​Los Gatos, CA - Shortly after being spotted at a popular weekly summer music series in downtown Los Gatos, a local publisher and investigative reporter investigating  California's family courts and the Santa Clara County DA's office for sex trafficking crimes suffered a brutal beating following an office break-in reportedly arranged by Santa Clara County DA Jeff Rosen  and private divorce attorneys  Walter Hammon and Bradford Baugh. The hit and subsequent office break-in was reportedly executed by Los Gatos police officer Silvia, who resigned two days earlier  after public outrage over his 2016 misconduct.  

Reporters following leads generated by California's new police records law, SB1421 , are at great risk as local law enforcement agencies , courts, judges and lawyers try to stave off public outrage over conduct that has been concealed from the public for decades. 

County assessor Larry Stone and government lawyers including DA Jeff Rosen, County Counsel Michael Rossi, James Williams and Ward Penfold are linked to the attack in the Mitchell papers that reveal a sex trafficking enterprise operating in California's family courts.

Whistleblowers inside the DA's office note reporters getting police misconduct  records are making the leap to the DA's office, where years of failing to protect families involved in the local courts has reached a tipping point. 

A new technique designed to thwart media investigations of the courts and DA's office is the frivolous filing of DVROs and civil harassment requests. The day prior to the violent beating on a reporter and theft of unpublished journalist work, Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen filed a false declaration in support of his employees to keep reporters at Bay. 

Ironically, the day before Rosen's declaration was filed, the ex wife of former prosecutor Alan Nudelman filed a request for a permanent CLETS restraining order that protected her and her reporter tenant  from local activist and family court protestor Scott Largent. 

Largent has violated that order on five occasions, less than a month since the CLETS order was filed, ramping up his threats in person and online, 


 Well Known Court Protestor Scott Largent: Snitch for DA Jeff Rosen ? 

Disgruntled that he failed to make income from YouTube, Largent has been repeatedly violating a CLETS order after a reporter discovered he had been acting as a snitch for the District Attorney for over a year. Largent allegedly made thousands of illegal recordings and took photos of victims that he passed off to a corrupt DA in return for special favors. These favors included kickbacks for spying on  local parents protesting the family courts.  Insiders note county executive Jeff Smith,  county counsel James Williams and long time Democratic Party leader Steve Preminger promised Largent a motorhome, dental work and immunity for testimony against the reporter and other activists.  

Largent has been reported for stealing unpublished journalistic work for his personal benefit and is now being investigated by the FBI and DOJ after the Santa Clara County DA came on the federal agent radar for crimes connected with the former DAs in Contra Costa and Orange County. 

                                                   Office Break- In 

Largent, who is believed to be violent and mentally unstable, has been video recording and photographing victims of police brutality and family courts. He also reportedly copied and stole paperwork and evidence that was critical to an investigation of several police officers from the San Jose Police that was provided by a Whistleblower known as Debbie the Dispatcher.  Now retired, Debbie is known to have been on duty during the 2014 and 2015 domestic violence issues involving several former 49ers who were protected by divorce attorneys Nicole Ford, Elise Mitchell, Hector Moreno, Jessica Huey, Heather Allan, Walter Hammon, Dennis Luca,  and Mark Erickson. 

       Rosen and Larry Stone Link to Tech and Real Estate corruption in Silicon Valley 

Just before the newsroom break in, a number of records requests were produced by the county related to county assessor Larry Stone and DA Jeff Rosen, The records show vast waste of taxpayer dollars , a money laundering enterprise, and sex trafficking connected not only to the 49er's but across the Bay to the A's and Raiders through the Richmond cops. 

Also stolen were edited objections made by Stanford Law professors who are planning to teach special courses this fall on prosecutorial misconduct in response to the outrage over Rosen's declaration that severed to mislead a judge and act as a prior restraint on speech. 


                       California District Attorneys are Worried About Protestors

One year after ruckus protests in Contra Costa county that caught the attention of mainstream media and the local grand jury, judges, and DA's are worried about summer protests announced on social media that are expected at California's State Bar locations in Los Angeles  and San Francisco later this month. 

Protestors will demand greater accountability for lawyers and judges. Insisting that prosecuting perjury in the state's family courts be mandatory. The protests are expected to demand greater public protections. Parents are also demanding judges be held accountable when they drag out divorce cases simply to make lawyers more money, harming innocent children in the process. 

Few judges are enforcing court orders for child support or custody, and parents are fed up. 

Misuse of the Domestic Violence is also on the radar. Students working as interns in California's courts this summer have been appalled at the ludicrous  claims of violence that are simply not believed, but rubberstamped by corrupt judges. 

" We pay millions for orders that are just a joke. No police officer enforces these orders and our children are suffering as a result. It is taking all family money and it is a criminal enterprise working for tech companies and big real estate firms." claimed divorce mother Tanya R. of Sunnyvale, California. 

" DV is the new DUI for Silicon Valley, your spouse lies, and you pay $50- 100,000 just to defend those claims. Calling someone an asshole can get you nailed with a DV, or worse, on the DA's terrorist threat list to bring you into the criminal courts,"  claimed  C. Graves of San Martin, California.

A former member of the Contra Costa County Grand Jury has leaked information indicating that 2018 parent protests  and new laws  mandating the termination of privately run foster homes resulted in an investigation of staff employed in the county's CPS and family court services.  That investigation found  CPS workers were not following the law when they acted to remove children from their family homes. 

