Victim Looting: Persky Recall and Judge Weil Divorce Turn Focus to District Attorney Jeff Rosen6/9/2018 As the Persky recall raged in Santa Clara County, few people noticed that in Iowa, an investigation arose because of a judge's divorce case. That investigation revealed that a judge had been allowing "winning" attorneys to draft orders in a manner that caused the judge to improperly decide over a dozen cases. That same conduct has been occurring in California divorce and probate cases for the last decade, and now a similar investigation is turning to judges and lawyers in Santa Clara, and Contra Costa counties, where local prosecutors have ignored complaints from victims involved in domestic violence and fraud. The highly contested recall is starting a conversation about women who make false allegations and real victims being ignored by the legal system. More importantly, attention is now turning to judges and lawyers involved in what is reportedly a deeply broken system, dominated by a few very corrupt individuals disguised as lawyers and judges. Divorce papers of Judge Ed Weil, and other controversial judges, show that Aaron Persky was part of a culture that decimates women in their places of work, their homes and legal affairs. Weil's former wife was pro per, as are 90% of folks in California's divorce cases, and all signs point to Weil using the Contra Costa courts in a manner that victimized the mother of his children, a pattern woven throughout his orders in probate and family court. Contra Costa County Judge Bruce Mills, disciplined at least 5 times, was ultimately the subject of an investigation that will likely see him removed from the bench, saving Contra Costa tax payers the expense of a recall as the CJP does their job for the first time in decades. FOLLOWING THE MONEY IN THE PERSKY RECALL An The Persky recall is breathing new life into FPPC investigations based on the legal bills of James McManis, and the endorsements made by Jeff Rosen, the "granddaddy" of endorsements in Silicon Valley. The recall was successful because Persky was part of a culture that men and women in Santa Clara County were no longer willing to tolerate. Voters have had enough of Injustice Victims who successfully recalled Judge Aaron Persky just one week ago have already begun planning their next move. This time #metoo will be joined by #himtoo as men and women take on Santa Clara County's most powerful elected official....... Jeff Rosen. The Sunday following the recall, Ms. Dauber vowed she was far from finished, and those close to her claim she has set her sights on making sure Santa Clara County Sheriff Candidate Hirakawa does not succeed Sheriff Laurie Smith. Dauber is also reportedly working with a well funded group determined to recall and prosecute Jeff Rosen, the prosecutor who flipped on Emily Doe and supported Persky during the recall campaigns. Jeff Rosen's wife, Amber Rosen, was recently elevated to Santa Clara County's family court bench, and like Persky's replacement, DDA Cindy Hendrickson, all eyes are watching these women to see if they are able to shed their prosecutorial mindset when assigned to family court. An investigative report set to be released following the July 4th holiday alleges that Rosen has been looting from state and federal funds earmarked for victims like Emily Doe, who Rosen is outright failing. Victim Looting: Jeff Rosen Steals From Victims Rosen used others to do his dirty work, as seen in leaked emails Rosen had indirectly sent to the San Jose Mercury, the Metro News and Bay Area News Service, as he paid pricy reputation services to scrub information from 2008 -2017 that could have ended his career:
A recent plea on Patch.com shows that Rosen has many more victims than Emily Doe and is selectively prosecuting people who make false allegations. Public Records from California's Office of Emergency Services show Rosen has been looting from the state and federal money that tax payers pay to protect and support victims of sexual assault, rape, domestic violence and other violent crimes. Rosen's Victim Looting has outraged leaders in the #metoo movement, and local tax payers who are calling for Rosen's removal. In addition to a #RecallJeffRosen campaign, set to launch in the coming months, based on a #VictimLooting platform, local residents are planning a class action lawsuit poised to be attack Santa Clara County ,and Jeff Rosen individually, for wasting taxpayer funds, and for misusing the DA's Office, where Marsy's Law demands the protection of victims, and the prosecution of false claims that serve to harm real victims.
