Courts are desperate for funding, so desperate in fact that a core group of judges in Santa Clara County have been issuing false domestic violence restraining orders and acting  with adoption agencies to fund cash strapped courts and line their pockets.

On November 17, 2017 the media, adoption agencies and families were invited to attend Adoption Day on the 8th floor of Santa Clara County's Family Courthouse.

Unsuspecting parents  and jovial children who bounced about the court that day are now being hunted by Santa Clara County  Sheriffs for illegally recording  in the court, in violation of Patricia Luca's standing order.

Lucas, who is the subject of a DOJ and IRS investigation related  to her misuse of public funds during the building of the new family courthouse, has become aware that during the Adoption Day celebrations, Judge James Towery and Judge Stuart Scott were video taped and photographed in a manner that could further reveal crimes contained inside the court.

James Towery, and Stuart  Scott have been reported for sexually harassing hundreds of women and young girls as they sat on the bench in Santa Clara County, some of those women are now speaking up and have indicated that Towery , Lucas and Scott have been involved in highly sophisticated money laundering . pedophilia and sex tracking rings that have generated  them millions in profits kept off the books.

Santa Clara County Judges are issuing DVROs at an unprecedented rate. These can result in a 3044 finding which allows judges to  convert assets, control support and place people subject to false or unwarranted DVROs under supervised visits, which provides opportunities for kickbacks to law enforcement, private supervised visitation organizations, fee awards for select law firms  and payment awards to custody experts, where judges are secretly investing.

Judges have also been connected to child trafficking rings, where Family Court Services, CPS, and private agencies work to discredit biological parents , which allows children to be ushered into foster care and adoption programs that finically benefit counties where judges serve.

An uncomfortable connection with local law enforcement agencies is also beginning to emerge, where cops assigned to courthouses have been reported to be taking cash, delivering cash and issuing false warrants to entrap parents in the family court system.

Judges are also investing in private jail contracts, giving incentive for family law judges to use DVROs in order to toss parents involved in divorce or custody cases in jail.

An investigation shows that several members of the Santa Clara County Sheriffs  Department have been gaining wealth through the collection of cash, and assets that do not need to be reported , these  assets include shell investments in construction  companies awarded bids to build the new courthouse, and that profited from building the 49er stadium in Santa Clara.,

Towery and his wife Sinunu Towery, have been setting up their political clout for decades, even marrying to be able to invoke spousal protections  should they get caught. The duo have been protecting lawyers and diverting donations intended  for non-profit organizations such that they have personally benefited from over $10,000,000  that has gone missing from non profit organizations earning county, state and federal funding intended to support victims and protect children.

In family court Towery has been ground zero for issuing false domestic violence restraining  orders as a form of financial  harassment for some, while  giving a free pass to others, including former 49er Ray Mc Donald.  Towery has also assured attorney fee awards to a select group of lawyers including Lynne Yates Carter, Bradford Baugh, Heather Allan, Nat Hales, Hector Moreno, Marilyn Moreno, Rebekah Frye, Donelle Morgan, James Mc Manis,  Elise Mitchell, Matt Erickson and Mark Ericson, who have secretly assisted in kickbacks to Towery's former firm, Hoge Fenton, where Towery continues to earn income and hold interests in deferred property ownership.

Judge Scott has also been issuing DVROs at an alarming rate and is said to be the new kid on the corruption payroll, where he is using the bench to issue orders that place families in family or probate court where Scott then benefits from private judging contracts, and kickbacks from non profit agonies appearing to work to protect elderly citizens.

One family present at the court sponsored adoption day was alarmed that the county courts had failed to protect the identity of their adopted children, reporting that the state's Judicial Council  even interviewed and filmed the families in violation of strong privacy laws, and in a manner that was very unsettling.
