Erasing Family is a new film being produced in San Diego, California. The film is an extension of the documentary, Erasing Dad, that was filmed in Argentina, and attempted to explain the human impact of divorce on children and fathers, in a country of corrupt laws and legal system. These issues are faced worldwide, the human result is universal.
San Diego, California has a long history of court corruption that has pitted parents against one another in bitter custody and property battles. Lawyers and divorce courts have fueled these disputes, for profit, as they have in Marin, Contra Costa, Santa Clara and Sacramento. Sacramento produced Divorce Corp, a documentary that tried to explain the legal and financial corruption found in divorce and probate courts. Erasing Family promises to explain the human impact divorce has on husbands, wives, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and children. Production is now underway. It is time to break the cycle. It is time to stop the lawyers, custody evaluators, CPAs and experts who profit when misery is escalated in divorce court. It is time to stop the emotional and financial abuse family courts impose on American Citizens. Please support the making of this film. Please support Santa Clara and sign the petition. Santa Clara is also in the process of bringing a feature film into production. Have a story you want told ? Email us : Caljohnqpublic@gmail.com