A 2018 recall  that wiped Santa Clara County Judge Aaron Persky off the bench was threatened by parents in Contra Costa, which caused an immediate investigation of three of the county's judges.

Turns out, parents were right.  The investigation revealed Judge Hardie and Judge Fannin had direct ties to money laundering operations that take children from loving parents and sell those children into sex trafficking rings, while non- profits collect fees for the children placed into foster care. 

" Parents protesting in the streets of the  upscale Walnut Creek community was very embarrassing to local officials and court employees. That protest launched not only a criminal investigation by the FBI. but also the local grand jury."said the former grand juror who asked to speak off the record.  

The juror also expressed frustration over  the lack of media coverage on the topic. " We never saw this coming because mainstream media never covers what is really going on in the county's family courts". he added. 

Judges in the county appeared rattled over the investigation, which is leading to supervised visitation  and reunification camps where judges hold financial interests through their spouses and family members to avoid disclosure. 

Of the $153 million budgeted for foster kids. less than 1 percent was determined to be going to benefit foster youth. Worse were the judges who ignored the law and took children from their parents for no legal reason. 

SANTA CRUZ - Judge Hell

A Santa Cruz mother described the year  a CPS worker took her 2 year old, causing the mother to pay $40,000 she paid to get her child back.  

" The payment felt like a ransom" , explained the young mother, "we had to pay to defend  CPS worker's allegations and we lost two years with our daughter as  result. Nobody was held accountable." 

The Grand Jury didn't investigate the use of supervised visitation, where several judges have a financial interest. Reunification camps and private businesses benefitting from court contracts and judge appointments appear to be connected not only to the financial interests of judges, but to sex trafficking and money laundering operations working in secret in California's family courts. 

​As newly elected district attorney Todd Spitzer investigates family court clerks, custody evaluators and private judges involved in custody and divorce cases in Orange County, California's two most powerful female district attorneys began to look at family court cases that have been ignored by male their male counterparts for decades. 

CONTRA COSTA DA  DIANA BECTON &
IRS INVESTIGATE CPAs USED IN DIVORCE CASES 

Diana Becton became Contra Costa County DA following the exposure of criminal activity involving Mark Peterson. Peterson was indicted, blasted in the news and disbarred by 2017 in large part based on  public outrage that a DA had corrupted the cozy East Bay communities  and allowed family courts to run amok for the past two decades. 

Becton is reportedly mindful that family court reformers have managed to get the Grand Jury to investigate the county's CPS and Family Court Services staff investigated and now Becton has an opportunity to investigate CPAs including Jack Peth, Charles Burak, Sally White, Michael Thompson, James Butera and others who are known for not adding properly when it comes to the fair division of community property in divorce cases.

A small group of accountants have been regularly acting in appointed or retained capacities in family law cases, and many of these CPAs have been cooking the books, concealing corporate profits and helping law enforcement officers, tech executives, and even judges engage in tax fraud and tax evasion for decades.  Criminal IRS investigators are also reportedly conducting an investigation of several CPAs who acted in high profile divorce cases in a manner that concealed income from the government. 

Ms. Becton was recently named to Governor Gavin Newsom's Judicial Selection Committee. It  is reported she is mindful of the public outrage that led to an audit of the CJP, the agency that disciplines the state's judges. Many in California's  court reform movement come from family court experiences and were largely responsible  for getting the audit, and recalling Judge Persky in Santa Clara County in June of 2018. 

ALAMEDA  DA  NANCY E. O' MALLEY ASKED TO INVESTIGATE LAWYER PERJURY

District Attorneys across the state are asked on a daily basis to investigate perjury and filing of false documents in family court cases. 

" We have divorcing couples send  transcripts of their former spouse testifying in family court and ask us to investigate perjury related to that testimony.  Sadly, while the general public may believe perjury is clear cut, it is not. It is very difficult to prove and frankly we don't have near enough  resources to investigate these crimes, " described public corruption investigator John Chase of the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office after a perjury charge involving attorney Bradford Baugh was brought to his attention in 2015. 

What Mr. Chase refused to investigate in 2015 has now landed on the desk of Ms. O" Malley where Mr. Baugh appears to have committed perjury in a video deposition conducted by a former client. Mr. Baugh has been appointed to represent children in San Mateo and Santa Clara county divorce and custody cases for over two decades. 

As many lawyers express they aren't worried Ms. O'Malley will actually start prosecuting perjury in family law cases, a few admit that the perjury of divorce attorney Bradford Baugh would be significant given Baugh's involvement  in hundreds of Silicon Valley's high profile cases, including cases before Judge Persky, where Mr. Baugh represented he served in Vietnam. 

One lawyer regularly  appointed to represent children in San Mateo and Alameda County noted he has been aware Mr. Baugh has been court appointed to represent children in addition to typically representing high asset earners in Silicon Valley's tech and social media industries. 

" I thought Baugh served in Vietnam as I heard him discuss it in court before Judges on a regular basis. Pretty sure Judge Persky, Judge Swope , Judge Hill ,and Judge Towery believed he was in the military as well. Certainly doesn't seem that anyone should be appointed to represent children if they spend decades lying about having served in the Vietnam war", the attorney said asking to remain off the record. 

