LOS GATOS, GILROY, PALO ALTO and SANTA CLARA WOMEN: FEARFUL OF RETALIATION Hundreds of women flooded into the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisor’s meeting earlier this week, yet few seemed to notice that county staffers (employed at the request of Supervisors Mike Wasserman, Dave Cortese, Cindy Chavez and Joe Simitian) were busy documenting the names of the women who spoke out in favor of recalling Judge Arron Persky. Many are claiming they are speaking out as part of the #METOO movement, a movement in Silicon Valley that appears to be driven by a feminazi Michelle Dauber. As Dauber grabbed the attention of reporters and news cameras, protecting herself from retaliation, county staffers focused on those who supported her. Leaked emails and private text messages show Mike Wasserman’s top staffers attended the meeting to identify women from Los Gatos and Gilroy, making retaliation easier for the elected officials. One staffer was seen circling the names of public commenters who noted they lived in Los Gatos or Gilroy, Wasserman's district. Joe Simitian's staffers were reportedly in direct contact with Mary Hughes, Simitian's wife , a hardline Democrat who poses through a non- profit with the appearance of helping women get elected to political office, while Hughes is privately known to be working to retaliate against women from Palo Alto who are critical of elected officials and police officers. Santa Clara County Sheriffs were being put on notice by staffers through disposable "burner" cell phones displaying text messages that reported the residence, and court history of those who spoke out in public comments. Bad apples in the Sheriff’s department will be ticketing and harassing these women as part of the kickbacks they give to judges and elected officials who protect their jobs. Bad apples in the Sheriff's department are widely known to former judge La Doris Cordell , and reporter Tracy Kaplan from the Mercury News for decades. The corruption continued to spread like a cancer at the San Jose courthouse, Sheriffs provided information directly to judge Persky and other Santa Clara County Judges including James Towery, Stuart Scott, Vincent Chiarello, Mary Arand, and Mark Pierce, judges known for harm they consistently inflict on women involved in Santa Clara County family court cases. Judge Tackichi, who has received kickbacks from Mike Wasserman’s Los Gatos constituents by way of favorable real estate rulings , was caught communicating with Judge Erica Yew as a direct line to the Commission on Judicial Performance and the Judicial Council, state agencies that have allowed Persky and really bad Santa Clara County judges a free pass on discipline for decades. As judicial corruption plagues the Santa Clara County Community, one speaker noted that the Persky recall was a very rare democratic event, and Mike Wasserman was overheard telling a county worker: “ corruption is good for Santa Clara County” Judges retaliating against free speech and First Amendment issues where judge complaints are made, is nothing new in Santa Clara County. Santa Clara County Sheriff’s admitted on camera to harassing a man living with his elderly grandma after he attempted to file a complaint against Judge Stuart Scott, who was effectively caught sexually harassing an attorney in closed chambers during his first few months as a judge , for which the Commission on Judicial Performance only gave him a public admonishment letter, never mentioning the sexual harassment. #METOO HIT SANTA CLARA HARD AFTER 49ers RAPED and BEAT OUR WOMEN The Supervisors are not immune to criticism from women in Santa Clara. In 2014 the Board was hit with public outrage when then 49er player Ray Mc Donald was charged with domestic violence and raping two separate women. After the Director of Next Door Solutions called for the county to take a stand and protect women from celebrity football players who had come to the area with a flurry of Sexual Assault and Rape allegations, she was quickly sent to retirement and the non-profit she worked for while critical of the elected officials began to receive HUSH MONEY from the Board of Supervisors. That First Amendment quashing set off a chain of events that provided grant funding to Next Door Solutions, and a free pass from District Attorney Jeff Rosen that let Ray Mc Donald plea to Disturbing the Peace. Unethical prosecutors and crooked cops in the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s department will also likely lead to the freeing of another former 49er, Dana Stubblefield, as one more jock who used his cock against women in Santa Clara County will be given a free pass because of his celebrity status and the money the 49er organization brought to the county. Apparently Santa Clara County Supervisors were so busy covering up what they had done to women in Santa Clara County, that they didn’t get the memo that Governor Brown has just signed more laws strengthening whistleblower protections, even when snitches call out our elected officials and lawmakers.

Michelle Dauber has not set any one for retaliation; we are not fearful either. We have experienced the corruption of these judges. They have hurt us and our children. I personally know the corruption of these judges, supervisors, deputies, San Jose and Gilroy officers and top officials, DAs and so on. I know these people are far more dangerous for the People in Santa Clara County than criminals. Not all judges, attorneys, supervisors, and law enforcement are corrupted, but a big proportion of them are. You know me and I know you! I do not fear you. I am a friend of the people in my county, and I am against the corrupted systems that hurt them. I will always be watching you and reporting you; I am not impress by your titles, power, and evil ways. El que este sucio ensuciese mas, y el limpio limpiese mas...la mentira no dura para siempre!
