FBI agents privately admitted to being embarrassed, but not deterred, after a Judge Charles Breyer , a federal judge in San Francisco, barred over 200 hours of recordings the FBI had made outside a Redwood City Courthouse. The recording devices were planted by the FBI in planters and sprinkler systems and Breyer found they violated Fourth Amendment Protections such that they could not be used for purposes of taking down criminal like activity involving California real estate and abuse of public funds related to governmental construction bids. However, the information that the recordings captured show private conversations between judges and lawyers, including judges asking for special protections for bailiffs assigned to their courts. Judge Breyer's rulings may have prevented further prosecution for Antitrust violations involving bids and property foreclosures in 2009 and 2010, but the content of those recordings could not be erased and have brought deeper investigations to Santa Clara County, where all roads lead to corruption and Antitrust violations surrounding the building of a new family courthouse in San Jose. San Jose Mercury Reported On Misuse of Public Funds Connected to New Family Courthouse Since its completion in 2016, the new Santa Clara County family courthouse has been fraught with fraud. Managing judges recently admitted that irresponsible fiscal management had cost taxpayers $105 million dollars and anonymous sources from the Superior Court Professional Employees Association have been sending photos and information that shows judges are cranking up arrests and crimes in conjunction with the Santa Clara County Sheriffs to keep revenue flowing in the form of court fees, state and federal grants and fees to private lawyers in criminal and family law matters who make large donations to the courts and judge reelection campaigns. FBI leaks indicate that since 2016 the FBI has been surveilling the Santa Clara County family law community by planting secret recording devices on persons posing as homeless or disabled. Nearly two years of recordings document a long history of abuse , where members of law enforcement work with judges and lawyers to fix DUI tickets and rig divorce and custody cases. A video posted online to attract more sources captured a scene in San Jose, where it was reported that Santa Clara County Sheriffs were protecting criminal activity that included bribes, cash payments and kickbacks to local judges James Towery, Aaron Persky, Vincent Chiarello, Stuart Scott , Mark Pierce and Vanessa Zecher , Patricia Lucas, and Mary Arand. Santa Clara County Deputies like Deputy Gomez, Badge #1870 (caught on video above) have reportedly been charged by judges and high ranking Santa Clara County Sheriffs to threaten, erase and harass any member of the public who captures images of corruption flagrantly occurring in the Santa Clara County community. Reports of police misconduct have been ignored for decades and the bad cops continue to impose harm that impacts the lives, homes and children of Santa Clara County residents. Shortly after the surveillance video captured Gomez's involvement in a judicial scandal, he was assigned to the Santa Clara County Family Court where he is reportedly involved in a Blue Wall that protects criminal activity that occurs behind the veil of judicial immunity in secret meetings where Judges and only select court employees are included. The FBI's investigation is now looking particularly at Sheriffs assigned to family courtrooms, where they enjoy elevated protection from misconduct such that they are free to act in a manner to harass, threaten and arrest members of the public who attempt to lodge complaints and bring public attention to family courts. Judges have reportedly lobbied to prevent deputies assigned to the court from being subject to wearing body cams that are required of other sheriffs. FBI investigations have also led to the quaint upscale community of Los Gatos, where Los Gatos police have a history of working with lawyers including Lynne Yates Carter, Dennis Luca, Robert Allard , Catherine Gallagher, Walter Hammon, John Conway, Bradford Baugh, Nat Hales , Heather Allan, and Mark Erickson creating false Domestic Violence claims , DUI fixes and police misconduct cover ups that create billions for the courts in revenue and funding. The investigations, along with information released by WikiLeaks have revealed that Santa Clara County Sheriff , and the Los Gatos police, have been conducting surveillance on Silicon Valley tech and social media firms like Apple, Facebook, Netflix and Paypal, as well as the 49er franchise by using information obtained from judges acting in divorce or custody cases. That information has been being sold by the judiciary and top ranking politicians in Santa Clara to investors in China and Russia. Several of the investors have ties to the construction bids awarded during the building of the new family courthouse. Big equity in Silicon Valley homes and confidential information connected to Silicon Valley appears to be the crown jewels for sale in Silicon Valley's family courts, and may be the next frontier for the FBI and press to investigate.
