Mercury Reporter Stabbed in Willow Glen - San JoseWeeks after the San Jose Mercury reported the San Jose Family Courthouse has ripped off California Tax Payers by $105 million bucks and ABC News investigative reporter Dan Noyes reported on bias and racism in the court's top administrators, a San Jose Mercury reporter was stabbed in the same Willow Glen neighborhood where Ray Mc Donald had his front door broken in by a San Jose Swat team in early June.
Oh Good ! We should all feel better that the San Jose Police are investigating a stabbing involving a reporter from the San Jose Mercury News . NOT! The San Jose Police couldn't get it right TWICE when they investigated former 49er Ray McDonald in this same Willow Glen neighborhood. Domestic Violence ? Maybe , but San Jose won't investigate that , as the San Jose family courts are the worst in the nation for prosecuting non- violent domestic violence, while letting violent rapists like McDonald off the hook, as assisted by Jeff Rosen's office and judges like James Towery. This stabbing happened just weeks after the San Jose Mercury revealed the new Santa Clara County Family Courthouse was financially bankrupt and court reporters can no longer be afforded in civil or probate cases. California's Courts are being sued by parents who have had children stolen and by the poor and disabled who have had their rights violated. Legal costs of the courts are also escalating as federal cases challenging how the state's overly broad use of the Vexatious Litigant Orders and Domestic Violence Protection Act, as applied in family court cases. Lisa Herrick, the General Counsel of the Santa Clara County Court, and former partner of the corrupt law firm McManis and Faulkner , is reportedly trying to suppress information on anonymous blogs and websites that show the courts, court reporters, judges , referees , private judges and family law attorneys are engaged in actual criminal conduct that could cost the state billions in lost federal funding. Brave reporters and journalists who cover the courts may pay dearly with loss of access, lost of freedom and loss of life as the corruption in California's courts begins to be exposed. #journalismmatters is a social media hash tag raging in all communities, as people begin to realize the value of reporting, even when that reporting attacks secret courts and corrupt people running them.

My case is still on going. Started in 2013. I initially did not suspect corruption, I thought a good lawyer and your protected. My case proves the direct corruption and I have documentation to prove it. Emails between myself and child's counsel, Judge vacating my motion for trial. Judge hand picking child's counsel and conspire to steal my child. It happened after I went pro series. It's sickening and they are pissed because I filed bankruptcy and did motvoay corruption therapists nor child's counsel. Judges rotated I pray that new Judge will provide integrity and fairness in his orders. My daughter is being abused ordered by Judge Cyntia Lie and Chikd counselor Steohanle Foreman. Ex wife attorney Monica Asplund. My original attorney did not want to represent me after they filed a frivolous motion. For no reason she stated. Obviously the scheme was in play

Mario, I am sorry about your daughter. We are all fighting this evil now. We need to fight it so children can be protected. It is A statewide systemic CORRUPTION. Those of us who stated to report were called crazy and so on. Many are speaking up now, so it is more of a pattern. To me JEFF ROSEN and Julie Emede are the two biggest player of corruption in Santa Clara County. Julie Emede uses her power as supervisor judge to protect corrupted judges and others. Rosen's wife is a judge, so he is a judiciary insider. He also gives a pass to privileged offenders. RECALL DA JEFF ROSEN 2019!

I have a case where a family judge gave my children and home to my X a convicted felon of DV. He's on parole. He falsified information to gain control of my house and children. We do not live together! It has been at least 3 years. I'd written an ex parte in which this judge denied my petition even though I provided the deed, several house bills including the mortgage, X's felony criminal convictions with prison time.
