Why would the person charged with overseeing Santa Clara County's Domestic Violence Unit Not Want to Be Recorded?
Jim Demertzis is the lead prosecutor for the DA and head of the Family Violence Unit. Jim is the link to the cops who responds to DV claims and is charged with protecting victims, yet Jim never placed Ray Mc Donald under a DVRO after former 49er Ray Mc Donald did this to the mother of his child...
Money, Media and District Attorney Jeff Rosen along with the Santa Clara County Sheriffs are all guilty of being labled #HimToo. They have abuse and disrespected women in the county for over 10 years. It is an unacceptable culture that has reached a tipping point.
These government employees have endangered children and they have aggressively prosecuted and criminalized parents speaking up about complicit fiduciaries and family courts instead of prosecuting the bad guys. Yes, sometime the bad guys wear 49er uniforms or are the same cops who are supposed to protect.
Santa Clara County has taken millions in state and federal grants under the cover of protecting victims. But the county is spending money violating the Brown Act, remodeling their Victim Services Department, but are too busy to answer the phone.
Judges in the county who are ranked the most abusive toward women and children include Stuart Scott, James Towery, Patricia Lucas, Mary Arand, Julie Emede, Drew Takaichi and Roberta Hayashi.
Non- profits are having to do the job the county is paid to do. The YMCA has dedicated volunteers and DV advocates. Mothers Against Murder do more for victims than any paid employee of the victims services unit.
Moms and dads falsely accused of DV are gathering together to speak out against real abusers and a flawed system that protects them. These underground groups now make up thousands of people dedicated to protecting kids and giving them a better future.
As millions pour into the courts, money goes to favored lawyers who do nothing but destroy families and fail our kids. Dennis Luca , Nicole Ford, Leah Amini, Bradford Baugh, Richard Roggia, Nat Hales, Heather Smith, Elise Mitchell, Mark Erickson, James McManis, Hector Moreno, Kathryn Schlepphorst, Lynne Yates Cater, all have failed clients, lied to courts, and acted to disgrace the legal profession, but Jeff Rosen and Jim Demertzis may be the worst of the worst where women and children are concerned and should be disbarred.
Jim Demertzis charged Mc Donald with domestic violence, but never got around to putting Mc Donald under a DVRO, allowing McDonald to stalk , harass and abuse his victim for years.
Attorney Nicole Ford colluded with attorney Elise Mitchell to let the abusive and admitted alcoholic Mc Donald out of a DVRO, as Ford went on to nominate herself for the head of the Santa Clara County Domestic Violence Committee Council.
Nicole Ford never protected her own client from domestic violence and now she wants to speak for all victims.
Judge James Towery, treated the victim like a nursemaid. Like garbage. As Towery, closed the court, denied and ignored media requests while he and his prosecutor wife, Kayrn Sinunu- Towery , went to 49er games and rubbed shoulders with all the money the 49ers brought to the county. And the presiding judges Emede, Lucas and Pichon all knew and just went to 49er games and parties too.
This morning a father in Michigan was compelled to jump former USA Gymnastics Dr. Nassar . The video was viral by breakfast. Every parent whose child has been put in harms way or abused feels for that father. Every mother who has been unable to protect her children or herself in a family court matter died a little more when the sex abuse scandals were played out in court.
Silicon Valley is the window to the world so why would the people charged with protecting the women and children in the valley not want to be recorded?
Many are calling on state and federal agencies to dry up the money sent to Santa Clara County and drain the SWAMP.
Jeff Rosen and the culture he has created that is hostile to women and children in the District Attorney's office is sitting on the plug.
