Insiders close to President Trump admit that Trump went Rogue and against all advice when he pardoned Sherriff Joe Arpaio. The most surprising aftermath of the Trump Pardon has been a reported flood from California's Family Court victims who are begging Trump to "Drain the Swamp" of family court judges.
Letters being sent to Trump reportedly chronicle horrific stories about what has been happening to families in California's family law divorce, probate and custody cases.
Since family law cases are always heard by a judge, without a jury, they are prone to being influenced by bad judges, bankrupt county courts, and a crony network that serves a select few "insiders" .
The highest number of complaints appears to be coming from Santa Clara and Orange Counties where the presiding judges are also being reported for failing to manage the entire family law division in their counties. Sacramento and Contra Costa are coming in tied for a close second.
Letters describe how bad judges are taking children from primary caregivers, and how children are losing their futures based on the money certain judges allow to be spent on an endless stream of custody evaluators, CPAs, and other " experts" , until it is all gone, leaving children and their parents broke.
Stories of protective mothers on supervised visitation with their own children and parents with no history of mental illness or violence being ordered by California judges , not to speak about their case is essentially gaging Free speech into suppression where family courts are concerned. .
Heart wrenching letters to the press and Trump describe good dads being kept from their children while being imputed with impossible support orders that ultimately land them in jail , and render them unemployed.
Men and women across the country appear to be describing how family court judges are finding a historically high number of family law litigants guilty of domestic violence, often for non- violent crimes , after they try to speak up about real abusers.
Frustrated litigants, described as " disgruntled" by California Judges and state watchdogs, have flooded Trump with complaints against Santa Clara County Judges Towery, Persky. Chiarello, Lie Scott, Greenwood and Lucas in particular. Complaints from Santa Clara County have reportedly captured Trump's attention, perhaps due in part to Santa Clara County filing federal law suits to block Trump's immigration policies.
Trump has reportedly put Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen, and other District Attorneys who have ignored perjury, fraud and corruption in family law cases, on notice.
Also reportedly on the list, and being scouted by those loyal to Trump, are family law judges from Sacramento, Solano, Napa, Marin and Orange Counties, where the district attorneys have been asleep at the wheel and where Trump is reportedly directing the Attorney General's Office to investigate misuse of federal funds with the intent of bankrupting anti- Trump counties and legal systems.
Adding to the "worry " Trump poses to California's judiciary, courts managers have recently admitted to huge violations of Due Process where family court litigants have been denied fair hearings based on attorney , court reporter and judicial misconduct, as well as courts improperly charging fees related to court transcripts, and filing fees in divorce and custody cases.
Judges like James Towery, appointed by Democratic Governor Jerry Brown, are reportedly very nervous. Towery , who dates back to connections at the State Bar has apparently been being investigated by Trump supporters for some time. Those supporters recently uncovered scandalous affairs James Towery had with other State Bar employees, where Towery and his female colleagues reportedly used State Bar expense acocunts to carry out their sexual relationships, while on the job. Several anonymous sources claim Towery had affairs with State Bar female employees and members, " regularly", and while traveling and staying at in international locations including the exclusive Fairmont Hotel in Canada's British Columbia. The investigation has landed now "judge' Towery in hot water for misuse of government funds during his employment at the State Bar. An investigation that can expose many more of the State Bar's secrets and that makes members of California's State Bar low hanging fruit for Trump and his army of favored lawyers.
Trump "Draining the Swamp " on California's judiciary is a long overdue promise that family court victims reportedly hope Trump will follow up on. Sherriff Joe may have opened the door for Pardons in Family Court while Judges are left to answer for their crimes against family law litigants and their children.
