosen, the "granddaddy" of endorsements in Silicon Valley. The recall was successful because Persky was part of a culture that men and women in Santa Clara County were no longer willing to tolerate. Voters have had enough of Injustice Victims who successfully recalled Judge Aaron Persky just one week ago have already begun planning their next move. This time #metoo will be joined by #himtoo as men and women take on Santa Clara County's most powerful elected official....... Jeff Rosen. The Sunday following the recall, Ms. Dauber vowed she was far from finished, and those close to her claim she has set her sights on making sure Santa Clara County Sheriff Candidate Hirakawa does not succeed Sheriff Laurie Smith. Dauber is also reportedly working with a well funded group determined to recall and prosecute Jeff Rosen, the prosecutor who flipped on Emily Doe and supported Persky during the recall campaigns. Jeff Rosen's wife, Amber Rosen, was recently elevated to Santa Clara County's family court bench, and like Persky's replacement, DDA Cindy Hendrickson, all eyes are watching these women to see if they are able to shed their prosecutorial mindset when assigned to family court. An investigative report set to be released following the July 4th holiday alleges that Rosen has been looting from state and federal funds earmarked for victims like Emily Doe, who Rosen is outright failing. Victim Looting: Jeff Rosen Steals From Victims Rosen used others to do his dirty work, as seen in leaked emails Rosen had indirectly sent to the San Jose Mercury, the Metro News and Bay Area News Service, as he paid pricy reputation services to scrub information from 2008 -2017 that could have ended his career:
A recent plea on Patch.com shows that Rosen has many more victims than Emily Doe and is selectively prosecuting people who make false allegations. Public Records from California's Office of Emergency Services show Rosen has been looting from the state and federal money that tax payers pay to protect and support victims of sexual assault, rape, domestic violence and other violent crimes. Rosen's Victim Looting has outraged leaders in the #metoo movement, and local tax payers who are calling for Rosen's removal. In addition to a #RecallJeffRosen campaign, set to launch in the coming months, based on a #VictimLooting platform, local residents are planning a class action lawsuit poised to be attack Santa Clara County ,and Jeff Rosen individually, for wasting taxpayer funds, and for misusing the DA's Office, where Marsy's Law demands the protection of victims, and the prosecution of false claims that serve to harm real victims. Do Judges Hear the Victims Yet? James McManis has profited from the rape culture in Santa Clara County for years, and he was the major donor for the No on Persky Recall Campaign that went down in flames on June 5th is Santa Clara County. On one side of the recall where judges and lawyers who vowed to keep the "independence ' of the judiciary. This side was led by former Santa Clara County judge La Doris Cordell, who was not very nice to the protestors on the other side, showing the judge culture still runs deep in her veins. On the other side, the Recall Persky side, were moms, a few dads, and an army on social media. An army that is fed up with a judiciary that was anything other than impartial and independent. An army La Doris Cordell and the aging judiciary were ill prepared to face in a local election. POOR PERSKY? NOT ! Yes, Persky had a family. Yes, Persky was a nice guy. Yes, Persky was one of the county's smartest and best judges, but Judge Aaron Persky was still part of a Judge Culture that voters and the #metoo movement said must go. Before he went though Persky, who could have retired , cost Santa Clara County tax payers over $5 million dollars in security, recall ballots and other costs merely to make a point for the judiciary. A point he will never make now that he is the first Superior Court judge to be recalled in California after 86 years. Persky will forever be linked to his ruling in the sentencing of Brock Turner. Persky will live out his days with that being his judicial legacy. His children will see it, and his family will feel the financial pinch that all families who were trapped in Persky's court felt for years. When Persky's grandchildren look him up on line, they will see the recall, the protests and perhaps they will see where history changed in California's courts. Persky loses his $150,000 a year pension, but more importantly he loses the millions he could have made working at JAMs and as a private judge, referee or Special Master. Some say Persky will not lose and that law firms like McManis Faulkner are already cashing in on hopes of getting Persky assigned in complex cases. The issue that failed to come out before the election, was related to Persky's rulings in family court. That is where Persky was seduced into the culture of criminal activity that would eventually be his downfall in the recall election. Judge Persky oversaw the Wahl v Perkins case, a case where divorce attorney Bradford Baugh was disqualified, but Persky never appears to have reported Baugh, as Canon 3D2 required. And while attorney misconduct appears to run rampant in Santa Clara, very few judges ever do anything about it. Persky has personal knowledge of lawyer and judge crimes, and ironically, Persky is the one being tossed from the bench, not the criminal judges and family law attorneys. As the judges and lawyers who endorsed the No on Persky Recall scratch their heads in amazement, several fractions of the Persky Recall are turning their attention to District Attorney Jeff Rosen, who is said to have known about Antitrust activity in Santa Clara County divorce cases that serves to harm women and children, and he did nothing. SOLANO COUNTY MOVES JUDGES - #METOO! Santa Clara had the signs ........and media attention, but a small group of women who are true warriors continue to impeach and recall bad judges who are violating rights where children are concerned. These moms, labeled a "MOB", have had enough and are supporting each other in court watching, letter writing and yes, that dirty deed, protesting. Soon all judges will learn they just might want to start worrying about social media and protestors because they are not going away. Trying to get DA Jeff Rosen to worry about the crimes Mary Ann Grilli, James Towery, Nat Hales, James Mc Manis, Bradford Baugh , and countless others committed in divorce and custody cases, is point less. So Jeff Rosen is about to see what voters have planned for him. Molly O'Neal, of Santa Clara County's Public Defender's office, called victims who supported the recall of Judge Persky a "Mob". Funny, look at the MOB in Solano County, they look more like a group of moms angry at judges who took their children, for no legal reason. Bye Bye Persky. Bye Bye Carringer. Who is next in 2018? Still time to recall or impeach judges, the DA and the politicians who protect them over protecting victims and children. San Jose, CA - June 5, 2018- All around local schools, banks and businesses, people are talking about how they will vote on the issue of recalling Judge Persky this coming Tuesday, June 5th. . Also up for discussion is the highly contested Sheriff's race, and elections for Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors. The election has brought moms, and dads, out in droves to protest local government and courts.
