Does Judge Mills collude and conspire with the other Judges in Contra Costa County? Seems like Contra Costa Family Court Services is probably in on this too. #goodgame Jim Paulsen.
I read your change.org petition: Pardon Joe Sweeney: He Shouldn't Be Jailed for Getting An Audit of CJP, and the Update: Joe Released From Jail-Important Work To Be Done. I was a civil litigant and sent to WCDF in 2011/12 as punishment for exercising my constitutional rights. The acts of the judges, justices, attorney, law enforcement and DA are cruel to the core of humanity. They obstructed justice and destroyed me, a witness to a fraud scheme. I thought you'd like to know because you state that, "No civil inmate had been sent to that jail for 25 years." I am fighting back and I'm not giving up. Best wishes to Joe Sweeney as I am demanding justice for the wrongs committed by the legal system.
Mark Peterson, Contra Costa DA, has done nothing but rape and bleed the County of morals and money. After abusing campaign funds in excess of $60K, he was fined a piddly $45K, a mere fraction of his exorbitant annual pay.
Expecting Mark Peterson to do anything aside from prop his buddies Jim Paulsen and Stephen Nash, and the rest of the human traffickers and child molesters in the county, is not recommended. Nobody wanted this guy as the DA of Contra Costa, except for a couple crooked bureaucrats. He will help NOBODY except his county buds. End.
The Judge and his clerk were not counting on Joe Sweeney to be so professional, intelligent, and diligent when they needlessly violated the law. This is a criminal act that should result in prison for both the judge and his accomplice. How disgusting. They should hide their faces in shame.
