FamilY Court: KassenoFF Playbook

Last fall,  Catherine Kassenoff's Facebook page signaled a change for parents and kids trapped in the family court loop. A loop that sent her to social media where instead of merely reposting occassional articles about family court, failed relationships and abuse in court, Catherine stumbled across the troubling scene of Maya and her little brother Sebastian being taken from their Grandmother's Santa Cruz home. 

Watching private tranportation agents take two children by force was too much to watch.  Having worked for the federal government, and aware of how they were instructed to stand down when it came to family court cases, the former DOJ attorney reached out to Ann Marie, through a friend.

A friend invited to a business mixer for JAMS, ADR and Signature Resolutions shareholders at the Greenberg Traurig law offices in Silicon Valley. 

Catherine's message to her  was clear, " We can't neotiagate with terrorists"! 

Sadly, Catherine learned Ann Marie would be no help as Ann Marie and her husband, Jeff, were heavily invested in real estate and stocks connected to the secret club operating in San Jose at the Three Flames.  A club hosted by Intero Real Estate Willow Glen's  Office in California. 

Seemingly the  judge- hosted- insider trading club was connected to The Family, an all male organization with lawyer members  from Greenberg Traurig's Palo Alto and San Francisco  offices to the north. .   

Catherine's friend reported women attorneys  at the party were the worst of all. They said the  family court playbook would use mental health and claim  Catherine was just making  up allegations of abuse. Court papers would show she was  merely " Disgruntled".  

Catherine's friend mingled for a bit longer , hoping to find someone willing to help expose what was happening in family courtrooms from California to New York. She overheard discussions with private judge's wives.

They discussed  fancy vacations, fine dining, spas, private schools, properties and investments their friends and family members were getting from parents involved in a divorce, or from children managing probate of their parents' estates. They spoke of social rating systems on people that translated to more profits. Then came the secret announcement:  Facebook executive Allan Thygensen was moving to Docusign and the stock was expected to soar.  Anne Marie and her husband Jeff clapped excited when they heard the news. 

It was then that Catherine hatched her plan. She would recruit   lawyers, federal judges, activist, politicans, police officers, reporters and grandparents empathic to her cause. She found most support on social media with others burned by domestic violence nonprofits such as the one in Los Altos, California that the Greenberg Traurig law firm had gotten Santa Clara County Supervisor Joe Smitian to donate $250,000 to in order to add more " staff" and members of their advisory board. 

Then Catherine's friend heard the lawyers talking about how they get attorneys appointed as private judges, minors counsel and parenting coordiators. 

" What kind of mother would agree a private judge could be used in a divorce case  when we know what they are capable of. " Catherine wrote in a diary.  " I would never agree to a private judge, dealing with Carol Most's appointment was bad enough", she finished off in her notebook. 

Missing her daughters and struggling with cancer, agian, Catherine Kassenoff  and her supporters changed the launch for their  plan several times. Ultimately deciding to launch a medical sucide mission, Catherine bought a home, locked up her money in a trust, and filed an appeal and federal lawsuit. 

" A federal lawsuit will  be the only way to get  information about family court into the public domain and finally shut down so my girls can survive when I don't ", the diary reads in the next entry. 

Catherine knew that her ex-husband and his law firm, would never let her live to see her grandchildren. 

However, she was resolved in her mission to save her unborn grandchildren, so direted her friend to grab the "Playbook" designed by The Family and vetted down at the Three Flames in San Jose as crafted by her ex husband and his well connected law firm. Copies of that Playbook were only kept in the New York and Silicon Valley offices and Catherine sent her friend to find it. 

Mindful of the DOJ's informal  "catch and kill" history,  and the absense of criminal RICO cases  when it came to attorneys, therapists, accountants and custody evaluators and private judges  connected to the Reunification Therapy Industry and family court, Catherine had to create a legal event related to family court that was so big, mainstream media would cover it. 

Ultimately over the Memorial Day weekend, minful it was the third anniversary of George Floyd's death, Catherine would execute her plan, front load her social media and pray it worked. She followed up by having the entire process fully documented by  journalism interns and lawyers who could explain it best. 

" I want everyone from Silicon Valley to Switzerland to hear my calls to my children. Don't let them forget my Russian accent or how hard I fought. Tell my girls I could not win because family court is that broken. " She told her closest supporters. 

Less than 10 people witnessed the  final months and moments.  And one is completely off record at all times.    

Two Nurses  were recently awarded the  no- bid contract Supervised Visitation Certtification business to educate all of California's public school kids about word salad and Village People working in courthouses, hospitals and schools. 

Nurses who are  mandated reporters working for Judge Wright Mediation , Aribitration and Private Judge Investigations. 10% of all  profits go to nonprofits advancing newspapers in schools and mail in complaint hotlines  for innocent spouses and their children.

The nurses who watched Catherine Kassenoff die, were allowed to record all of her statements on the  Hail Mary Playbook.  Nurses and Police Officers are Mandated Reporters and automatically certified to protect children, but have to pass the Pulcrano Report Test and Work 100 hours on the Child Abuse Hotline and Telethon to be certified as a visitation provider. Catherine's final instructions to her team: 

Be sure to  tell them Mom's Rules: 
1. Trust but Verify 
2. Believe in the Parent Trap, not reiunification camp.
3. Hope for the best, plan for the worst. 
4. Remember everything you say or do may one day be an exhibit in court. 
5. Always act as you would on camera even when you can't call your mom. 

What was most important to Catherine was that she let her daughters know that if she should die, and they one day end up in family court, they should get out no matter what it takes.

She wanted her daughters to have peace she never had, she told the doctors, nurses, lawyers and friends with her when she died.
