Unstoppable Force: Hundreds Expected to Join in Jane and John Q's Online Pro Per Boot Camps and Training Sessions Jane and John Q have successfully reached a milestone. This site is now followed by tens of thousands across the country, and has allowed contributors to reach out to countless groups to organize and grow the family court transparency and reform effort. Small efforts and ideas have become large and the momentum to revolutionize California's divorce and custody process has grown to an unstoppable force. In 2017 Jane and John Q , in partnership with others , will launch Q's Pro Per Boot Camp . The Boot Camp is poised to organize and educate 50% of the family law litigants forced to represent themselves in dissolution and custody cases, where they typically face judicial bias and fall victim to corrupt courts that unfairly divide community property and use children to churn fees for a specific network of "in" lawyers. Jane & John Q's Pro Per Boot Camp will benefit newcomers to the family court system by providing training , support and a network of experienced mentors to help litigants navigate the frightening and foreign world of acting as your own lawyer in a divorce. Online investigative reporters will assist with media coverage, public records requests and legal tools usually only available through costly law firms that more than 50% of litigants in California can't afford to hire for their own divorce cases. Universities and academics are joining the effort to assist the undereducated and underrepresented with mock trials, education and resources necessary to equip parties forced into court with a represented spouse where critical property , income and custody matters are addressed. Advocates are lobbying state officials to address the great disparity in family court cases; where biased judges and lack of legal parity have become the norm rather than the exception. Jane and John Q's first Court Watcher Training and Pro Per Mock Trial is set to be streamed live in early January, on Facebook. Media , tech and university sponsors are being obtained to host this event that will be fed to the country in real time through a vast Facebook networking effort. Judges and Court administrators who thought they could silence proponents of the family court reform movement were wrong. Judges who thought they could retaliate against those who criticized the courts might not want to start counting their pension funds just yet.

This needs to be brought back to national attention. Play that X mas party singing and jolly times. Expose to public, a segment for a week. More exposure. All these stories made me ill. The bullies are alive and well out there. God help us. Keep the truth alive and fight.