Bill Dok, Baugh's former partner claimed to be embarrassed he had been partners with Baugh when Baugh was lying to the family law community. But Mr. Dok may have more than embarrassment to worry about if Mr. Baugh was earning money that paid law firm expenses as Baugh committed perjury in a deposition with a former client. 

BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN 

In the name of the best interest of children, family court judges have issued orders that have resulted in billions of dollars being spent on lawyers, custody evaluations  and sham therapists. These judges have done little for children and more for a crony network that has highjacked California's legal system. 

Lawyers willing to lie, judges willing to cheat and Rule of Law that has been abandoned in family court has inflicted more harm on children than at any other time in California's history.

According to a source connected with  newly elected Orange County DA Todd Spitzer, the FBI has been called in to investigate  several court clerks, judges and divorce attorneys  for obstructing justice in CPS, divorce and custody cases following the transfer of court executive David Yamasaki from Santa Clara County in early 2017. 

Orange County  has been fraught with jailhouse snitches and federal investigations of the county's traffic court cases. Recent emails leaked from the DA's office indicate family courts are being investigated for covering up money laundering, drug enterprises and sex trafficking rings.  The arrest of Epstein on Saturday night appears to have turned DOJ abd FBI attention to sex trafficking rings in California where court executive David Yamasaki in knee deep in trouble. 


RECRUITMENT

Ambulance chasing is to personal injury lawyers as case rigging is to  California's family law attorneys. These lawyers chase divorces involving private businesses with crimes to conceal and family homes with millions of dollars in equity available to convert to attorney's fees and costs in modern divorce cases that are being dragged out 5-10 years in certain parts of the state. 

Divorce can put companies  and shareholders at risk. Inflated expenses, cash funds, and tax evasion secreted away from shareholders can be exposed when an ex spouse's lawyers and accountants dive in to determine the value of community property. 

According to sources involved with the investigation, since 2000 ,  small groups of lawyers have been rigging cases to get before certain elected judges or appointed private judges. 

Emails discovered in a private email account of Mr. Yamasaki and  a Silicon Valley divorce lawyer known as "Black Tulip"  indicate large payments flowing to lawyers, family court services and experts who are handsomely paid for court appointments. 

Cases appear to be  rigged when court clerks assign a case to a judge during an exparte request, or when cases are originally assigned. Clerks investigated during the 2015 traffic case scandal who were not indicted, appear to have moved either to divorce cases, or into private businesses benefiting from the criminal activity.  These individuals troll new divorce filings and in some cases work with lawyers before the case is filed to get it before a corrupt judge. The " clients " have no idea this is occurring such that a disqualifying 170.6 challenge can be lodged. 

SILENCE THE SPOUSE 

A critical component of this enterprise involves the emotional, financial and physical abuse of former spouses who may know too much .  Secret surveillance, personal computer hacking and cell phone Stingrays are regularly  used to discover what a spouse knows. If that spouse is determined to be a threat based on an ability to expose a former spouse's secrets, the enterprise moves in to have reports issued to a judge that  that  claim a former spouse is " crazy" . " abusive " or mentally unfit to parent children, or to remain in the family home. Stripping women in particular of their home and their children is so destabilizing, it changes the game for the enterprise.

Staffers in Family Court Services, or CPS,  appear to issue reports favorable to the enterprise such that the report can be rubberstamped by a judge, which helps the enterprise avoid detection.

Spouses busy fighting move out or supervised visitation orders are too fragile to challenge the financial aspect of a divorce case.  

Before mandatory JCC,  or emergency screening hearings occur, the enterprise has already rigged the outcome of custody decisions  with judges working for the enterprise in return for future employment in private judging, mediation and arbitration once they leave the bench 

 The FBI investigation has focused on Dr. Rebecca Bailey, and her reunification camp following news reports by NBC Bay Area.  Parents scouring the courthouses for other victims of the enterprise have also become investigators best sources, as few DA offices are prepared to properly investigate family courts and related cases. 

SECRET AGREEMENTS- FLEAs (Family Law Elite Attorneys)  

Divorce lawyers calling themselves " Elite" Family Law Attorneys  (FLEAs)  have been known to law enforcement, and the courts since 2000. Little has been done to stop these lawyers, whose work  and misdeeds remain largely underground. 

FLEAs operate regular legal practices in the area of family law, where 80% of cases are quickly resolved or settled. For the other 20% , FLEAs identify a spouse with secrets to hide and focus on destroying the other spouse in a divorce case in order to protect secrets could result in criminal charges. This conduct serves to protect clients who are  vulnerable to a criminal enterprise orchestrated to protect the secrets from the IRS, the DOJ and the FBI. 

Businesses in the  marijuana  industry, transportation, professional sports organizations and tech are the main flow of cash to the FLEAs. Bad cops collecting cash and turning away from drug and sex traffickers act as a freeway for cash payments and bribes to elected politicians, judges and private divorce lawyers. Above board these lawyers are paid with the sale of the family home, or rental properties, but behind the scene far more money is moving in illegal payments. 

Well paid lawyers are loyal and protective of the criminal enterprise. 

In Orange County, as designed first in Santa Clara County, lawyers, minor's counsel and private judges are assuring payments of cash to pay off loans on the properties and investments of the judges whose disclosures are carefully monitored by the press. 

