Women Judges Who Draft the Code of SilenceAs the Harvey Weinstein scandal rages in Hollywood like an apocalyptic Napa County fire, information is starting to leak to the public that shows women acting in California's Court Management positions are perpetuating a Code of Silence where Sexual Abuse and Harassment is concerned. This is the same Code that protected sex abuse in the Catholic Church, college football and in the media, for decades. Abusers are never to be excused, but now public pressure is beginning to take a foothold where people know of abuse, and look the other way. Equally alarming is a recent escalation of false abuse claims, which family courts appear to be using to fill budget gaps. As Judge Yew sat as the Chairperson on California's Commission on Judicial Performance , insisting that the CJP had done an excellent job in protecting the public from bad judges, she knew, and had to know, she was lying. During her time on the bench and in a leadership role for the state's judicial watchdog, Yew knew that judges, acting in her county alone had misused public funds, engaged in Antitrust and RICO like conduct, and worse, unleashed unethical judges and lawyers in a manner that served to harm, even kill, children and seniors. Yew's position links her to the clear pattern and practice of judicial retaliation against people who file complaints against lawyers, judges or any employee of the court, where Judge Erica Yew, and other judges in Santa Clara County have engaged in conduct, and accepted a Code of Silence, that is no different than the silence of movie stars and politicians who knew, or should have known, what Harvey Weinstein did with his power in Hollywood. Remember how regularly Weinstein was publically thanked or awarded? As an example, Judge Yew, appears to have regularly appointed, or used , custody experts Phil Stahl, Leslie Packer and Dr. Rebecca Bailey, of Transitioning Families , all of whom are being investigated by the media and Board of Psychology for crimes against children. Yew appointed referee Nat Hales to assist her in complex divorce cases, despite knowing that Nat Hales never complied with the law to get appointed and as Yew had to have known ( as a Trustee for SCCBA), that Hales was running around sexually harassing scads of women, including lawyers, court employees, staff members of lawyers and litigants. Yew also looked the other way after Hales had been disciplined for unethical conduct by the State Bar, and where cases involving Yew and Hales were up on appeal at the Sixth District. Hales' long time mistress, a woman known only as "Bunny" , was regularly seen with Hales, including on trips the two took to Cabo, at Stanford football games and at social events where judges and lawyers openly mingled, and while it was widely known that Hales had a long time marriage to Cookie, the mother of Michelle Hales, whom Nat Hales shared a law practice. Worse, as Yew's leadership role continued to advance, she protected her colleague James Towery. During his employment at the State Bar, Towery was reportedly engaging in sexual harassment of employees of the Bar, litigants and lawyers that had been repeatedly ignored by Big Silicon Valley Law Firms and even the State Bar itself. Letters complaining of Towery's unwelcome advancements on women were also ignored by Santa Clara County's top judicial officers, and county lawyers. All knew and appear to have remained silent , or retaliated against those who tried to complain. Towery, as a result of his judicial immunity and protection of all female court managers, including General Counsel Lisa Herrick, continued his conduct for years, including by engaging in improper relationships with female prosecutors at the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office, as Towery's wife, Karyn Sinunu Towery, was employed in the office, As part of the Code of Silence, Judge Yew, and others , appear to have regularly awarded attorney fees and sanctions to select lawyers who maintained the code, allowing the conduct to continue to harm litigants and lawyers who refused Judge Towery, in a manner very similar to what was seen with Roger Ailes , Bill Cosby and now Harvey Weinstein. Yew's silence also appears to protect lawyers like Bradford Baugh and Heather Allan, who have misused their legal careers to profit and benefit from the Code of Silence that has allowed a mountain of custody experts, including Dr. Rebecca Bailey and Transitioning Families, to take children from loving parents and place them in the hands of known , or admitted, violent abusers. The issue is not exclusive to women. Many men have suffered from harassment and abuse that the judiciary has turned a blind eye too. Yew is reportedly involved in assisting Santa Clara County judges engaged in retaliation against several men who tried to speak out against Judge Stuart Scott , Judge Mary Arand, and Judge Mary Ann Grilli. When men complained about false claims of domestic violence , or being unlawfully separated from their own children, Yew appears to have used her power , and confidential information available to her as Chair of the Commission on Judicial Performance, to assist in legal retaliation against such men. Last month, California's Judicial Council awarded Judge Erica Yew with its top award. Yew now joins an elite club with other members including former court CEO David Yamasaki, who reportedly stole palm trees and landscape supplies for his home while managing the now bankrupt building project involving the Santa Clara County Family Law Courthouse. Sadly, Judicial Council Awards may be meaningful to all the cronies in the state's legal system, but for others, it is simply a roadmap pointing to top Judge managers and the Code of Silence that continues to persist where sexual harassment, fraud , false domestic violence and child abuse are concerned. .

Just the name of the case alone: Judges vs Public is incriminating! Their Oath to the Constitution = an Oath to We The People i.e. "Public". They, judges, have no royalty to be able to keep anything from audit, or the public with which they must give account to Our royalty as a Republic, as We The People. The world is turned on its head when 'common good' defined by those self proclaimed progressives, place 'good' for the common at odds with even one of We The People! A crime upon one of US is a crime upon all of US! This upside down thinking is always revealed by the upside down consequences it produces, and those always are against We The People and our beloved Constitution in attempts to take both from supremacy to servitude to the elite entitlements of 'common good'.

California's Secret Commission on Judicial Performance is a window dressing political curtain used to conceal and protect criminal judges. Combine this commission with a criminal bar association. Then it come as no surprise to anyone that our judicial system is operating as a self serving politicized crime syndicate. One can only assume that total societal anarchy is soon to follow.

The Judges and Sheriff's love when they show up in red shirts. Makes it much easier to identify the people who have zero respect for the law.

Many judges never appear on an election ballot. They get appointed, and then run unopposed. What! No one wants to be a judge? No one wants to make $180,000 a year + a nice pension? How does that work?!!!
