After 20 years of abusing the family law bench, rumors indicate  Judge Mary Ann Grilli is being pressured to  resign from Santa Clara Family Courts.

If the rumors are true, Grili may resign  to escape criticism brought on by recent media attention and a swelling public effort to remove her from the bench four years before her term is up.

For at least two years, Santa Clara's family court community has been abuzz over Grilli's  early stage dementia, drug dependency  and personal problems with her own dysfunctional children, issues Grilli's bosses in Santa Clara County appear to have ignored.

Increasing scrutiny of Grilli's  cases has revealed something even more disturbing  including an appearance of pro  per bias, bias toward women, and kickbacks in sanctions to a core group of lawyers that would constitute  racketeering, violation of law and tax evasion.

If true, Grilli's mismanagement of court staff and resources is far more of  a problem than Santa Clara Family Court Administrative Officers would like to admit.

Whistleblowers inside the Sunnyvale and 191 N. First Street Courthouses have revealed what appears to be a county plan to sweep Grilli's incompetence under the rug. Her cases are being reassigned and Grilli herself appears to have some control over that process so she may be imposing judicial retaliation by proxy.

An effort is currently underway to demand an investigation into Grilli's old cases , old rulings and evaluate if it is appropriate for the county to open thousands of divorce and probate cases, which could cost the county hundreds of millions of dollars.

Santa Clara County insiders have leaked that despite tremendous pressure, Mary Ann Grilli has refused to leave the family law bench . Multiple CJP complaints, , complaints of judicial misconduct to the Santa Clara DA  and CJP complaints notwithstanding, Grilli has smugly told pro per litigants whom  she knows have brought negative attention to her mismanagement of court resources and family law cases before her, that  " I am not leaving, even though you would like me to ", in open court.

As the county pressures her to leave, Grilli smirks from the bench as court watchers appear and she continues to impose bias against pro  pers  and immigrants. She ignores evidence of pro pers , as well as legal objections, but allows a core group of lawyers tremendous latitude on the law so they continue to churn fees.  An investigation of her cases reveals that Grilli herself has  violated the law, and cost tax payers and private citizens hundreds of millions of dollars as a result, and as the state's court's system continues to beg for more public funds.

Grilli seems to careless that her number one duty is to uphold public trust in the judicial system is not being upheld.  She appears to be cling to her tax funded payroll,  throwing off as many fees and kickbacks to her court reporters, lawyers and custody experts  as possible before her inevitable removal. . Given the lack of power and drive behind judicial  protection agencies, , insiders report it is a true battle in  the county to see Grilli removed once and for all. Clearly Grilli will not go out gracefully as it was reportedly offered for her to do .

Thank you so much all for your work to encourage this woman to allow the masses to speak truthfully. Some who end up on the bench simply might not have the courage to step down. She did, and those who had courage to ask her to should respected. This is win win. Love it! What if we really did trust our family courts. I think that we would see a drastic change in the collaboration of our entire country when we didn't fear asking for what we need, want and think is right.

This brings me to tears! I am so happy this Judge is finally getting what she deserves... She and Walter Hammon are the reasons my daughter had to live without me for approximately a year. Whilst I paid $$$ for court fees, supervised visits, and drug court. All this because I used medical marijuana to treat my back and insomnia issues. I look forward to seeing justice served! Thank you Whistleblowers!!!!