CALIFORNIA'S REAL ESTATE HOLDS THE KEY

Divorcing spouses are often surprised to learn a former spouse is willing to sell real estate to pay legal costs in effort to drag out cases. And many spouses are surprised to learn courts willing to sell these houses to pay the enterprise, rather than preserve community property as the law provides. 

Victims of the criminal enterprise report high conflict custody disputes left them ill prepared to recognize the scheme to sell the family home. 

Most alarming has been the discovery that elected judges in Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Diego, San Francisco, LA and Orange County regularly fail to disclose their real properties on the required From 700. Worse are cases involving private judges with real estate holdings that are not required to be disclosed.

Emails between Black Tulip and Court CEO David Yamasaki indicate Rebecca Bailey has been one of bad actors assisting the enterprise in laundering money, abusing children and silencing the parents who dare to speak up. It is estimated that Mr. Yamasaki has orchestrated the illegal transfer of billons of dollars of California home equity in the state's family court cases caught up the web of a criminal activity designed to separate children from their families, and sell off the family home in order to operate.   

Mainstream media finally looked into the claims of Silicon Valley's ex wives and reported former Google executive and Android creator,  Andy Rubin,  is allegedly involved in sex trafficking and money laundering rings. 

Silicon Valley court  files show billions of dollars at play in  divorce cases reveal patterns of America's powerful tech and social media executives treat their wives and children. These files show these executives aren't as innocent and business reporters would have us believe.

Nowhere is this more obvious than in Santa Clara and San Mateo county family law cases. Reading those files one would find the parents revered in Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times , but reported as  monsters, money launderers, sex traffickers and child abusers in their personal divorce cases. Seems  ex wives and children know what prosecutors refuse to investigate? 

Only in Silicon Valley can Facebook executives hide money to avoid paying child support and Google executives can use family courts to  cover up their sexual misdeeds and tax evasion issues. 

Read family court files long enough and the patterns of the lawyers and elected judges begin to emerge. Lawyers including Walter Hammon, Rebekkha Frye, Lynne Yates Carter, Brad Baugh, Elise Mitchell, Catherine Gallagher, Michele Hales, James Cox, Irwin Joseph , Michael Smith and Valerie Houghton are consistently at the center of the worst cases, most appear to be acting for profit and for the benefit of some of the worst abusers and crooks. 

Add in FAKE therapists Phil Stahl, John Orlando, Leslie Packer, Matthew Sullivan, Michael Kerner, Rebecca Bailey and Ken Perlmutter, and it is clear that children are bring terrorized in our family courts. 

For the naïve, family court judges are regularly selling homes in the modern divorce cases, a practice designed to pay lawyers and launder money through real estate transactions.  The sale of a family home has the added benefit of shutting up a spouse who can expose abuse and criminal activity arising from companies such as Google and Facebook.

Dangerous Judges Involved in Criminal Activities 

Five family court judges in Santa Clara County have been tied to these sex trafficking rings and local politicians.  James Towery, Stuart Scott, Mary Ann Grilli, Lori Pegg and Beth McGowan have issued orders,  and taken kickbacks,  to help these criminal enterprises thrive. Judge Theodore Zayner has reportedly been connected to the enterprise through  Google and Facebook executives as well as top influencers at Santa Clara and Stanford Universities. 

Silicon Valley Real Estate is Paying To Traffick Woman and Children

Young  women and men  whose parents are divorcing in Silicon Valley are reportedly at greatest risk of harm. Young white girls  and boys are isolated from their families by a court system designed to profit criminal enterprises. These children are labeled " crazy" or mentally unstable. Their parents are called "disgruntled over losing in court". 

Divorce attorney Sharon Roper is  reportedly at the center of the criminal family court  enterprise and Roper is engaged in fraudulent real estate dealings as a court employee. Roper  has  reportedly been working from inside the courts with Walter Hammon, Richard Roggia, Jim Cox, Heather Allan, Deborah Kim   and other  seasoned lawyers to assure that property sales and liens  keep the cash flowing to the  enterprise that operates sex trafficking rings and  elaborate drug distribution rings  throughout California. 

Elise Mitchell, an outsider,   was recently  brought into the enterprise following her representation of a famous 49er who admitted to excessive drinking, but was awarded unsupervised visitation in a custody case before Judge Towery.

Mitchell is reportedly the source of bankruptcy fraud  and real estate corruption, but has reportedly angered the enterprise, after she left important papers at a San Jose catholic School. Papers that were turned over to reporters and family court reform activists. It appears that Mitchell was helping former DA employee Saher Stephan in drafting bankruptcy papers that would conceal massive fraud contained in the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office. 

What the Mitchell Papers Show 

The Mitchell Papers  appear to link Andy Rubin, Sergey Brin, and Mark Zuckerberg to criminal enterprises operating in Silicon Valley family courts.  The papers also indicate former Santa Clara County Victim Claims Manager, Saher Stephan ,  was reportedly  misusing state and federal grants while processing claims for victims of sexual assault, rape, and domestic violence for the Santa Clara County district attorney's office.

Stephan who is represented by Walter Hammon in a case before Judge Beth McGowan, appears to have received assistance from Mitchell in submitting  fraudulent Bankruptcy claims designed to  conceal an affair and disability fraud. 

