Dad Harassed & Jailed After Filing Judge Complaint Former California Senator Joe Simitian appeared shocked when he read the order of Santa Clara County Superior Court , that on its face, appears to be an unconstitutional effort to silence citizens seeking to protest the county's family courts. The order appears to be arbitrarily handed out by Santa Clara County law enforcement as a form of selective prosecution and retaliation against a pro per dad who filed a complaint against Judge Scott in a family matter with his own mother that is connected to a Los Gatos real estate deal, giving more of an appearance of mass corruption where family courts and real estate is concerned. Scott Largent was served with what many are calling a faux order, after Santa Clara County Court General Counsel Lisa Herrick marched across the marble slabs of the new Santa Clara County Family Courthouse, escorted by two Santa Clara County Sheriffs, to inform a father protesting family courts that he was not allowed to exercise his most fundamental rights . So Mr. Largent took it to City Hall. ( watch through video), where at least Joe Simitian appeared to be paying attention. During an October 12, 2017 meeting of the Santa Clara County Finance and Government Operations Committee., Joe Simitian took the unusual step of instructing the Santa Clara County clerk to copy and have ready for review the order presented by Largent, following Largent's public comments on the order ( also above video) , Largent often appears to be one dad, trying to get the county supervisors to pay attention to the county courts misuse of public funds and legal dysfunction. The order, which is being aggressively given to select members of the media and protestors, appears to be outright retaliation by judges and court employees as efforts to expose unethical judges, court reporters and financial fraud in the courts continues to ramp up. The retaliation has shocked Largent's grandmother , an 87 year old Santa Clara County resident, who had Sheriffs sent to the home she owns and lives with Largent , after Judge Scott , on his own order, dispatched Santa Clara County Sheriffs to her home for a "welfare check", following Largent's efforts to file complaints against Judge Scott at the county and with the Commission on Judicial Performance. In addition to his matter with his mother, Largent has been fighting for more time with his 2 year old daughter, which has been in vain following his activism in attempting to reform Santa Clara County jails. Largent regularly attend a number of county supervisor meetings, after he experienced the jails first hand when he was arrested and jailed for using a loudspeaker to protest outside police stations. Despite being dismissed on those charges, Largent was furious that the county was willing to put him through a trial for protesting. The jury in Largent's case was 11-1 in his favor, but instead of sending the jury back , where Largent was told he likely would have won, the judge dismissed the case, precluding Largent from a factual finding of innocence. Jail reform, police harassment and unethical judges have been at the forefront of Scott Largent's activism and complaints , which has been met with unprecedented harassment. Bad actors in law enforcement and courts can cost counties millions, and County Supervisors are starting to pay attention. Santa Clara County Courts were particularly embarrassed when the world exploded with outrage over Judge Persky's sentencing in the Brock Turner case, but locally the public defenders were outraged over Judge Scott's conduct in criminal cases, which got Scott moved to family court where he appears to be misusing his power to harm parents and children on a daily basis . While Scott was disciplined, the court's supervising judges appear to be enabling his misconduct, which now appears to be connected with district attorney Jeff Rosen's office and the San Jose and Santa Clara County Sherriff Office. The Persky recall effort is now in full force in communities across Santa Clara County and law enforcement and judges appear to be retaliating against anyone believed to be associated with this costly and embarrassing democratic exercise. Santa Clara County Judge James Towery, who was caught using his bailiffs to retaliate and make false claims against members of the media back in 2016, appears to be the link to the courts , the Bar , the DA's office and the local law enforcement community. Supervising Judges in Santa Clara County have regularly ignored complaints against James Towery, as did the Bar when complaints and questions about Towery's competence and sexual harassment of litigants and employees emerged when Towery was employed at the State Bar of California. Santa Clara County Superior Courts appear to be the hotbed of court corruption and dysfunction, where judges, government employees and police appear to be ignoring the Constitution and hunting members of the press and public, in conduct that feels more like Nazi Germany in 1944 than Silicon Valley California.

I already knew the police and the DAs are involved in the criminal activities together with the court judges. They have victimized me and my daughter about 11 years ago. I also question the Santa Clara County Jury.

Hi - if I'm not mistaken Commissioner Mills from Santa Clara County Court retired quite recently? I believe after being sued he called it quits to mitigate any damages to his pension.

As a County Employee Since July 13,1998 with Valley medical center, I must agree on all the above , my situation is not with family court how ever i have been violated and harassed , stalked,intimidated , ignored by DA office, internal affairs, sjpd , Mayor,dev Davis, sheriff Dept , CHP, my Supervisor all have and are aware of my retaliation with county due to workers comp adverse action, discriminated me due to my disabilities, placed me on state Alert the constant Communities following me due to Scc alert that has placed me in danger, I been assaulted and battery,sexual grooped by an officer, Chase by an officer,apprehend by 8 officers who escorted me out of a police station in The Alameda County to the rain.All standing position I was placed on Administrative leave on Dec of 2016 to Sept 17,2018 due to pending on 3rd party for fitness for duty that my primary doctor and County Doctor were supposed to pick one in agreement ,when my primary gave a good report and never agreed on one doctor . Labor relations picked it I gone to union negligence to help .On Sept 2017 my director told Labor relations didn't want me back in the department , the process if R/A was cancelled and union didn't file grievance or discrimination. This was the longest Administrative leave until placed on TTD as ADA who was awarded a 2014 settlement for slip and fall at vmc with future medical open and was declared permanent and disable. Until now I still am dealing with defamation,slandering,neglience the county denied in May 2018 counseling and I was kicked off of support group at church the person giving the class was a County Employee. My mail has been tampered I wait it 8 years for housing and that notification from housing I never received , the package I send to appeal my EEOC never made it to Washington DC by fed ex it never left post office, my Supervisor admitted to me following and also same day I went to winery my Supervisor walked in behind me. As well other employee as management were also there sitting I ignored them . I turned in pictures and plates number to sjpd , I had an Employee who works in administration follow me to Lundy post office when I found out on my package , employee was standing behind walked in after me post office cameras don't lie and bought stamps in Milpitas . This is all corruption and a Crime having communities following me as organized Crime is gangstalking , my parents are age and don't need all the stress as well ,The community stores I shop have label me especially Walgreens ,.99 cents store ,midtown Safeway this complaints are not taking me serious after 14 reports,30 911 calls , on August 30 2018 a safety meeting was held at Willow Glen I brought this to the attention what about my safety , to Chief Garcia who I constantly leave messages to my phone records will show how many times I called and not a single reply, dev Davis as well has not returned my calls , I file a complaint with Board of Supervisor and directors on time and to all authorities on May 17,2017 I filed on time . Waiting for response in policy and procedures it states No harassment and stalking or intimidation to another employee. I highly agree the county is corrupted sad to say having family members in the City of San Jose and DA office and others in high places is humiliation,embarrasment, stalking 646.9 and bullying is A Crime . I filed a city complaint as well my state and safety is being ignored and negligence. As well on YouTube look up Santa Clara county employee tampered with mail.

I need help i am being abused by child support for 27 yrs. I have court april 12 th and i cant even speak in court when i made theses court dates. Does any one know who to complain to or some one that can just listen and help Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
