When a judge appoints a lawyer for children in their parents' divorce, it just might be someone like Jessica Huey, and there is little that can be done about it, she has immunity given by the judge who appoints her. Parents will have to pay her bills, no matter what is charged. Huey's close relationship with judges and attorney Thomas Girardi keeps her flush with cash and plastic surgery kickbacks. 

Huey is part of a group of lawyers involved in California's family court Ponzi scheme designed to steal family assets and move children into costly escort businesses or for hire as nannies and domestic help. Family court provides a steady flow of canidates and minor's counsel appointments are a big part of it . 

Outwardly she is the loyal mother and attorney who only has an occassional glass of wine. But recently Huey was recruited for a racket that involves drugging and stealing children. She is a " groomer" an attorney who is appointed to represent children , where she gets to bill hundreds of thousands of dollars to do nothing but assist in removing one parent from her small client's lives. The step down gets a parent put on supervised vistitation, which brings in cash for lawyer and judge investors. 

Huey was rewarded with plastic surgery deals from Thomas Girardi himself. Huey was nicknamed Thunder Thighs by the enterprise given the area she said she wanted plastic surgery on. 

Huey will not help children she is charged to represent, Once connected to these gangs of lawyers and judges, it is about brining money in to the enterprise to keep a legal career alive. 

To do that, these lawyers are willing to drug kids and remove their support networks, making them more vulnerable. They will miss school and fall behind in their work when they do, Unable to go to college, Huey and others move them to a different future . 

That future involves playing nanny , housekeeper or garderner for the clients willing to pay the enterpise. Sex is expected, drugs are required and when protective parents and family members are removed from the picture, it makes it easier.