Maria Hernandez, a virtual unknow, is running for Santa Clara County Supervisor District 4, out of frustration based on how women and whistleblowers have been treated in Silicon Valley for decades. District 5, Mike Wasserman's seat is up for grabs, and Wasserman is reportedly facing a scandal related to sexual abuse and harassment in his local Synagogue, Shir Hadash. Judge Persky became the subject of a recall vote following his light sentencing of Brock Turner in the Sandford Sexual Assault case. The recall is being led by Stanford's Professor Dauber, but has brought women out in droves to protest on the streets, speak in local Supervisor's meetings, and campaign to reform a local judiciary that is biased toward women, children, the elderly and the poor. As the world focused on the light sentence Persky was inclined to give Turner, following a jury conviction, campaigns on social media that included; Change.org, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram began to expose that Persky is not alone. Few people know that Persky merely adopted a probation report (reportedly issued by a woman) , and in doing so did nothing legally wrong. For mothers of sons, the ruling , and the life long designation as a registered sex offender was punishment enough for Brock Turner, but for others, Persky rubberstamping the probation report was similar to his rubber stamping of custody and vocational reports in family court, where Antitrust and RICO activity appears to be alive and well. The Persky recall has sharply divided Santa Clara County residents. On one side, the judges and lawyers, led by La Doris Cordell, call for independence of the judiciary. On the other side, moms, dads, teachers, bankers, and others who are fed up with how courts are treating people, making the local courts more about lawyer popularity than the law. An independent judiciary seems to be a farce where this year's election is concerned. Local judges have been lining up for their 15 mins. of fame trying to get the media spotlight. A recently leaked email appears to indicate judges, and corrupt insider, seeking to unseat Sheriff Laurie Smith may also be getting some help from Sean Webby, a former reporter from the San Jose Mercury, who now is employed as the Public Information Officer for the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office. A flurry of negative press appears to be connected to Jeff Rosen, through, the San Jose Mercury News, where rumors abound that . Smith has reportedly refused to play ball with Rosen in recent years. This appears to be especially true in high profile cases involving 49er football players, and teen suicide, where Rosen has advanced his career, and that of his wife's, Amber Rosen, who was recently appointed to the Santa Clara County Family Law Bench. Persky is no doubt part of a white male culture that has made women a commodity through local court rulings in Santa Clara County in recent years, a culture that just might not last so long if the #METOO movement has anything to say about it. HARPER CAUGHT: SILICON VALLEY DIVORCE RACKETEERING SCHEME
Washed up former teacher turned corrupt vocational examiner, Tim Harper, has been used by divorce lawyers engaged in Antitrust activity to get pro se litigants imputed with income in a manner that helps select divorce clients avoid child and spousal support. Investigative reporters ambushed Harper in a recent vocational exam. Video of the exam demonstrate how Harper falsifies reports to the court in order to obtain favorable rulingings for a core group of divorce lawyers. Harper's old reports benefited former prosecutors during their private divorce cases, as was done for controversial government attorney Alan Nudelman. Harper may be single handedly responsible for thousands of children in Silicon Valley being under supported, as Harper himself pimps out his own son who sports a flagging high school baseball career. Harper appears to be part of a complex money laundering scheme and underground economy where he has illegally obtained court transcripts, and taken cash bribes to rig reports in family court. Local lawyers tout Harper as an honest man, believable by judges, yet transcripts of Harper's testimony show he is willing to illegally spy and secretly record those he interviews, where he additionally appears willing to commit perjury to benefit his regular divorce lawyer clients. Harper has been reportedly estranged from his own wife at times, as investigators close in on his love for fancy sports cars, and membership at the San Jose Country Club as not adding up to the income reported on his IRS returns. Harper has commonly made upwards $20,000 from lawyers in Santa Clara County while violating privacy rights for clients of lawyers engaged in Antitrust and RICO activity. The FBI and Attorney General are reviewing if Harper is in fact part of an innocent monopoly that has been ripping off single parents and kids for over two decades. Investigative Reporter Lilia Luciano of ABC 10 and SF Rappers Tell Problems in Family Court5/19/2018
Lilia Luciano of ABC 10 in Sacramento is the first mainstream media reporter to dive into problems in California's divorce and custody matters, exposing the problems in family court and with CPS workers and court appointed experts. Perhaps the greatest loss of trust in our legal system is bubbling in family court issues, where courtrooms have become modern day popularity contests overseen by incompetent and overworked judges. False claims of abuse, the lack of judges following the law and abusive parents who conceal abuse with high paid divorce lawyers and experts are the problem. In CPS cases people without money or education often find their children susceptible to federal funding that encourages CPS workers to get children into the system and placed in foster care. Lilia has featured pioneers in the family court reform movement from Kathleen Russell of the Commission on Judicial Excellence, Joe Sweeney of Center for Modern Courts and Family Court Legal Custody expert Robin Yeamans of Campbell, California. Parents including Shane Down from social media #NOTYOURRIGHT to Kathey Lester, a retired federal court processor are also being covered by Lilia who is diving deep into social media to find the truth. Michelle Chan, a writer and mom who lost her child to a corrupt CPS process, has worked with folks like social media guru Jenny Wells and Cathy Cohen to get these stories out to mainstream media. (Lilia is reportedly a Jane and John Q Public regular reader, as are many underground lawyers sympathetic to the family court reform movement.) At the heart of the issue is money and corruption. Family courts in California have been largely ignored by state lawmakers and judicial managers. The State Bar has been a runaway train, failing to discipline lawyers who use family law cases to create an underground economy that benefits themselves. In today's modern courts property is no longer simply divided as lawyers use domestic violence to loot from victims and where abusers can buy verdicts that allow them to continue to emotionally and financially abuse, or intimate, partners who try to escape, or expose, the abuse. The modern judge appears more prone to rule to benefit lawyers they favor, or CPS and other Family Court Service workers who help judges keep a lid on dissent. In Santa Clara County, Family court service workers have been pointing investigative reporters like Luciano to problems and corruption in the system. In San Francisco CPS victims have joined with family court victims and organized large protests, created music and art, and used social media to investigate corruption that is harming families and children. Transparency and public attention will be the key to undoing the damage done in secret courts and confidential reports that are designed to profit a select few yet that act to harm so many children. The story will be told in mainstream and social media with off shoots of creative music, art and film that seek to expose the problem in our modern family courts. Presentation High School and Willow Glen Residents Say NO MORE to Sexual Assault in Silicon Valley5/18/2018 Sexual Assault Legal Expert Robert Allard and his wife are no longer welcome in the charming Willow Glen community of San Jose California, thanks to a local movement designed to put an end to sexual assault of young girls and women. Allard, has been known in Santa Clara County as a bumbling lawyer who used his connections with Judge Stuart Scott and District Attorney Jeff Rosen to land cases as a clean up lawyer for the Catholic Church, the Los Gatos Jewish community and the infamous