SWAT Reportedly Called to Home of former 49er RAY McDONALD for new RAPE allegations
Middle class moms and dads are being jailed under California's Domestic Violence Protection Act for “disturbing the peace “ of another parent with Facebook and online postings, as true abusers like former 49er Ray Mc Donald continue to abuse and impose harm in communities where they pay fancy lawyers to get them out of DV and violent abuse, and rape charges.
Mc Donald has been enjoying five years of freedom, despite multiple DUI arrests , police documented domestic violence and raping of women he picks up in local bars during alcoholic binges. On his last rape charges, where he was indicted back in 2015 by a Santa Clara Grand Jury, Mc Donald reportedly paid $100,000 to make the civil rape charges "go away" this past April. Shortly thereafter Santa Clara County DA Jeff Rosen's office dropped the criminal rape case. Insiders report Rosen could not get a conviction based on San Jose PD botching investigation after investigation where big money and celebrity offenders are concerned.
Two weeks after the Jeff Rosen’s office was trying to sweep Mc Donald’s 2015 EPRO violation into a quite dismissal, Mc Donald’s Willow Glen home was reportedly surrounded by SWAT as allegations of yet another rape case appear to be emerging once gain in Silicon Valley. This time locals report Mc Donald opted for a stripper from the Brass Rail, as he knew her credibility and his celebrity would get him off the hook. Meanwhile, because neither the Santa Clara County courts, or DA continued to subject Mc Donald to a DVRO , which are dished out for far less on a daily basis, M Donald may have been holding firearms in a rented house directly across from a San Jose school in the upscale Willow Glen Community.
Ray Mc Donald is a menace to the public, not a public hero, yet he continues to get a free pass based on Silicon Valley’s 49er sports culture and a celebrity status Mc Donald continues to enjoy with Santa Clara County Judges and law enforcement agencies.
Santa Clara County’s Family Court Involvement in Violence Against Women and Children
While ducking and dodging rape , DV and DUI charges for the past 5 years, Santa Clara County’s family court judges, infamous for judges like Arron Persky, have McDonald has spent millions on defense lawyers, custody lawyers and settlement agreements, to make sure Judge James Towery would allow McDonald’s mandatory alcohol testing and prior DVRO to slip off into deep pit of legal corruption that plagues the Santa Clara Community.
Judge Towery has allowed McDonald to move to unsupervised and frequent visits with his two year old son, and Towery has repeatedly ignored the child's mother's request to reinstate mandatory alcohol testing Mc Donald was under back in 2016.
In James Towery’s family court, poor or self-represented litigants don’t get the same celebrity treatment that Towery, an admitted 49er fan , gives McDonald. In case after case, Judge James Towery appears to subject mothers and innocent fathers to supervised visits or supposal support termination where non- violent DV claims are alleged. Mothers who have fought for custody or support, and fathers who have filed to legally stop move away orders get decaled vexatious, subjected to DVROs themselves as litigants like McDonald pay lawyers in Towery’s favor to get away with fraud and violent abuse.
Confidential files leaked to the press show that Santa Clara County’s family court supervising Judge Emede signed orders giving McDonald increased visitation, as McDonald spent millions on lawyers to continue to buy his way out of criminal conduct. All this occurred as the child’s mother was underrepresented by Legal Aid and unethical lawyers like Heather Smith, whom the State Bar never investigated or disciplined.
Judge James Towery's former connection to California's State Bar, and the role that connection has to allowing abuse in family law matters is now facing heightened scrutiny.
In December 2016 online media groups attempted to cover McDonald’s custody case in Santa Clara County. After those requests were made, James Towery appears to have worked in concert with Mc Donald’s big mouthed bullying custody lawyer, Elise Mitchell, to have the court room closed. Ray Mc Donald, an undisputed public figure, clearly was able to buy off Judge Towery to conceal his conduct from public during his custody matter where his violent history and alcohol abuse were matters at hand.
James Towery, an admitted 49er fan, is not unlike the San Jose Police members , or the Santa Clara County Sheriffs, who have treated Mc Donald as a God , giving him a free pass to beat, harass and rape the women of Santa Clara County. The Santa Clara County District Attorney and police have unclean hands as well , as the DA’s office and law enforcement continue to botch investigations related to DV and rape. This misconduct is reportedly the reason SWAT is being called in to take over on yet another rape allegation involving former 49er Ray Mc Donald.
Women politicians, leaders and activists are fed up. Nearly one year after Brock Turner allowed to serve only 6 months in jail for the rape of a woman on the Stanford University campus, and just months after CEO Abhishek was allowed to stay in the country and face only 30 days in jail for abusing his wife, another rape charge against violent abuser Ray Mc Donald is calling for federal investigations of Silicon Valley misuse of domestic violence cases in California's family courts.
Insiders report that California's newly elected Attorney General is overwhelmed in dealing with non- violent DV issues clogging the courts and state registries , all arising from family law cases. At the same time it appears Silicon Valley communities are using DV grants and funding to cover their budge shortfalls by harshly prosecuting non- violent , dads , moms teachers and upstanding community members, while letting violent abusers like Mc Donald and Gattani off the hook.
An investigation into Santa Clara County’s misuse of funds intended to protect citizens from violent crime is underway by citizen journalists and an underground media group, due to a lack of interest from mainstream media.