The Michell Papers also indicate  payments to Kayrn Sinunu Towery  assures her husband, Jim Towery, and bench colleague , Stuart Scott, use court orders and the  power of their office to keep the money flowing to the enterprise. Orders to put children on supervised visitation  where these judges hold an indirect financial interest is just the beginning. Orders to sell property and orders to deny fee awards to lawyers outside of the enterprise show the criminal pattern running rampant in Silicon Valley family courts. 

These judges are also issuing orders that require divorcing couples to use  Sharon Roper as a temporary judge. These orders have resulted in Roper orchestrating the sale of billions of dollars in  estate from California to Hawaii.  The money from these sales is being ordered into private lawyer trust accounts, to  pay private judges,  for supervised visitation providers, custody evaluators, reunification camps and parenting coordinators, all folks not needed when children have poor parents. 

Most shocking is that according to the Mitchell Papers Andy Rubin was able to pay off judge Swope  in San Mateo County to assure the  sealing court papers where his wife alleged Rubin's involvement in sex trafficking and money laundering while he was employed at Google. 

The Mitchell Papers also show former Santa Clara County prosecutor Deborah Medved, ,known to cover up child abuse imposed at the hands of Stanford University professors, is now being regularly appointed to represent children during their parent's divorce case. . The Mitchell papers directly tie Medved and Sinunu Towery  to the criminal enterprise operating out of Silicon Valley family courts. 

Cash payments, Facebook stock and other payments made to public officials including Santa Clara County DA Jeff Rosen appear to assure Facebook General Counsel Paul Grewal will get favorable rulings for Facebook in return for helping to rig local judge elections, according to the Mitchell papers. These cash payments were reportedly arranged through Hoge Fenton in return for  contracts and settlement agreements that allow for the  paying down the mortgages on the homes of local judges and politicians including Sam Liccardo, Dave Cortese, Jeff Rosen, Jim Beall, James Towery, Susan Ellenberg,  James Williams, Jeff Smith, Larry Stone, Patricia Lucas and Cindy Chavez, all of whom have remain silent on the issues of sex trafficking and child abuse claims arising from the local family courts. 

The Mitchell papers also indicate former executive Michael Kail of Los Gatos was reportedly using his executive position at Netflix to launder money and real estate for Rebekka Frye and cops employed by the Los Gatos police department.  Kail is linked in the papers to Alan Nudelman, a former prosecutor from Santa Clara County whose has been seen socializing with Judge Zayner and county real estate assessor Larry Stone.  Rebekka Frye has told clients she and Bradford Baugh " own the Los Gatos police" and can get anyone charged with domestic violence for the right price. The papers document affairs Frye had with clients she represented in DV cases, and that Frye assisted one family in breaking into a home, after Frye's client committed suicide. 

judge Zayner is described in the Mitchell papers as the " Gatekeeper" , a local judge willing to toss out and demur cases involving tech executives that could expose the operation. Zayner has reportedly been working with recalled judge Aaron Persky's wife in the real estate scam. Zayner has  reportedly promised Larry Stone protections from prosecution of FPPC violations during the 2018 election should those claims end up in Santa Clara courts. 

Judge Persky was recalled on June 5, 2018, and is now reportedly working for the criminal enterprise from an underground position facilitated by his wife. Ironically Persky is working for  Google executives including Ken Dauber, whose wife led the charge to recall Persky in 2018. 

The  Mitchell papers describe that the Persky recall was designed to detract public attention from other judges who were engaging in criminal activity while sitting on the bench. These judges were reportedly  assisted by local politicians including Santa Clara County Supervisors Cindy Chavez, Dave Cortese and Joe Smitian who worked in secret with Michele Dauber and her husband Ken Dauber, a Google executive.

A Silicon Valley real estate enterprise connected to court corruption is linked to cash payments made to assure Dave Cortese is elected to California's Senate in 2020, in order to assure the enterprise stealing and harming children in the local family courts can continue to operate with impunity.  

Parents who were separated from their children in Silicon Valley family courts have launched an underground social media campaign designed to expose this criminal activity and thwart the election and advancement of corrupt politicians who protect bad  actors in local courts. 

" We want these lawyers, judges and so - called experts" to know what we endured. If  what we do only reaches the children of these criminals, then will be glad to let those children know what their parents did to our children. We will be happy with the court of opinion deciding what was concealed for decades as our children suffered emotional, financial and physical harm  and were abused by judges and court staff who are paid to act in the  best interest of children. This criminal enterprise has done nothing to protect any children and it is time to expose this sh*t. "  

After months of sifting through documents reportedly left at a Catholic high school by Silicon Valley divorce attorney Elise Mitchell, it appears  attorneys Heather Allan, Nicole Ford,  BJ Fadem, Jessica Huey, Irwin Joseph, Michael Smith, John Schroder, James Cox and Nat Hales have spent the past 2 decades using a complex money laundering scheme to traffic children through Silicon Valley's family courthouses.  Pedophiles are paying top dollar for white affluent children at the center of a divorce or custody case. Court CEO Rebecca Fleming and David Yamasaki appear to be the linchpin of the operations. 

The enterprise appears to be expanding to Contra Costa, Santa Cruz and Orange Counties through court staff, judges and administrators. 

