Post Card Parties Demand Family Court Change !
" From Walnut Creek to Los Gatos, parents who have been trapped in Silicon Valley family courts for the past two decades are coming together and demanding change from law makers and Silicon Valley business. .
" Divorce and Custody problems are still seen so much as a shameful life experience. Many people are forced into this dark scary place on their own, or with a highly paid lawyer who gobbles up your retirement, your house equity and even your child support by operating these law firms that are profiting off families and a broken court system where judges are no longer the upstanding members of communities that they used to be. " ,said one dad attending a recent Silicon Valley meeting.
" And I am willing to bet most people don't tell their families, their friends, their employers or business partners what is really going on in family courts. People are losing their children. their homes and their dignity, but more importantly they are losing their minds.", said one grandmother who was attending a meeting after watching her daughter and grandchildren suffer through a Santa Clara Family Court Divorce for the past two years.
Q Researchers have been investigating over 5,000 divorce and custody cases that have spanned the last three decades in Silicon Valley. The research suggests that in 90% of the cases, the parent not in control of the money during a divorce will most likely end up with only 20% of the communities actual value, and good parents can lose visitation with the own children completely as lawyers are paid to discredit parents with false domestic violence allegations, mental illness or simply being outright crazy .
Research also suggests that Silicon Valley divorces are costing as much as 2000% more as lawyers figure out how to use pricy real estate and hidden business assets to keep court conflicts going for years. In Silicon Valley , judges routinely award fees and sanctions to "in " law firms and lawyers , while legal aid lawyers , pro bono and small firms, or lawyers from out of the area get nothing .
Divorce litigation funding is also becoming big business,, Teams of law firms, custody experts, CPAs , realtors and investments firms appear to be funding law firms to get sanctions and fees out of community property they way they used to out of class action legal battles.
" No doubt about it. The SEC isn't regulating it and the lawyers and Bar Associations who write our laws are now betting on retirement, child support and home equity found only in Silicon Valley " said a divorce litigation fund operator who wished to remain anonymous. These guys have no qualms using homes and children in a rather nefarious manner, simply to make money.
" In fact just last week Judge James Towery and Judge Greenwood spoke at the Santa Clara Bar Association and taught lawyers how to draft fee awards that they would grant. The most disgusting thing was lawyers like Lynne Yates Cater and Matthew Rudy , with the help of two sitting judges laughed about how easy it is to get fees as sanctions using little known laws and fee requests , never intended for family lawyers. "
"Towery even admitted that Santa Clara never gives out FC2030 fees like Alameda and other counties, instead Santa Clara is known for driving one parent legally and financially into the ground, which in Towery's court is always the women and poor dads who didn't make it big in Silicon Valley, where Towery a shrived up and rapidly aging judge, has no use or need for."
The lawyers even made a HOW TO STEAL FEES FROM FAMILY LAW CASES, Click here to read their blue print to steal your money.
" Judge Greenwood, who also helped teach the class to lawyers, is just as ridiculous. She kept one mom in her court for 10 years, letting the father get away with never disclosing money or income. At that meeting she told lawyers neither she nor " any judge in the state would allow such discover abuses." Greenwood is a liar. Greenwood is reportedly brown-nosing all over the legal community to get herself on to the Sixth District Court of Appeal, which she will likely run as badly as she has run her family law courtroom. "
Silicon Valley business leaders are also starting to notice the impact family courts has on their employees. One business leader who recently attended a family court reform meeting stated that :
"Without a doubt we see the impact of Santa Clara and Contra Costa Family Courts on our employees and business partners. Parents who were high functioning and missing time at work to attend their children's school , extracurricular sports and music programs are now missing work for these insane child switching schedules that sound more like military exercises than child rearing. "
"Our HR department has reported that when an employee is going through a divorce they will miss as much as a month of work time in order to attend mandatory hearings, supervised visitation time with their own children and meetings with experts that reportedly are being paid insane amounts of money. Our employees are also reporting legal fees and sanctions that surpass anything reasonable. We have had to fire mostly moms for missed work time, and in one case we even had a dad who missed work to go to jail for a custody related matter. It is madness. We are also getting very questionable claims of domestic violence , which appears the courts are not handling well."
"It seems parents we know have a great deal of income and assets may be getting away with physically and financially destroying their ex spouse in a Silicon Valley divorce scheme, , while several women we know to be suffering from real, abuse , are shamed into silence in our community's family court system. "
"Divorce in Silicon Valley now routinely costs $500,000 in legal fees and while a divorce in Sacramento costs $10,000 in legal fees. Indicating an improper transfer of community funds to operate California's cash strapped court system. There shouldn't be such a huge profit on getting people divorced and that is putting emotional and financial pressure on our employees that definitely impacts productivity. "
Public outrage over what Santa Clara's County Courts and law enforcement did in the rape case of Emily Doe, the Domestic Violence Cases of Kendra Scott and Neha Rastogi are also impacting Silicon Valley businesses.
" We are getting reports from Apple , Netflix, Cuberon, Google, Yahoo! , LinkedIn and an number of other Big SV businesses that community members are so outraged at how Silicon Valley courts are treating women, that it is getting harder to attract new employees and investors to our area. It also is having a very negative impact on productivity."
The new reality for business leaders has been a reality to families for too long. Over 10,000 really angry underground parents, lawmakers, watchdogs and business leaders are committed to funding campaigns; to financially investigate courts, to weed out corrupt judges and to disbar badly behaved lawyers who are creating this unstainable axis of evil in Silicon Valley Family Courts.
The group is also very dedicated to bringing family courts to the greater public attention, as it is believed to be the largest mental health and financial crisis of our time.

The situation is the same in my part of Australia. The people in charge of the Family Court also run an organization based on North American practices. They are actively recruiting members in Australia. Do you know about this apparently commendable society which pretends to be all about conciliation and peace within families but actively works against this? The Family Court here participates in and enables child abuse but are protected by the Australian government. How can we join forces to reform our Family Courts? I know how this is affecting most aspects of Australian society including crime and drug use by young people.

A big part of the problem is AFCC (Association of Family Conciliation Courts). This organization AFCC is HUGE in Australia and has caused extensive damage there by augmenting conflicts to create more business for their 'professionals'.

It's not about a divorce or child custody. That's only used as a freaken cover up. It's an operation to make money and traffick children. I know Aaron Persky very well and damn Towery who your always talking about they are both my judges. I think it's time you face reality on what is going on. Court is just another place to committ the crimes. Its an operation. These people are not any different than an organized crime. Wake Up !!!