cyberbullying case involving the suicide of Audrie Pott, which many report Rosen used to build his political career. But in mid May,fueled in part by local activism rising from teachers in public and private schools, Allard was sent packing after residents at a Town Hall meeting informed Allard he wasn't welcome after he chose to represent Presentation High School in the midst of another Catholic Church sex scandal. Whistleblowers from Presentation high don't trust Allard to do the right thing and claim the schools principal knew of the abuse and ignored it, despite being a mandated reporter. Criminal files in Santa Clara County show Allard not only had a close relationship with DA Jeff Rosen that landed Allard some of the county's most high profile cases,, Allard may have worked with Rosen in a manner to silence victims in order to promote political campaigns, including those of Supervisor Mike Wasserman and Jeffery Rosen. See redacted settlement documents relating to sexual assault victim of Shir Hadash, covered up by Rabbi Aron who was in a supervisorial position for Silicon Valley Faces, the victim's protection agency funded with state and federal funds and operated by Santa Clara County as Jeff Rosen lobbied to get the organization in his department in 2015. Rosen , whose wife Aber was recently elevated to the bench is reported to have used Allard to deflect attention from sexual assault that Rosen knew existed at both Presentation High , and Shir Hadash, the Jewish Synagogue that helped Rosen get elected. Leaked documents show Rabbi Arron of Shir Hadash privately negotiated with Bob Allard to pay $500,000 to a victim of sexual assault surrounding Shir Hadash's school . Presentation High School students are coming out in droves to explain the sexual assault they suffered from as Jeff Rosen and Rabbi Aron, who was in charge of the county's victim service at the time these young women were allegedly assaulted, and Aron reportedly worked to keep it, and abuse in her own Synagogue silent and out of the pubic eye. It is believed these young women, and others like them will be responsible for getting Judge Persky removed from the bench in the upcoming local elections. Ironically, the day following the town hall meeting, Michael Lazarin, the biological father of Audrie Pott, who claims the Santa Clara County DA and Sheriffs hid domestic violence Audrie allegedly suffered at the hands of her mother and step father, reportedly ambush interviewed Smith demanding to know why she had not investigated domestic violence, which was known and reported to the Los Altos police. Lazarin;s video ambush of controversial Sheriff Laurie Smith has gone viral on Facebook. Smith, who reportedly lives in the Rose Garden area of San Jose, near controversial judge James Towery and his former prosecutor wife, was reportedly stunned by the ambush interview and had no idea what to say. Lazarin is taking wagers that Smith will not call him back after reviewing Audrie's psychological reports. See here for the reports. If you would like to report sexual assault, please email us and we will find you the right victim's advocate.
Walnut Creek, CA- On May 8, 2018, dads, grandmas, nurses and moms with baby strollers brought out the dogs and the media because they have had enough of bad judges, corrupt lawyers, indifferent CPS workers and cops threatening to take away toy megaphones. ABC 7 , ABC 10 Sacramento, CBS, KTVU and anonymous bloggers were there to capture what surely was the largest and most unexpected family court protest in California's history. The passionate protest began on a sunny spring morning in the quintessential suburb of Walnut Creek, California. Protestors connected in advance through social media then dawned with signs, shirts and megaphones, they drove from as far away as Yuba County and Santa Clara to join Contra Costa parents demanding the removal of Judge Jill Fannin and Judge Hardie. They demanded changes to CPS and they demanded dishonest lawyers be disbarred. Prior to the March the group gathered, put finishing touches on hand made signs, and shared their stories. As the speakers told tales of CPS workers ripping children from good homes, and parents without criminal records being placed on supervised visitation with their own children, reporters grappled with the disconnect they experienced after having been told for decades these people were simply disgruntled, crazy, abusive and vexatious. The protest was not violent, as Judge Lucas has historically told the press to justify unconstitutional orders that have provided for her to justify arresting two family court reform activists in the weeks leading up to the epic Contra Costa protest on May 8th. In fact in Contra Costa, the Walnut Creek police, and the Contra Costa Sheriff supported the protestors with escorts, support and refusal to arrest, where the Santa Clara County Sheriff use threats and intimidation as a matter of routine. Santa Clara County Moms who are demanding the removal of Judge Pegg, Judge Chiarello, Judge Scott, Judge Persky and Judge Towery rocked shirts noting #childrenslivesmatter and joined Scott the Protester in the Board of Supervisors chambers the following day for public comment before Supervisor Chavez and Cotese. Finally, Scott Largent stood with hundreds of others, on court property, using amplified devices and shouting deafening demands for bad judges, lawyers and CPS workers to be fired. Conduct that had gotten Scott Largent arrested, which was documented on videos that went live on Facebook and viral on YouTube. Videos that will be used on the internet to show Patricia Lucas' children what she really does as a judge. Nurses, social workers and others who started the day in masks, say they felt free to take their masks off and join the crowd because mainstream media finally came to call where family court issues were concerned. Noted in the crowd were Joe Sweeney, Court Reformer credited with attacking the Commission on Judicial Performance, and megaphone darling, Michelle Chan, dubbed mother of the CPS accountability movement. Throughout the day tales of false domestic violence and ignored child abuse ripped through the crowd and the event reached its mot passionate moments as the crowd faced the courthouse and screamed for justice to the judges and court staff who hid inside. On May 9th several parents from the protests made public comments to the Santa Clara County Supervisors Cindy Chavez and Dave Cortese, trying to explain what it is like to have domestic violence ignored and to have indifferent judges ordering good parents to be put on Supervised Visitation based on involvement of a few corrupt lawyers such as Heather Allan, Bradford Baugh, Nicole Ford and Elise Mitchell. Comments brought many members of the audience to tears after Michael Lazarin explained how the community ignored domestic violence prior to his daughter Audrie Pott committing suicide in 2012 and where moms described how judge Pegg and Judge Drew Takaichi abused their power as judges to take their children away without cause, and with incentive to pay favored lawyers. The protests and public comment have launched an investigation into if District Attorney Jeff Rosen, Rabbi Aron from the Shir Hadash congregation in Los Gatos. and Mike Wasserman, ignored domestic violence that served to harm Michael Lazarin's daughter Audrie Pott, and others like her. At the same time, Rosen was known for deterring victims of sexual assault perpetrated by rabbis in the Los Gatos community, with the help of Rabbi Aron. An investigation is also underway to determine if Supervisor Mike Wasserman acted for the benefit of his political career.. These cases show tax payer money intended for victims was redirected through Silicon Valley Faces, and the Shir Hadash congregation in Los Gatos, which appears to have been covered up a 2012 sexual assault scandal that completely violated CCAR's Code of Ethics and that let sexual predators remain in the town of Los Gatos. Protestors will return on Tuesday May 15, 2018 and this time will meet at the Santa Clara County Building located at 70 West Hedding in San Jose at 9:30am , where they will call on the media and demand changes in CPS, Child Support and family court. Judges Blink Under Threat of Social Media and Contra Costa County Family Court & CPS Protest5/7/2018 The Only Thing More Dangerous than Lots of Money, is Having Nothing Left to Lose! CPS and indifferent judges need only look in the mirror on May 8, 2018,. as hundreds of batshit crazy, disgruntled litigants, and parents denied custody of their own children will descend on Walnut Creek's Civic Center to demand change.