CAPTURING CHILDREN & MONEY LAUNDERING 

By  including   workers from CPS and Family Court Services, and gaining   cooperation from  court appointed experts including  Matthew Sullivan, Leslie Packer, Valerie Houghton, Ken Perlmutter, John Orlando and Michael Kerner, the enterprise has thrived for the past two decades. 

The players are different in every county, but the enterprise is easily detected with the assistance of documents and secret recordings parents have been collecting over the past three years. 

Secret recordings made at a recent  " Power Lunch " appear to implicate Santa Clara County Supervisor Cindy Chavez, Dave Cortese and employees in the DA's office in RICO activity that sells children to abusers and pedophiles, White children raised in Silicon Valley's elite neighborhoods bring as much as $1 million to the enterprise in the form of cash and loan payoffs on real estate transactions. Attorney Sharon Roper has recently been selling properties as a temporary judge in a manner that has poured over $100 million dollars into the enterprise to strengthen and expand the operation.   

Family courts are often a source of strife in a child's life. Family Court Services and CPS social workers appear to have  been using divorce and custody cases to identify children with the potential for being trafficked without detection. High conflict custody cases often lead to children " running away" , or so the public is told. In fact these children are taken in through religious organizations, or non- profits assured funding by local politicians, only to disappear as a " nanny" or child needing placement in foster care managed by the county. 

Payments recorded in leaked documents put Judges Stuart Scott, James Towery, Judge Roberta Hayashi, and  Joshua Weinstein at the center of the corruption. Court appointments made by these judges correlate to cases where parents are placed on supervised visitation, children are sent to reunification camps, and foster care programs are introduced once children have been isolated from " problematic parents". 

Judges are issuing Domestic Violence Restraining Orders to keep these parents permanently from their  own children. These orders often label a parent as " abusive " or " crazy" to justify the orders.  

The Mitchell documents tie divorce and custody cases to the enterprise, where judges  appoint lawyers to represent children,  or act as private judges,  where the enterprise can be further secreted.  The documents show Judge Joshua Weinstein has been issuing appointments directly and indirectly as he prepares to leave the bench and go into private judging where other judges will regular appoint him to divorce and custody cases with the most money, real estate and children.  The Mitchell documents appear to indicate that in the average middle class divorce case minor's counsel are assured appointments with $10,000 retainers, and private judges earn up to $200,000 in fees. 

Buyers of the children appear to be hiring young women to work as  a nanny, and young boys are promised scholarships and internships as a cover. In fact these children have reported they are essentially groomed to perform sex acts.

One young woman described her experiences  in family court where she was told her protective mother was alienating her from her father. The father then got fully custody and went on to  rape his own daughter  several times a week. When she tried to go to doctors or teachers for help, she was returned to her father.

The lawyer appointed to represent this women during  her parent's divorce case,  only met with the young client once, but continued to represent to the court the girl did not want to see her mother.  The girl repeatedly heard her father on the phone with the lawyer demanding recommendations to the court that would maintain his custody position.

The young woman  noted that her brother was sent to live with a man who suddenly gave her father a home after the family home had been sold in the divorce to pay all the lawyers. The girl was told her brother was " working " for a Silicon Valley tech executive, she has had no contact with him for the past five years. 

The Mitchell documents indicate affluent white children bring millions to judges, lawyers and others acting in Silicon Valley's family courts.

Local politicians know what this sex trafficking enterprise is doing and refuses to act in order to assure their reelection. Dave Cortese, a Santa Clara County supervisor  is running for California's state senate in 2020. Mr. Cortese has reportedly been told he will have the powerful support of the Catholic church and support of the state's judges in return for his silence. 

Mothers, fathers and gangs of reporters continue to sift through private settlement agreements connected with the Catholic Church sex abuse scandals that were used  to protect priests. For hundreds of years children were  sexually abused by priests acting as religious leaders and in positions of great respect in communities throughout the country. Now that legal settlements are coming to light, it is being revealed that for at least the last three decades, a startling link has been discovered that connects judges and family law attorneys to sex trafficking and pedophile rings from California to South Carolina where children were raped, abused and trafficked during the divorce of their parents. 

Papers and secret sources indicate Judge Peter McBrien , retired Sacramento judge who now is double dipping taxpayers as a family court Commissioner,  used the prestige of his office to traffic children in Sacramento's family courts through an orphanage known as Sacramento Children's Home.  McBrien's criminal activity does not appear to have been isolated to Sacramento, and these settlement papers indicated he used his contacts in Napa, Contra Costa, Orange and Santa Clara County to refer families to private judge cases where secret proceedings became the frontline for criminal enterprises designed to harm the state's most vulnerable children for profit. McBrein is connected to thousands of the state's private judging cases, where children of parents divorcing in counties with high property values, or tech and social media businesses had children used to fund the enterprise by  legally terminating  custody of protective parents, and allowing child abusers and sex traffickers to use family courts to silence children and protective parents. Confidential court papers in cases where parents were never married appear to indicate the worst abuses. 

Settlement papers connected to St. Mary's church in Gilroy,  California show children were placed in the county's orphanage by government workers and private lawyers connected to family court or CPS cases. Children raised in these systems  describe horrific abuses of drugging and financial deprivation after being  taken from Child Protective Services (CPS) or from families divorcing in Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. Attorneys Richard Roggia, James Cox and Sharon Roper's names appear connected to some of the most horrific abuses.

