Will the CJP Have SF Chronicle's Editors Jailed Too?

Few  will notice that exactly a year after Joe Sweeney was put in a Richmond jail (two days after publishing a report that got an audit of the agency that disciplines California Judges audited), the San Francisco Chronicle's Editorial Board, in a bold and unprecedented move,  has published harsh words for the state agency that is failing to protect the public from bad judges..

Joe, like so many other family court victims, had merely been posting online about the gross unfairness in his divorce, where he faced an army of lawyers, and where he was designated  with domestic violence. A judge deemed blogging on line and using papers in a public court file worth of jail.

Jail, lost houses, stolen children, Joe  is far from alone where unfairness in family courts is being exposed and people are facing retaliation from judges, the most powerful individuals in the state. . Each day thousands of people reach out to the media, hoping someone will finally expose what is going on in California's Family Courts.

On August 17, 2017 a San Francisco court was filled with the usual parents and activists who have been calling for judicial reform for decades, but this time, and for the first time , they were joined by the public , who attended through the eyes of the San Francisco Chronicle, ABC News and Investigative reporters. Also in the audience where social media icons like Cathy Cohen, Sue Bee and members of Jane and John Q Public  who have rallied social media groups, mothers, fathers and grandparents from all over the world  to bring attention to California's Family Courts.

Today, in simple divorces, Silicon Valley houses and businesses have become quite lucrative ,  and have become the cash cow of the financially bankrupt court system. Litigants also report that rather than simply and equitably dividing community property, many judges are applying $100.000 or more to lawyers on one side , while additionally appointing custody evaluators, realtors, CPAs and referees to those same matters,

People who instinctively speak out about the appearance of injustice in family law cases face the greatest retaliation of all, often having their children taken. without lawful reasons .

In addition to trying to silence those who speak out against judges by sealing complaints, judges themselves often issue orders that prevent people from speaking out on Facebook or event brought complaints  to local county agencies. See order of Solano County Judge Carrianger  below. Judge James Towery has issued orders restraining litigants from filing complaints with the State Bar, IRS and FBI to conceal his misconduct.

Lawyers who file complaints against judges, or who attempt to disqualify a judge from a case where a judge may have a financial benefit in an outcome , or where the judge is clearly biased , often face huge financial consequences, as judges make sure that lawyer is never paid equal to what other lawyers who don't complain are paid. Court files up and down the state show that judges who face complaints themselves have failed to report attorney misconduct.

Additionally, Public Records Requests have revealed that nearly  95% of the state's judges also appear to have failed to fully report financial interests they may have in a case, where the judges then fail to recuse themselves, denying  litigants fair and impartial hearings.

Q is glad to welcome the San Francisco Chronicle to the party aimed at removing bad judges, we hope more media outlets will follow suit.

This is my case. The reason I was gaged is because my ex transported hazardous waste from the city and county of San Francisco and dumb it in our backyard. The city in Fairfield cited both of us 3 times. Solution to the problem, appoint realtor Suzanne Rocha to steal the house and don't go talk about it to the major or Muni.

What happened to Joe happened to me - including jail on a judge's trumped up charge to hide his judicial screw ups and to silence me.
God willing, this corrupt system, starting with a complete overhaul of the CJP, will get rid of runaway judges and give us new and fair hearings and trials. There are an overwhelming amount of judicial orders needing overturned, and simply turning a blind eye to this is not justice for the victims like Joe and me.

Jerry Brown has been Governor of California four times. Many of the Judges have been appointed by Brown of his father who was Governor from 1959 to 1967.
Jerry Brown is the reason for the shortage of affordable housing in California. Brown's collaboration with Henry Paulson and Steve Mnuchin facilitated the criminal activities of MERS and associates.
Judge Robert Grossman ruled that MERS and associates put 67 million illegally generated mortgage transactions into the system. Those transactions originated at California based Indy Mac Bank. Indy Mac was purchased out of bankruptcy while Jerry Brown was serving two terms as Mayor of Oakland and Henry Paulson was Secretary of the Treasury.
Brown became Attorney General after leaving Oakland where he had cut city services to the bone. As AG, Brown shut down the AG's office to complaints from homeowners who were complaining of fraud against the banks.
Henry Paulson shut down the Office of Thrift Supervision at the same time that Brown shut down the AG's office, this permitted Mnuchin to change the name of Indy Mac to One West and continue to conduct business without rewriting the mortgage transactions because no lawyer or Judge in California, or the rest of the country for that matter, was willing to take Jerry Brown, Henry Paulson, Steve Mnuchin, the Securities and exchange Commission and the Justice Department to court.
67 million people had to refinance because of the collapse of Indy Mac. People weren't being "greedy and using heir homes as piggy banks" as Mr. Obama stated. It was a robbery that was committed to prevent the Chinese from liquidating their holdings in subprime mortgage backed securities that were held by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

The germ of destruction of our nation is in the power of the judiciary, an irresponsible body — working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall render powerless the checks of one branch over the other and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated.
- Thomas Jefferson

“Permanent judges are liable to be tempted by; misled by favor, by relationship, by spirit of party, by devotion to the executive or legislative. It is better to leave a cause to the decision of cross and pile (flipping a coin) than to that of a judge biased to one side.”
—Thomas Jefferson, 1789

"At the establishment of our constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon showed us in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the means provided for their removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by the public at large; that these decisions, nevertheless, become law by precedent, sapping little and little, the foundations of the Constitution, before anyone perceived that invisible and helpless worm had been busily employed in consuming its substance. In truth, man is not made to be trusted for life, if secured against all liability to account."
-Thomas Jefferson, 1823