Parents are coming from Sacramento (#notyourright) and Santa Clara County ( #freeScotttheProtestor) to demand changes in the state's family courts. The have been painting signs, posting on social media and ordering t-shirts to make sure their message is heard. ABC 7 and KRON, along with a host of print reporters will be on hand learning the person survival stories involving good parents and children trapped in CPS, foster care and our family courts. Sanctions- False Charges- DVRO- Parental Alienation are all on topic for the day as Judge Fannin, and Judge Lucas sit by, nervously aware such protests could end their career. Retaliation being very real, protestors may wear clothing to disguise their identity and to avoid the harassment and intimidation Santa Clara County routinely imposed. Protesting and picketing parents intend to return to Santa Clara County to keep protesting complicit judges and cash greedy lawyers. The March starts at 10:15 am at the Walnut Creek Civic Center. Email us for questions: Caljohnqpublic@gmail.com Dark Money: Keith Dolnick Caught on FacebookDivorce attorney Keith Dolnick shot to instant fame with the ruling from Napa County in Hayward v. Superior Court. However, leaked documents and secret recordings show Dolnick's win may have more to do with his connections to Los Gatos' Jewish community than his legal skill. Sure, Dolnick won a case that set private judging and referees on notice, but the ruling was a legal goldmine that brought Dolnick to Santa Clara County through court CEO David Yamasaki and court counsel Lisa Herrick, a former partner at McManis Faulkner. Mc Manis Faulkner is the clean- up lawyer for Santa Clara County. James McManis often takes cases to give the appearance he is fighting against the Sheriff and agencies that won't give up public records, but McManis is actually a clean up lawyer. A lawyer who writes settlements to hide sexual predators, pedophiles and liars in family court cases. Dolnick, who has been secretly recorded by countless women in Orange County, who did not get the same outcome that Ms. Hayward had to pay $3,000,000 to get.was reportedly brought into the family court mafia group by attorney James McManis Lisa Herrick and Robert Allard, where Dolnick was told he would see cases thrown his way if he agreed to play ball with the "in crowd" in Santa Clara County. Kael Briski and Steve Werth also were reportedly brought in through JAMS lawyers in San Francisco, who do not want private judging restricted. McManis is reportedly the middleman who acts for District Attorney Jeff Rosen working overtime to try to block a recall movement of Judge Persky, who is also linked to the Los Gatos Jewish community through Shir Hadash, a congregation that reportedly offered $500,000 to cover up alleged sexual abuse of Rabbi Steve Kaplan as Rabbi Melanie Aron influenced elections as a kickback to Rosen and Judge Persky. David Yamasaki, court CEO, is ground zero for public corruption in both Orange County and Santa Clara . Yamasaki reportedly brought Dolnick into what is being called the Jewish Family Court Mafia, connected to the building of the controversial Santa Clara County courthouse. Court clerks and members of anonymous reported two years ago that Yamasaki, with the help of Lisa Herrick, formerly of Mc Manis Faulkner, was reportedly stealing palm trees and other construction materials as kickbacks for family court judges and lawyers during the planning and construction of the new family courthouse in San Jose, which has become the stage for family court protests. Ironically, Dolnick is on record for telling his clients NOT to use Facebook, while he uses Facebook to expand a network of lawyers who are drafting settlements and JAMS mediation agreements that cover up sexual harassment, abuse and pedophilia for the lawyers and judges part of the Jewish community based in Los Gatos. Critics point to Dolnick's legal record and success as mirroring that of Elkins lawyer Garrett Dailey. Dailey was allowed to win an important case against a local rule used in Contra Costa County family courts, a win that was designed to appease pro per litigants growing restless over unfair family court proceedings. Dailey did little for pro pers and instead built a career appealing cases for some of the most criminal family law attorneys in California, while gaining favor with the Judicial Council- the agency that manages the court finances in the state. Dolnick's Clients Leak Secret Recordings: Reveal Dark Money Divorces Dolnick's clients who lost custody of their children and their fair share of community property in a divorce case before private judges like attorney David Weinberg, Michael Reedy, Richard Roggia and Nat Hales have been secretly recording Dolnick to prove he selectively acted as ineffective counsel while working to protect elite rings of pedophiles and abusers, many hiding in the Jewish legal community. Leaked documents and an independent audit shows governmental lawyers like Ann Ravel assisted in case rigging and operation of an underground economy of "dark money" that was fueled by the conversion of community property in high conflict divorce cases throughout California. Dark money operations are fueled with money converted from families engaged in divorce and laundered through organizations like UC Berkeley and the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, for the benefit of lawyers drafting secret settlements and working to discredit those who may expose criminal activity that protects pedophiles and abusers lurking in Silicon Valley communities. Dolnick's link to Ann Ravel through the Los Gatos community is especially alarming considering Ravel's power and influence over California's Judiciary and as a law professor at UC Berkeley. Scott "the Protester" Largent Arrested: Singled Out Fighting Family Court to See his Daughter5/1/2018 Videos and Facebook Live Catch Judges and SheriffsSAN JOSE, CA - Scott Largent has given over 2000 public comments trying to get Santa Clara County's Board of Supervisors to pay attention to the county's family courts. sheriffs and biased judges. Few people can believe that Largent was arrested for simply exercising his most basic First Amendment rights. As Tracey Kaplan from the San Jose Mercury reported: IT IS TRUE During a May Day Family Court Protest, Mothers who have not seen their own children for over 4 years, Native American grandmothers fighting to keep CPS from giving their grandchildren to foster care, and other fathers raped by the family court system joined Scott Largent, as they do every Tuesday morning to picket, leaflet and protest what biased judges are allowing to happen in modern day divorce and custody battles. On May 1, 2018 Scott Largent began his dissent when he sounded the alarm once again, informing Cindy Chavez, Ken Yeager, Mike Wasserman, Joe Simitian and government attorney James Williams that women are facing unprecedented harm in the county's courts and Patricia Lucas's unconstitutional order was designed to silence them. Two hours after the meeting, Largent joined other activists and protesters, and was singled out and arrested by Santa Clara County Sheriff Rey and Duty Gomez, both the subject of Internal Affairs investigations for retaliation. Two weeks earlier protesters from Silicon Valley's DeBug had done the same, but were left alone, as a non-profit supported by county, state and federal public funds. Pressure from mainstream media, including calls from Lillia Luciano from ABC 10, NBC's Gonzalo Rojas, Metro's Jennifer Wadsworth and San Jose Mercury's Tracey Kaplan reportedly caught the cops redhanded and Largent's charges were reduce from a Penal Code 148 (resisting arrest) , to only the violation of what many are calling Judge Lucas' unconstitutional faux