Lawyer Myron Moskovitz Fights Secret CourtsCalifornia's Judiciary continues to act in secret when disciplining the state's bad judges. After moving a hearing three times, and reassigning to three different judges, a long delayed hearing was finally held. Over 200 activists, reporters and members of the public filled a San Francisco court room to support California's State Auditor in her effort to audit the Commission on Judicial Performance, the CJP. Victoria Henley the hatchet man for the CJP was noticeably absent and planning her retirement by ordering her golden parachute. Myron Moskovitz argued for the Auditor, providing a zealous representation on behalf of the PUBLIC RIGHT TO KNOW. Moskovitz, tenured in his spectacular career is quickly becoming one of the top First Amendment Rights lawyers in California. Judge Bolanos appeared personally concerned that allowing the State Auditor access to judge discipline records could ultimately place those records at subject for PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS. Why would that worry her so??? Ironically it will be a judge who will decide if the public has a right to know about the state's bad judges and the discipline records related to those judges that are currently held in the secrecy of the state's judiciary and CJP. Despite the mid week hearing, hundreds of members of the public filled a courtroom after the Commission on Judicial Performance's staff and lawyers stalked social media pages and PIO Ann Dolan appears to have determined that a larger court was needed to accommodate members of the public and media who came from Los Angeles, Sacramento, Napa , Marin , Contra Costa and Santa Clara . All attendees , except Dolan and the lawyer for the CJP, appeared to be supporting the auditor's right to audit the CJP, as ordered by state legislators over a year ago. Advocates who supported the state auditor sat peacefully inside the courtroom as Moskovitz launched a brilliant argument that set the stage for the inevitable appeal. All aware this issue is working its way to the highest court, where Chief Justice Tani Cantil Sakayue will be asked to decide to protect their judicial colleagues, or the public they all serve. Familiar faces in the court audience and hallways included Kathleen Russell, Joe Sweeney, Connie Valentine, Susan Bassi, Barbara Kauffman, and Cynthia Dizikes from the San Francisco Chronicle, reporters from ABC news as well as family court investigative reporter Stephen James, all known to be spearheading transparency issues on California's judiciary for decades. "Disgruntled litigants" ( judge's code word for the public seeking to clean up California's benches) also came out in force to join the movement that seeks to hold judges accountable for bias, prejudice and embroilment they impose in divorce and custody cases. Members of the media and Q who have been advocating for the audit and transparency have faced severe judicial retaliation, and this hearing appeared to be a shot across the bough letting the judiciary know the Public demands reform. Outside the courthouse protestors who had lost their children to bad family court judges and CPS collusion carried signs and told stories of how indignant judges are stealing children from loving parents and siblings. Inside the court protestors who have lost homes, retirement accounts and been declared vexatious or labeled with domestic violence warned of the corruption and bias individual judges unleash on the state's legal system that serves to violate public confidence in California's judiciary. Lawyers for the State Auditor, lead by the legal hero Myron Moskovitz, argued that the CJP is the only state agency that has avoided an audit for the past 60 years. Moskovitz claimed that blocking the auditor from viewing judicial disciplinary records would prevent the auditor from exposing wrongdoing and corruption as the auditor recently discovered at the State Bar and the University of California. Judges are reported to be fearful of the audit. Insiders report that going back five years the state auditor would uncover grave judicial misconduct that has harmed millions of California residents and that would likely destroy public confidence and trust in the judiciary. Such discoveries could also threaten the court's funding and the budget for the CJP entirely. Q NOTE: Odds are that no judge in the state will rule to allow the audit to continue such that "confidential judge records" could be viewed. California's judges have created a culture of cronyism that has eaten away at public confidence in the state's legal system. Like a bad cancer, the public appears to continue to have bad judges dominating the state's legal system. Thank you ABC , the San Francisco Chronicle and California Judicial Branch News Service for covering this important issue. UPDATE: The San Francisco Chronicle has set up an investigative team to collect those "confidential " judge complaints. The CJP may be able to keep those complaints secret, but the media does not have to ! Redact your complaints and send them to iteam@sfchronicle.com or keep sending them to us - we want your Bar , Court Reporter and Psychologist complaints as well ! CalJohnQpublic@gmail.com. Hey San Francisco Chronicle - Welcome to the Spotlight Family Court Project !

Cronyism is the (nice) word I would use to describe the rather cozy relationship my children and I have experienced beteeen CPS , court appointed attorneys, city attorney, and all the services providers who are using my son as their cash cow. Seems once a child is in their grip there is great incentive to hold onto that child for dear life . Many people are depending on these kids for their paycheck and the best interest of kids seems to be forgotten or just neglected.

I get so overwhelmed with sadness and grief when I read comments like yours. This is exactly what happened to me with my child. At first you’re all alone and you have no idea why they are doing this to your life? At some point you start seeking answers or reasons and wind up on websites like this. One would think it would be a relief to discover you’re not alone...and it is I guess.

It's very crucial that judges who are involve in violating the law be exposed in a court of law. It cannot be ignored. Judge Christine Carringer allowed my husband to commit tax fraud, she overlooked the transportation of hazardous waste, she denied my legal representation of 3 attorneys, she allowed a court reporter who was unlicensed to represent my case, she facilitated a fraud in my property. How is this allowed???