Papers also reveal that in  San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties attorneys Bradford Baugh, Lynne Yates Carter, Bill Dok, Leah Amini, Heather Allan, Jessica Huey, Jim Hoover, Marilyn Moreno, Elise Mitchell, Joseph Russoniello , Sharon Roper, James Cox, Irwin Joseph, Michael Smith, Hector Moreno and Donelle Morgan were connected to money laundering through an auto body shop out of Los Altos that brought undocumented immigrants to Silicon Valley to work as   "nannies" and companions for  tech executives engaging in some of the worst child and sex abuse cases in the state. Lawyers connected to the scandal appear to have been  awarded with hundreds of millions in attorney fee awards, private judge assignments and appointments as minor's counsel in some of the state's wealthiest divorce and custody  cases. 

Funding for the trafficking and child abuse enterprises appears to be coming from the conversion  of home  and business equity as well as cash laundered through the  Catholic Church  as "donations". 

Most alarming is a connection to  Los Gatos. California , where papers indicate attorneys Walter Hammon, Rebekah Frye  and Catherine Gallagher have been using connections to the local judiciary and powerful real estate developers to raise money through donations made to St. Mary's and Shir Hadash that have gone to fund supervised visitation centers, reunification camps and unlicensed non- profit groups to brainwash children being trafficked though Silicon Valley's courts and religious institutions such as St. Mary's and Yavneh  Day School. 

Ten years after the Catholic Church sex abuse scandal broke on the front pages of the Boston Globe, the full extent of harm inflicted on children through the nation's churches , synagogues and family courts continues to be secreted by lawyers and judges who knew and who allowed these horrific crimes against children to continue. 

Lawyers names associated with these settlements are now being redacted and reviewed in a manner that would allow children and parents to collect monetary awards, which many describe as insufficient given the stolen innocence these lawyers, judges, politicians and religious leaders took as they sought only to profit and advance their own careers. 

Morgan Hill attorney Laura Perry just tied Morgan Hill's most nefarious MILFs and a  criminal enterprise trafficking teenage girls, guns and designer drugs through the county's foster care system and local family courts. 

Taxpayers and Victims determined to remove Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen and Judge James Towery from the county payroll, found divorce cases linked to the Morgan Hill  office of Laura Perry that tie south county to court corruption that  has resulted in the  separating of  families and trafficking young wealthy women whose parents ended up in the courtrooms of Judge Patricia Lucas, James Towery, Christopher Rudy, Mary Arand, Stuart Scott, Theodore Zayner and Mark Pierce. during their divorce or civil cases connected to  Silicon Valley start ups, real estate  and tech businesses. 

The criminal enterprise apparently operates in divorce cases where judges appoint lawyers for children, or to act as private judges. Heather Allan, Rebekah Frye,  BJ Fadem, Jessica Huey, Richard Roggia, Hector Moreno, Walter Hammon and Bradford Baugh are the core lawyers working to use domestic violence and mental health claims against former spouses that  separate children from their parents and find many of these children fleeing the area, or ending up in the county's  foster care program. 

Once children are in these programs, a local Standing Order allows county employees to order medical procedures and drugs for children without parental consent. Slowly these kids are placed on dangerous prescription medications where mind altering effect make these children more susceptible to becoming high school dropouts, gang members and run always, or worse, to be picked up into sex, gun and drug trafficking rings where the children easily vanish from their communities and are written off as part of their parent's nasty divorce cases. 

An audit of Santa Clara County  family court orders show a core group of judges routinely issuing  orders for medical treatments, supervised visitation centers  and detention centers where they hold a financial interest. 

Judges currently earn $180- 220,000 in Santa Clara courts, a fraction of what is needed to live a middle class lifestyle in Silicon  Valley. This pay gap as left judges ripe for corruption, kickbacks and sex favors, many of which are provided through an elaborate network of lawyers, court reporters and bailiffs. 

Perry is also linked to gun runners and abusers operating out of Gilroy, Morgan Hill and San Martin where a  couple known as "Heidi and Scott" have reportedly become known as the South County homewreckers. This couple goes in to troubled marriages through elaborate dating schemes played out on Match.com, Instagram and Facebook. The couple sets out to have affairs with couples in troubled marriages ultimately bringing  in Laura Perry and other area lawyers willing to suck community property into the criminal enterprise that continues to thrive in Silicon Valley. An enterprise  fueled by the most famous names in tech and social media.  

Nurses striking in Alameda County got the support from doctors and had the opportunity to spend several hours chatting about Silicon Valley divorce lawyers, which led them to Chris Dull, a family law attorney who is known for using online dating services, watching porn during office consultations  and sexually, verbally and emotionally abusing women clients, workers and colleagues. As the nurses shared stories of their own divorces, and those of their friends, a pattern  emerged and an unusual network appeared to  be formed. 

Joining the nurses were several area teachers who explained alarming mental health issues related to students whose parents put them in divorce court; One teacher described how a student had written in a journal with a note; "Please Read", where the teacher found vivid descriptions of horrific child abuse the student had suffered at the hands of  her own father. As a mandated reporter, the teacher reported the journal entry to the school psychologist. The teacher later learned the district attorney had been called, but had done nothing. The child was forced to return to her father, and court orders kept her entirely from her mother. 