order. Largent has famously referred to the order as "Butt Wipe" and "Lucas's fake order" Over 10 protesters caught Largent's arrest on video and live Facebook feeds, the video shows Sargent Rey talking via phone to Judges Clark, Lucas, Towery and Stuart, all insisting Largent be arrested " to make an example out of him and scare other parents." Judges Breaking the Law in their Administrative Capacity Judge Michael Clark heads the county's Domestic Violence Committee, and has repeatedly violated the Brown and Open Government Act while doing so, but Clark is more infamous for his rulings against Kathey Fyke in the most corrupt Sixth District Court of Appeal case, Falcone and Fyke. In that case, Lucas also shows her true colors by claiming Fkye was not believable as she nearly died of a heart condition when for4ced into family court where her properties were taken, she was declared vexatious and sanctioned over $1,000,000. Such cases are typical of family court rulings against women in Silicon Valley. All Santa Clara County Judges have been under fire since Judge Persky's ruling in the Stanford rape case, and after Judge Chiarello failed to protect a mother and her daughter, which resulted in the daughter being drugged, raped and killed by her own father. Courts and County Misuse State and Federal Grants Court insiders report that "Kimberly" , from Family Court Services acted as a lookout to alert judges when Largent arrived to the protest and assisted judges and sheriffs in trying to identify if protective moms like Catherine Campbell were among the protesters. Inside information shows Lucas insisted on Largent;s arrest, to keep him from finally visiting with his daughter, a visitation two years in the making, and made possible with state and federal grant money. Attorney Heather Allan, known for outright abuse and bill padding is reportedly working with Lucas and other family court judges to prevent Largent from seeing his daughter, as punishment for his activism. In the end, Kaplan's coverage changed the game, but it may be anonymous blogs and websites, along with over 30,000 anonymous people on Facebook who ultimately change California's Family Courts as wildly successful investigative reports hit ABC 10 in Sacramento and set Twitter and other social media on fire and mainstream media climbs onboard with watchdogging California's Family Courts. Secret Recording: Lawyer Laughs at Stealing Money for Bogus DefenseTaxpayers are angry over a series of secret recordings that show how criminal lawyers are overbilling after being appointed in criminal and family court cases, which is widely ignored by mainstream media. Ironically, the LA Times has just reported Californians spend more than a Harvard education each year to keep kids in jail, while Tennessee commits to providing free education to youth in that state. Angry parents, and criminal defendants, are taking to secret recordings to catch their thieves that are at the root of the problem, even when the crooks are their own lawyers. This video catches a lawyer laughing about all the money he bills to Santa Clara County, while refusing to work as directed to disqualify a biased judge. The lawyer even refuses to allow his client to fire him, laughing at all the money he bills for services he never provides. In family courts an unprecedented number of lawyers are being appointed in divorce and custody cases to act as referees, special masters, and lawyers for children. Lawyers Payback Judges Who Appoint Them In turn, court appointed lawyers make contributions to judge election campaigns, or anti- recall campaigns as is the case with Judge Persky in Santa Clara County. See: San Jose Mercury article See: Jeff Rosen sits on both sides of Persky Recall As the world focuses on Persky in one criminal case, hundreds of parents are coming forward to expose Persky's harmful errors as a former prosecutor. Others are focusing on how Persky harmed families in divorce cases , while appointing many of the lawyers now donating to keep him on the bench. More alarming is Rosen's support for Persky, after pretending to support victims as he was up for reelection. Women like Emily Doe, the victim in the Stanford rape case, claim Persky and other judges like him, have ignored the treatment of women in family and criminal courts for decades. Parents fed up with excessive billing of divorce lawyers and worthless lawyers representing children, are using social media, and secret communications to record unethical lawyers that the State Bar has ignored for decades. See State Bar's latest discipline report, shows little change. Lawyers often threaten that secret recordings are unlawful, but parents are using a host of secret recording devices to document attorney misconduct and public corruption in the legal system. YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and other social media sites are being used to spread the word about unethical lawyers and their unscrupulous billing practices. As the State Bar faces continued pressure to disbar bad lawyers, the media continues to tread lightly, and social media rebels and hackers get the recordings out through secret drops, Proton and Signal. If you have a secret recording of a bad lawyer, or judge: email us at CalJohnQPublicgmail.com As ABC news and local Patch news in Campbell, CA begin to explain what parents in family courts continue to face, Santa Clara County Sheriffs continue to harass and threaten parents protesting court judges, lawyers and CPS workers keeping children from their own parents in what appears to be divorce and custody case rigging of the worst kind. Moms who have not seen their kids for 4 years, Scott the Protestor who was arrested for for his activism and after wearing a Princess dress and carrying a #DADSLivesMatters sign when he was kept from his daughter's first birthday party, continue to be harassed, singled out, threatened and retaliated against in Santa Clara County. Sheriff Laurie Smith, to please Judge Patricia Lucas and District Attorney Jeff Rosen continues to send law enforcement officers out to identify and single out parents for arrest. Parents point to self-representation and a system acting to protect lawyers and judges over children and families, particularly where attorneys are appointed to represent children or one parent and the other parent has no lawyer. Lawyers Heather Allan, Leah Amini, Bradford Baugh, Rebekah Frye and Valerie Houghton are just such lawyers in Santa Clara County, and more are being identified in San Mateo, Contra Costa, Monterey and Orange County. County lawyers and elected officials have known of these issues and refuse to protect victims, or investigate improper governmental activity. Parents with no contact with their own children are not backing down. Protests are regularly embarrassing family court judges in Sacramento, Contra Costa and Santa Clara County. Supervised Visitation and Grandparents hit ABC News: Parental Alienation Day- WE MISS OUR KIDS!4/25/2018 Grandparents and parents stripped from their families and children by order of family court judges have had enough and ABC10 news is about to see the power of these folks that have been branded crazy and disgruntled by judges in California who grew a little too comfortable forgetting the law and fairness. Santa Clara County Sheriffs, under Laurie Smith, continue to need a civics lesson as they continue to take names and threaten parents with arrest, the groups are only growing stronger. A live Facebook Feed of interviews with ABC10 and court reform activists Joe Sweeney and Kathleen Russell went viral in the first few hours it was on social media. Over 1000 pissed off people commented and hundreds of shares will reach the eyes of children to let them know they are not forgotten. Mainstream