Santa Clara County Strike: Tax Payers Continue to  Pay for Bad Judges and Bad Courts

It is reasonable that  Santa Clara County Clerks are pissed. The County has just built a new billon dollar courthouse, but hasn't had enough money to increase  the pay of  the people who work hardest in the county's courts.

Court clerks have not had pay raises in years. Their workload has increased, their hours have been cut and they sit at the front lines of a very disgruntled public . They also sit and watch judges conjure up $100,000 in kickback sanctions and fees for their favorite lawyers, as the clerks scramble to  make monthly ends meet.

Judges and court administrators  seem unconcerned with how the public feels about  the courts they have created. An investigation shows that most judges are willing to roll  the dice and act unethically and unlawfully, knowing the state's judicial watchdog, CJP , and other judicial agencies will do nothing about it.

Judges also appear to be willing to roll the dice on violating civil rights of county citizens trapped in family and criminal litigation,  knowing Judges enjoy  immunity and tax payers will foot the bill for judicial misconduct.

The Judges are out of control , protected in a bubble that needs to be popped.

Family Court Judge Mary Ann Grilli  has been so violently  harming women  and children in this county for the past 20 years, that she has been sued multiple  times for ADA and other civil rights violations,, which the county has silently rushed to private settlement, and which tax payers have paid millions to correct the harm caused by just one bad judge.

James Towery has so screwed up community property and other support issues in his family court, that appeals and lawsuits are piling up against his incompetence  which has had a fraction of the time on the bench  when compared to Gridlock Grilli . James Towery screwed up the State Bar,  and left Californians with bad lawyers , and now he is screwing up Santa Clara County divorce, custody and probate cases, where he likely intends to stick the bill to county and state tax payers.

Judge Persky's ruling in the  Stanford rape case may not have violated any laws, which are constructed to protect Judges more than rape victims, but he certainly violated the public trust in  Santa Clara County's judiciary, which was already rocked to the core.

Serves them right. Time for their house of cards to fall! These bad judges destroy families for a lifetime! It's now accountability time. Judges are not God and above the law. Judge Joyce Cram in Martinez gave custody of my 2 daughters to a convicted child abusing father and his criminal aiding and abetting attorneys helped him destroy my children and family with total impunity! I will not stop exposing this criminal enterprise until justice is served.

Clerks are taking kickbacks from attorneys to lose parts of case files. This is a well documented scam. Remember the cash that exchanges hand in family courts also greases the hands of clerks and court reporters.
They are part of the corrupt system. I have no pity for any of them.

She peddles children for money.

We say that we don't do that in our country.

But we are just fooling ourselves.
