Santa Clara County Gags Whistleblowers Seeking to Expose Child Abuse in Little League and Boy Scouts of AmericaSan Francisco, CA- A lawsuit challenging California's Domestic Violence Protection Act (DVPA) shows that judges in California are effectively allowing lawyers in divorce and custody cases to use the DVPA to gain an advantage in a divorce or custody matter, and to protect child abusers and pedophiles. in communities across the state. A declaration was filed in the federal suit that shows a woman (Jane Doe), from Los Gatos, California, was gaged by a DRVO after she tried to contact CPS and raise the issue of potential abuse by her boyfriend. The DVRO, filed in Santa Clara County court, restrained the young woman from contacting the Boy Scouts of America and Los Gatos Little League, where her ex boyfriend had been actively involved. Imagine if victims and whistleblowers connected to the sex scandal in the Catholic Church had been gaged by a court as Santa Clara County appears to have gaged innocent citizens seeking to protect children associated with the Boy Scouts of America. Hundreds , if not thousands, of young boys appear to continue to face harm based on improper governmental activity of judges and lawyers in Santa Clara County. DVROs that join third parties are not only unconstitutional, they appear to be being used at an alarming rate. as a litigation tactic in cases where big money is at stake. Repeated calls and emails to court managers and the court's General Counsel as to how these orders could have been made, were not answered. Attorney Brad Baugh obtained the controversial order, despite having formally represented the Jane Doe as her minor's counsel during her own parent's divorce some 20 years earlier, where Baugh and other lawyers were paid over $2,000,000 to create false claims of abuse against Jane Doe's mother. The State Bar dismissed the complaint brought by Jane Doe, who claimed Mr. Baugh had represented her as a child, then obtained the DVRO against her to benefit another client, a clear violation of the Professional Rules of Conduct. Court insiders report that the State Bar routinely dismisses complaints against Mr. Baugh due to a close social, personal and professional relationship Baugh has with Judge James Towery. Towery, was formerly the Chief Trial Counsel at the California State Bar, before he was run out of the Bar for violations of ethics. James Towery is also reported to be hiding millions undisclosed income and assets, promised as kickbacks from lawyers including Brad Baugh. In a similar case, court insiders report Baugh assisted a female client in manufacturing false claims of domestic violence against her wealthy husband , as a strategic move in a divorce where millions were at stake and a DVRO would have given all the money to the wife. The husband in that case was later found to be factually innocent by a Santa Clara County jury. Before being cleared of all wrong doing the husband was subjected to criminal, and civil matter, and spent over $3,000,000 defending false domestic violence claims manufactured by lawyer Brad Baugh. Complaints to the county court's presiding judge, Patricia Lucas, have gone unanswered and court reporters employed with the county courts appear to be obstructing the transcript from a hearing where the DVRO involving Boy Scouts of America was issued. Brad Baugh, known for using family courts to protect sex abusers , money launderers, alcoholics and pedophiles, has previously been disqualified from one case, by Judge Persky, but only after a monumental legal event that cost millions of dollars to accomplish. Over the course of a nearly 50 year career, Baugh is also reported to be involved in a DUI scandal involving the Los Gatos Police and Santa Clara County Judge Danser, who was removed from the bench for misconduct that involved the Los Gatos police, and DUI ticket fixing. The Los Gatos police appear to be in on the corruption that resulted in the DVRO involving the Boy Scouts of America, and that department , along with the Santa Clara County DA have been knowingly giving Baugh a free legal pass, allowing his clients to continue to have access and opportunity to abuse children and violate the law. Santa Clara County Court administrators are reported to have known about the unconstitutional restraining order that prevented an individual from coming forward to alert Boy Scouts of America about potential abuse in the Los Gatos community, and the court managers, and judges, did nothing, despite mandatory reporting laws.