media is about to get a lesson in the power of social media where parents have plenty of time since the courts took their children. Tireless parents like Patrick Glynn who is posting the video on YouTube, hope Parental Alienation Day, April 25,2018 and ABC news covering family court issues will bring about change. Glynn has generously donated his time and money to bring awareness to the fact that family courts are depriving parents and children from relationships they deserve. Meanwhile, parents in Santa Clara County picketing, and protesting parents are not deterred by overzealous cops. The group of 50 will continue to grow and plans to picket and protest every Tuesday from 10-noon, or beyond, even in the face of arrest by crooked cop gone bad: Deputy Solorio. Want to go? Sunday Salute: Parents use persistence, grace and determination and head to Sacramento to impeach Judges who protect child molesters and domestic violence abusers. FAMILY COURT UPDATE : JUDGE CARRINGER IMPEACHMENT PROCESS BEGINS. They have been called "disgruntled", "not credible", "vexatious" and "not fit" to raise their own children, yet these parents have pressed against injustice and fought to protect their children as judges wrapped in immunity placed these parents on supervised visits, appointed unethical lawyers to represent their children and recommend denial of custody. As these parents left abusive marriages and relationships, they faced more abuse than ever and nobody told the parents, they were entitled to help from California's Victim's Compensation Fund, a fund that considers parents deprived of the custody of their own children to be victims based on Child Abduction Act. Years of facing judges entrenched with the belief they could take children away from good parents, and place them in the sole custody of parents who are more than likely abusers, these parents had enough. The wrote to the Commission on Judicial Performance and they attended hearings to get that Commission to do their job. They rented tradeshow space to warn others in their community and they bought t-shirts, business cards and websites to support a mission law makers refused to address. They lodged Solano County Recall Petitions that got Judge Cynda Riggins-Unger and Judge Garry Ichikawa to ride off into government sponsored retirement, but when Judge Christine Carringer refused to go, they took to the option of impeachment themselves. These parents are not backing down. They have the support of other victims, and a local press doing its job to present the facts. There is a novel idea, the press in our communities reflecting the people, and not the story the PR firms judges hire to create their own FAKE NEWS about our legal system. ( See email from PR firm hired by judges to shut these parents up). Like the favorite children's book, The Little Engine That Could, these parents are proving that love for their children, desire to protect all children from harm and passion to change the attitudes of a deeply biased and entitled California judiciary may prevail after all. Ignoring Marsy's Law: Government Lawyers Protect Jewish Pedophile Rings in Affluent Silicon Valley4/21/2018 Santa Clara District Attorney Jeff Rosen has used his Jewish background to advance his political career, while covering up secret deals that protect some of California's most powerful lawyers, judges and pedophiles. Many whom Rosen is protecting belong to the Synagogue and Jewish Community Center in Los Gatos, where Rosen associates. While pandering to the press and covering up scandals in Silicon Valley's jails (killing of Michael Tyree), Rosen used tax payer money to travel to Germany, drove in fancy Mercedes and padded overtime accounts of prosecutors earning over $350,000 a year with secret accounting practices ( as reported by NBC investigates) . New information has come to light showing that Rosen has also been padding Victim/Witness Services and has to explain what he did with over $50,000,000 while he offered victims no services state and federal grants offered to provide. Molesting Little Boys: Like the Catholic Church Scandal, Jeff Rosen has known that men in affluent Los Gatos, connected to Rosen through the local Jewish community, have been serially molesting little boys in programs sponsored by the Los Gatos Jewish Community Center. These rings also appear to be operating in the Palo Alto Jewish Community Center. Rosen has assisted with secret deals to protect some of the most influential Jewish families in Silicon Valley, with law firms that include Hoge Fenton and McManis Faulkner, that draft settlement deals like those discovered in the Catholic Church scandal uncovered by the Boston Globe in 2009. Rosen has failed to protect children in Los Gatos Little League and Boy Scouts programs, where attorney Bradford Baugh, Valerie Tarvin, Nat Hales, Valerie Houghton, Rebekah Frye, Catherine Gallagher, Hector Morneo and Leah Amini appear to be gaining court orders to silence mandated reporters and protective parents. Judge Drew Takaichi's form 700 indicates pedophile rings are laundering money through real estate and court orders that connects Takaichi to kickbacks earned from Los Gatos real estate cases, that appear to be tied to questionable accountings that may indicate a scandal is brewing for Mike Wasserman, Santa Clara County Supervisor who is fighting to maintain his seat in an upcoming election. Beating & Sexually Assaulting Women Attorney Eric Geffon , turned judge, was used by Rosen as a "clean up lawyer", to help celebrity 49er football players silence women who tried to report sexual assault and domestic violence, after Santa Clara wooed the 49ers away from San Francisco. Geffon made secret deals with Rosen to clean up for Ray McDonald and silence Kendra Scott when she first came out about Domestic Violence in 2014. Rosen is said to have used his political power to get Geffon appointed a judge, in return for silencing the women who were beaten or sexually assaulted by players in the NFL's 49er organization. Rosen's emails to Stanford Law Professor Michele Dauber Staffers on leave from the Santa Clara County's Victim Services Unit have sent confidential files showing that Rosen colluded with Stanford Professor Michele Dauber long before Judge Persky's sentencing of Brock Turner, who was convicted of sexually assaulting Emily Doe on the Stanford campus. Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie Smith was rumored to have used deputies assigned to security on the Stanford Campus to assist Rosen in garnering support from Feminists connected to the #METOO movement and launching recall efforts against Judge Persky, as a campaign stunt during an election year, despite the fact that Rosen will run unopposed in 2018, This pattern mirrors what was seen when Rosen ran for reelection in 2012, where he reportedly used a Sheriff deputy assigned to the Saratoga High School campus to set up four young students on false sexual assault charges following the suicide of Audrie Pott and the ensuing PR campaign on cyber bullying laws, that got Rosen reelected. CBS Bay Area produced a six part investigative series covering repeated failures of California's judges and prosecutors to comply with Marsy's Law, a powerful law that protect victims of violent crimes. San Mateo prosecutors have faced State Bar discipline for failing to comply with Marsy's law, leaving many to wonder if Rosen's connection to disgraced former State Bar employee James Towery is giving Rosen prosecutorial immunity where victims are concerned in affluent Silicon Valley communities. The Jewish community is growing increasingly concerned about Rosen and rumors that many in the community are supporting campaigns to impeach Rosen, with #IMPEACHROSEN leading social media sites.
