Santa Clara County Court Administrators, Presiding Judges Use Fear, Intimidation To Keep Lid on Corruption, Charge Whistleblowers

Santa Clara County Presiding Judge Rise Jones Pichon and Court Executive Officer David Yamasaki use fear and intimidation, reprisal and retribution to cover up systemic judge and employee misconduct, according to court employee whistleblowers.

A similar situation occurred in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania in the run up to the horrific Kids for Cash scandal in 2008. A special state government commissioned report confirmed the problem after several hundred court adjudications were overturned due to systemic corruption. The report excerpt can be viewed below:
