Santa Clara County Superior Court Presiding Judge Patricia Lucas Caught in Local Bars as Stripper Club Scandals Rock Family Courts Judge Lucas makes no apologies for cavorting with family law judges and lawyers in local bars and strip clubs, as judges award millions in fees during Silicon Valley divorces.. An accepted culture that seems to reach from Silicon Valley's Contra Costa and Santa Clara County to Orange County. Citizen Journalists have been combing through court files and interviewing neighbors of family court judges, lawyers and custody experts for two years. Their findings are shocking. Documents obtained by everyday citizens show that Santa Clara County's family courts have no trouble awarding millions in fees to lawyers and " experts" who assist in while collar and violent crimes including; fraud, parental alienation, child abuse, pedophilia, and false domestic violence claims. At the same time Contra Costa County DA Mark Peterson reportedly used his crony judge and attorney connections to slip out of 13 felony charges brought on as a result of community outrage. Private files and court records show that the top earners in family courts may be engaging in Racketeering and RICO like crimes that reach far beyond what Mark Peterson got nailed for. Mail and tax fraud are also being investigated, where big firms including those connected to James McManis, Walter Hammon, Nat Hales , James Cox . Brad Baugh, Heather Allan and Richard Roggia are involved. " The lawyers and judges have gotten too greedy ". cited one family court clerk who sees hundreds of millions of dollars pass through the court by way of fee awards. " Judges are routinely awarding $100,000 in sanctions to only select lawyers. These fees are typically paid by women and men who could never earn that money in a lifetime." And the money is cycling back to the judges in their investments and real estate holdings as the court claims it doesn't have enough money to pay us a living Silicon Valley wage. " Court files show that as far back as 1998 attorney Nat Hales made $1,900,000 representing the wealthy land developer who developed Shoreline and the Google complex. Hales' former business associate is reportedly helping Hales engage in financial misconduct for her own personal gain , and his own daughter appears to be involved as well, while claiming to represent and consult with the valley's top tech firms. Insiders report Silicon Valley CEOs are not happy with the attention unscrupulous family law lawyers are bringing to Silicon Valley's judiciary. Attorney Walter Hammon has made millions representing drug dealers and child abusers against poor and disabled spouses. Insiders report the State Bar refuses to investigate Hammon due to his son's involvement as State Bar President. Attorney Brad Baugh, editor of the Santa Clara County Family Law Newsletter, has made hundreds of millions in cases where he has illegally and unethically obtained real estate liens , which a former business associate reports is part of his " master retirement plan". Baugh has been the subject of multiple State Bar complaints, and allegations where James Towery reportedly assisted Baugh in avoiding discipline. . A six page Bar complaint was lodged against Baugh, showing he used the family courts to assist a divorcing man escape child abuse charges related to children involved in Los Gatos Boy Scouts and Little League groups. Complaints to the county supervising judges Julie Emede and Patty Lucas have been ignored. Complaints to the State Bar appear to be being tampered with by Bar employees with strong alliances to their former boss, James Towery. Court files show Towery may be the greatest menace on the bench. Towery has :
Real abuse and criminal activity is being ignored as false crimes are being manufactured in Silicon Valley divorce court and real crimes are bring ignored by Silicon Valley DA and police departments. Members of Anonymous have scrubbed the electronic data of the Santa Clara Sacramento, Contra Costa and Orange County Courts and found improper governmental activity is known and running rampant , which appears to be creating a financial nightmare about to hit tax payers square in the face. David Yamasaki, Santa Clara court's former CEO appears to have embezzled and misappropriated millions while building the new family courthouse in San Jose , just before he ran off to Orange County Orange County embroiled in the former traffic court scandal, is on the verge of being the next court scandal where court reporters and CPS workers will cost the county billons. Meanwhile the Orange County DA;s office misconduct and corruption has brought FBI, IRS and other government enforcement agencies to their offices. SPOILER ALERT : Commissioner Weinberg may soon join the indictment list with his court reporter buddies at Veritext. Contra Costa County DA Mark Peterson has just fled that county as DA , after the state's Attorney General let Peterson slip the noose on 13 felony counts, all arising from public pressure and complaints. Santa Clara County DA Rosen may be the next to fall. Citizen reporters have found that Rosen has known his staff is engaging in misconduct that includes sexual harassment and abuse, using WhatsApp and Signal to avoid detection. Most embarrassing for Rosen, is that a month after dropping rape and other charges against former 49er Ray Mc Donald, SWAT reportedly kicked in the door of McDonald's home in the 2400 block of Booksin Avenue in Willow Glen. Neighbors of that community have reportedly filed declarations and been speaking with reporters about the continued menace Ray Mc Donald poses for neighbors and school children in the area. Feeling pressure from the community Judge Towery, an admitted 49er fan and husband of a former prosecutor who brought Rosen to Santa Clara, has reportedly ceased Mc Donald's visitation with a 2 year old child, having refused to do so for over six months as the child's mother continued to assert Mc Donald posed a danger to her, the child and the Silicon Valley community . Towery may have rape on his gavel now for the poor rulings and management of Mc Donald's custody case. Fathers who have been denied access to their children during silicon Valley divorces are outraged that Mc Donald would continue to have visitation, when innocent fathers like Michael Lazarin have been denied their children for nothing other than court constructed legal abuse. This week mothers and fathers alienated from their children during California divorce and custody matters will host a rally in Sacramento to bring law makers attention to these issues. Michael Lazarin along with those from Erasing Family will host an event in July. The families of the boys Rosen's office pursued following the suicide of Audrie Pott are reported to support Lazarin. The families were not available for comment in time for this post., Silicon Valley money is clearly fueling legal abuse and violent crime. Activists, researchers and now mainstream media appear anxious to shine a bright light on what is really going on in family courts.

I live in Australia where the Family Court acts very similarly. I'd like to be linked with a group like yours in the hope of bringing about a world-wide movement to either reform or abolish the Family Court. Divorce and arrangements for children were dealt with by individual states until 1975. The need for secrecy prevents publication of true accounts of family law cases. Thank you.