FAMILY COURTS, CA - Judge Bruce Mills, the man who terrorized people in Contra Costa family and criminal court has gone missing according to Nick Cantrell of the East Bay Times. Court insiders speculate Judge Mills' body is buried deep at sea on orders of controversial probate Judge Edward Weil, appellate court Judge Humes and presiding judges Jill Fannin and Patricia Lucas, who are covering up judge crimes that include everything from fraud and misuse of judicial powers, to flagrant sexual harassment and pedophilia. Tireless parents, picketers and protestors say they are not giving up on removing unethical judges and lawyers from the state's family courts, and Judge Mills is just the first to fall. Santa Clara County has seen a ramping up of the "disgruntled", "crazy" and "discredited" litigants who have lost their children, their property and their dignity merely because corrupt judges including Drew Takaichi, James Towery , Stuart Scott, Vincent Chiarello and Arraon Persky toss their power (and libido) around like confetti at a Cold Play Concert in Levi Stadium. Judge Vincent Chiarello killed Alisa Mesiti and picketing parents are demanding something be done about it. Drew Takaichi and Aaron Persky have also been documented using their judicial powers to steal children and send them to live with pedophiles, while good father's were ignored and condemned to pay support for children they were not allowed to see. Mothers and female lawyers have tolerated sexual harassment, abuse and domestic violence that judges in Santa Clara County laugh about at holiday parties and in local bars and brothels, hosted by the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Picketing and protesting is now regularly occurring in Santa Clara County outside the sparking new courthouse, as Sheriff Laurie Smith is impotent when it comes to having her flunky cops (deputy Swenson) serve picketers with Judge Lucas' faux orders. Protestors have been heard shouting: "Lucas can wipe her ass her fake orders", that most say violate the most basic First Amendment Rights. Di9vorce attorneys in Santa Clara are watching in horror as the picketing reflects uprising seen in 1997, which demanded the removal of Judge Stewart from the bench and that brought heightened scrutiny to attorney misconduct in family law cases, where 90% of people are involuntarily forced to represent themselves because they cannot afford a lawyer. Santa Clara County will continue to welcome protestors every Tuesday morning from 9- noon, until the children and money are returned. On Tuesday, May 8th a giant protest and march organized by victims of rouge CPS workers and corrupt family court judges will bring press out in Contra Costa County, where mothers, fathers and grandparents will continue to demand change in California's Family Courts. Email us for details ! If you ask members of Q - The answer to the San Jose Mercury's question: Is your lawyers a crook? The answer is YES! Thinking the State Bar, with all the same bad actors will do something about their own....., forget about it. We may just get photos and fingerprints, not honest lawyers. But Robert Mueller may be on to something as he reached in a busted up attorney- client privilege with the President of the United States and his lawyer, over a $130,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels. As goes Mr. Cohen............ At the same time Bill Cosby's $3.4 million dollar sex hush agreement didn't keep that so silent as prosecutors busted privilege and put him on trial for a second time. In family court secret deals mafia like lawyers have been doing for years, and the agreements are just as illegal , they are just not stopped by family court judges, the bottom dwellers on the judiciary. Taking advantage of people during an emotionally charged time of their lives to settle up for 10% of what they are entitled to, or to agree not to talk about their thoughts that a former spouse is an abuser or pedophile, is wrong. It is illegal. This culture has evolved with the help of cops who are willing to misuse their office, as they help protect lawyers who protect them in return. Meanwhile thinking about more local affairs and Sex-on-the-Bench, Santa Clara County's controversial female Sheriff Smith is starting to look old and haggard after news broke she stole the infamous sex tape during an investigation and people in her own departments have taken to anonymous blogging to rat her out. ( See the Tomas Casey Report - run by insider with an axe to grind) San Jose Mercury reporter Tracey Kaplan did a fair job on summing up new mandatory fingerprinting and photographing requirements, but may have missed the forest through the trees where lawyers in Santa Clara County are concerned, and where Kaplan has given these lawyers, including District Attorney Jeff Rosen a free pass for far too long. Cops interfering with internal investigations is a criminal act and so is prosecutorial misconduct where Jeff Rosen and his DDA John Chase have given these cops immunity in return for favors and emoluments. Think Gilroy deputy Plett, who is under Smith's management (and maybe her sheets). Deputy Plett misused his police car, had sex in it and let someone he was having sex with out of domestic violence charges. Then Plett conspired to trump up false child abuse charges against her ex . Smith did nothing, and not one of the 600 people employed in the district attorney's office even looked at a cop lying and the impact of those lives on an innocent child. A local blog that is operated by a cop insider tells the backstory of Sheriff Smith and why it is more than just sex. What the blogger misses is that Sheriff Smith and Jeff Rosen used the death of Audrie Pott to advance their careers. All the while the parents of the dead child went around making money on Netflix Films, and giving Sheriff Smith a starring role in the recent documentary; Web of Lies. Such propaganda is intended to advance Smith's reelection campaign, and appears to be illegal. Speaking of illegal, as the rest of us get ready to file our taxes, Sheila and Larry Potts haven't seemed concerned about doing the same while paying Rosen and Smith back for the $2,000,000 they got out of the settlement by frightening the young Saratoga students. Rosen and Smith got re-elected , but the Potts forgot to file the taxes on their 503 (c) non-profit, as they used all the money innocent donors gave in an emotional outpouring following Audrie's suicide. A suicide far more likely linked to the abuse she suffered from her greedy mom and step parents who had documented domestic violence hiding in their past. All the donor money went to give the Potts a lifestyle they didn't deserve, and to assure kickbacks to shady lawyers and cops. Time for an audit. Time for the Attorney General. Remember, mobsters usually go down for tax and mail fraud, not the real fraud they usually engage in every day. So, if Bill Cosby can't make you laugh anymore, and you can't travel all the way to Washington to watch the latest legal scandal, you can find secret sex deals covered up by a shady lawyer, or cops helping to obstruct justice right here at home , and the California Bar will keep sending these shady lawyers referrals, while taking their cut along the way. Ex Wife of District Attorney Tells All: Family Court, and Other Divorce Secrets in Silicon Valley4/4/2018
