Warning: This Rick and Morty video contains vulgarity.  It is based on an actual court transcript . Jane Q finds the words vulgar. However Jane and John Q Public find the current state  of our family and criminal courts even more repulsively vulgar.

Rick and Morty, an American animated series with 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes ( for those of you in a different demographic) , is a wildly popular modern series with young people. It is edgy like South Park  as it manages to address complex modern issues in an  entertaining  way.

What is remarkable about this YouTube clip, is how quickly the clip went viral on social media. Millions of views in minuets.  The response on  social media  indicates people may be more aware and critical of problems in our  American Court system than traditional media would like to believe.

Over the past summer Jane  and John Q saw substantial  increases in activity on this site. Our daily visitors now reach over 10,000 hits per day and 20-30% of those viewers are new to the site.

People who once  felt alone and crazy over what they have experienced in family courts are reaching out and connecting with others, unlike ever before.  This site, and others like it  are  run by individuals , activists and volunteers determined to make a change.

These people are determined to get rotten judges out of our courts and this time they just might succeed.

The fact that issues related to judicial misconduct is reaching the wider world, gives us all hope that our efforts are paying off.

While  Jane and John Q  predominately  focus on family courts in California's  Santa Clara  and Contra Costa Counties,  methods and information  for the Jane and John Q movement are being successfully deployed to  communities across the country.

Jane and John Q's goals are to first stop the outrageous legal practice of alienating parents and children during family court matters.

Next J&JQ intends to expose every rotten judge and lawyer who uses our legal system to rob innocent people of their rights, their property , their children, their freedom, their peace of mind and their dignity.

Finally,  J&JQ is  seeking restitution. California Courts are teetering  on the brink of bankruptcy because of the traffic court corruption that lead to the amnesty program.  Courts ignored complaints for decades and the issue blew up after people spoke up and the media got involved.  Now people are speaking up about family courts and the media  is starting to pay attention.

The state better be prepared for the sheer havoc that will be ignited in court budgets when J&JQ gets  done securing a similar  result for  family court victims up and down the state of California .

Our focus in Silicon Valley may be just the E-Ticket to get real change in our family courts.

We recognize the thousands of victims who have suffered for decades in our family courts.  We are mindful of the harm family courts have imposed on generations of innocent children. We are coming. Keep helping us speak up. Stay strong.

And remember : Now we have social media and we have Rick and Morty on our side !

How many of your views are judges taking names? Scary to think that protected speech is resulting in judicial retaliation. The Honorable Vanessa Zecher had her own attorney write to me threatening me for postings I made about her representation of me in family court in 2003; she did nothing to stop a void order from being entered and resigned rather than file a motion to vacate it, told me not to defend against Respondent's motion because many of Santa Clara Co. judges are 'ill-prepared, ill-tempered, or just plain ill'. Oops, hope I don't receive more threats about exercising protected speech.