Pamela Nudelman Describes Silicon Valley Divorce Pam Nudelman was just getting warmed up to expose Silicon Valley's divorce secrets when Supervisor Joe Simitian began working overtime to cut Pam off during her Public Comment period at the monthly supervisor meeting. A nerve has clearly been hit as the lawyers and county officials who worked so hard to bring the 49ers and Oakland A's to San Jose, have suddenly found themselves facing the music for what they have done to women, men and children in Santa Clara County divorce cases over the past 20 years. Fueled in part by the #METOO movement, and driven by injustice, Pam is determined to tell her story. Her hope is to help other women, even if her Public Comments are cut off by government lawyers hoping to shut her up. After mainstream media ignored her, and Santa Clara County's appointed and elected officials dismissed her, Ms. Nudelman pressed on hoping to explain how she suffered during and after her divorce to a former prosecutor with the Santa Clara County district Attorney's Office. During a long term marriage Pam supported her husband and children, even when Alan Nudelman was charged with burglary, a charge he pled down and that the State Bar never was interested in addressing. (See LA Times News Article- Alan Nudelman.) After Alan Nudelman beat down his wife with the help of divorce attorney Bradford Baugh in a painful divorce, Alan went on to work as legal counsel for the Oakland A's where he and Alan Ruby worked to bring the A's to San Jose, as had been done previously when Santa Clara lured the NFL's 49ers to Santa Clara. Additionally, Nudelman went on to make money as a criminal clean up lawyer for the county, his criminal record that was discharged with community service a the Los Gatos library not withstanding. Nudelman never had to pay his wife from a long term marriage any spousal support, as attorney Bradford Baugh assures in all his male client's cases. For over 16 years, Ms. Nudelman alleges she suffered most at the hands of private and government attorneys used in her divorce and paid handsomely by her former husband Alan Nudelman. The army of attorneys paid in the Nudelman divorce included Bradford Baugh, Nat Hales, James Cox, Rebekah Frye, Joseph Johnson, Margret Patrick, Craig Silman and others who hijacked her community property and failed to protect a wife as they pandered to her politically connected husband. Experts like Tim Harper and James Butera were retained by Baugh to rig reports and assure Pam was denied support and her share of community property. A scheme Mr. Baugh tells all clients he intends to employe in highly litigated divorce cases. Not surprisingly Brad Baugh currently represents Kari Wolff, a Los Gatos School teacher who is the daughter of the Lew Wolff, owner of the Oakland A's . A payback Nudelman assured for Baugh beyond what was paid in the divorce. During a Santa Clara County Family Court proceeding in Wolff v. Rossi, Baugh pressed on before Judge Pegg, with corrupt CPA James Butera, insisting that Ms. Wolff should not have to pay her former lawyer husband more in child support, despite being worth over $1.6 billion dollars. As billionaire school teacher Kari Wolff tried to slip out of making sure her own son was properly supported in a manner she could easily afford, Mr. Baugh;s criminal Divorce Mob, which included Jim Hoover and countless so -called experts, kept the counter running at over $3000/hour in a hearing Judge Pegg cut short for personal reasons. Seems everyone in Santa Clara pays attention to lawyer bills, and not kids. Such claims are common for Mr Baugh in Santa Clara County courts, and Ms. Wolff's former husband. Mr. Rossi, is connected to the firm that hired Jim Towery , after Towery was fired by the State Bar for using his office to protect dirty lawyers and his own wife DDA Sinunu Towery, who was the prosecutor failing to protect women who were beaten, murdered, raped, and sexually assaulted by 49ers players after the team won a Super bowl and moved to Santa Clara. (Joe Montana and Steve Young are reportedly horrified). After enduring a nearly five year divorce, and on her 60th birthday, Pam got word that she won a $3,000,000 plus judgement against Joseph Johnson. The judgement granted by Judge Cain showed that lawyers Pam did hire during her divorce were not effective counsel when dealing with the Antitrust activity of Bradford Baugh and his goons. Pam will likely never collect on the judgement, as Johnson has filed for bankruptcy, as he appears to no longer benefit from Baugh's criminal enterprise. The State Bar did nothing about any of these unscrupulous bottom-feeding-shark lawyers, despite multiple complaints Pam, and others, made against Baugh and Nudelman during this time. Including complaints of sexual harassment of clients in family law and criminal cases who are especially vulnerable. . Many of the same lawyers in Pam's case are the subject of Antitrust complaints currently being investigated by the State Bar. These complaints show Silicon Valley divorce lawyers engaged in Unfair Business Practices that deprived mostly women and the elderly of honest legal services during their divorce proceedings. Pam's judgement against her former attorney came as James Towery, local lawyer turned corrupt family law judge, acted as the Chief Trial Counsel for the State Bar, where Towery reportedly protected the worst lawyers, including Pam's former husband and Towery's wife, both governmental lawyers employed with the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office. The Towerys are suspected of rigging hearings and protecting lawyers in both Santa Clara County's criminal and family law courts, as part of their retirement plan. Paradise Papers show the Towerys along with Silicon Valley lawyers have been moving assets to Costa Rica, assets which were stolen from Santa Clara County residents during Silicon Valley divorces. Like thousands of other women in Silicon Valley, family courts failed Pam Nudelman. During her divorce she was forced from her home, driven from her children and threatened with financial ruin, that required her to sleep in a warehouse in affluent Silicon Valley as her husband was nice and comfortable in the family's $4,000,000 Los Gatos home, which neighbored Steve Wozniak, the co-founder of Apple, Inc. Pam repeatedly tried to voice her struggles to be free from her husband's verbal, emotional, financial and physical abuse, but she was repeatedly ignored and dismissed after lawyers part of a criminal enterprise called Pam "crazy", "unstable" and "not credible". Nobody helped Pam and the Los Gatos Police even appeared to assist Bradford Baugh and Alan Nudelman in an effort to make false domestic violence claims to discredit Pam completely in the county's courts. False claims and misconduct by the Los Gatos police, and other Santa Clara County law enforcement agencies are part of the culture that fuels Mr. Baugh and his criminal enterprise. A recent complaint was filed by a father whose ex used Santa Clara County Sheriff Deputy Plett to lodge criminal charges of child abuse to win in a custody case. The county could have to pay millions, just as the city of San Jose had to pay nearly $7,000,000 for an officer who used excessive force on a woman and then walked over her broken body, calling her a "liar" . Pam knows where the bodies are buried in the District Attorney's Office, and in the Los Gatos police department. where a few bad apples suck at the teat of tax payers and where a powerful monopoly is anxious to silence her, even 15 years later. Pam has complained to county officials that she has had vehicles tampered with, bullet holes shot in her car, and that she fears for her life, yet county managers have done nothing to protect Pam, nor to investigate over the county's BLUE WALL., that protects the state's most corrupt judges and lawyers. Despite death threats, PTSD and sadness from being driven from her own children. Pam is determined to tell her story, speaking out to protect other women, and with no thought of possible financial gain. Agents for Pam are attempting to have her story told in a Netflix series. The series would expose Santa Clara County's family and criminal courts for what they have done to women over the past 25 years as Silicon Valley rose to be one of the most affluent and influential places in the world. A place where Pam Nudelman has kept all the records, license plate numbers, and the receipts. |