As more nurses appeared joined  the discussion over local divorce and custody cases, horrific crimes of abuse, fraud and horrific stories revealed that these cases are being  fueled by a core group of family lawyers  who have avoided prosecution because of kickbacks to the local district attorney through Santa Clara University. Many described complaints to the State Bar and county politicians had simply been ignored. 

One nurse who neighbor is an  attorney at the State Bar said that the Bar has known lawyers are committing crimes and not being disbarred, or prosecuted based on secret deals with government lawyers in Santa Clara County, Contra Costa, Sacramento and Orange County. 

During the strike, buttons and stickers circulated and nurses, teachers and doctors appeared to be committed to getting these stories told, and bad lawyers recalled or removed from office by working across county lines and in Sacramento to bring attention to the state's law makers. 

Stanford University Law School was hoping this video would not be found. It was.

This video  connects Judge Zayner of the Santa Clara County Superior Court with the recent college cheating scandal and implicates him in a criminal medical fraud scam involving Stanford University hospitals. 

A criminal investigation is now underway to see if Zayner used his power and position as an elected judge to rig probate and divorce cases as well as civil cases involving Medicare Fraud and antitrust activity in the area's medical industry. 

Zayner's wife, Dawn Neisser,  was recently overheard talking about this 2012 video and how she and her husband used to skinny dip and do drugs with others on the campus in a manner that would be considered highly embarrassing to a sitting judge.  Zayner's involvement in the pharmaceutical industry and Stanford Healthcare is also drawing attention following the exposure of the College Cheating  Scandal, where Zayner reportedly violated the law and refused to recuse himself in cases where he was trying to rig outcomes to benefit is almamater. 

A review of Zayner's family law and probate cases show Zayner, through his associations with the Inns of Court,  Judge Zayner provided favors and favorable rulings to lawyers with a Stanford degree. In  the county's divorce, probate and conservatorships, Zayner allowed court fiduciaries and private judges to take over money management of the elderly and disabled in a manner that resulted in the conversion of estates to Zayner's closest Stanford University buddies. 

An investigative  report by the San Jose Mercury News, highlighted some of the worst cases, but what Zayner did in the county's divorce cases may have been worse. 

Known for his stoic bench conduct, Zayner may have not been the legal mind he wanted the public to believe. A core group of local judges, lawyers, Stanford professors  tapped Zayner years ago. His political rise in the courts appears to directly correlate to family and probate cases where "winners" became big donors to Stanford's hefty endowment., or Stanford Hospital. 

Former clerks and interns secretly kept  files of Zayner's contacts. Those contacts are now being cross-referenced with others  indicted in the college cheating scandal, as Zayner's family law and civil  cases are getting a new look.  

The investigation has also brought scrutiny to Judge Lori Pegg, the county's family court presiding judge and former County Counsel for Santa Clara County. Pegg and Zayner have reportedly been working in concert to cover up scandalous child support abuses, and protect Stanford University professors  who were charged with child abuse and domestic violence in their divorce cases. Worse Lori Pegg and Theodore Zayner appear to have been working to toss out civil cases involving police misconduct, in order to save the county billons in embarrassing lawsuits. 

Zayner was also the subject of a recall effort in the summer of 2016, but a secret deal with Stanford Professor Michele Dauber and Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen saw that recall foiled and Persky recalled instead. 

All those dots are now being connected and Judge Zayner, known for favorable rulings for  Stanford lawyers, and in cases where Stanford alum will benefit, as Zayner remained  silent on judges engaging in misconduct may get a new look. 

The innocent video produced by a sitting Judge's wife, may not be as innocent as Judge Zayner would like it to be as a core group of disgruntled parents and students set out to do the investigation the courts refuse to do.

Transgender: Abuses Mothers in Family Court 
For those who remember BJ Fadem as a woman, the notes and confidential papers left at Notre Dame high school in San Jose came as no surprise. Fadem,  who was never comfortable being a woman and reportedly hated his own mother  has unleashed years of torment on local children whose parents  are divorcing in Santa Clara family courts. Worse, confidential papers left at San Jose's elite Catholic High School show Fadem was also involved in the criminal trafficking of children and laundering money through the local courts in the form of court orders and appointments. The notes show Fadem working to protect Stanford professors, and high tech executives who sexually molested children and arranged sex favors including blow jobs to some of Santa Clara County's most prominent judges. Fadem is linked to Family Court Services MFT Jason Magers, also transgender, who is known for taking children from mothers as a form of grooming in the sex trafficking rings. 

Many believe the papers were left at the high school by controversial divorce attorney Elise Mitchell, who has recently experienced high staff turnover and is rumored to be frazzled purchasing a home with her husband using money laundered through the courts and payoffs from the 49ers. Payments reportedly arranged through attorney Eric Scott Geffon, now a Santa Clara County superior court judge. 

Selling the Homes of Families to Pay the Lawyers and Sex Traffickers

​James Towery, another lawyer turned bad judge, was known for  sexually harassing  the legal secretary in his own law firm. The problem for Towery was that the secretary kept notes, and his wife, Marilyn Morgan , a partner in the firm with her father, found the notes and took Towery to divorce court.

After he was appointed to the family court, Judge James Towery began using his elected office to sell the properties of families involved in local divorces in order to assure payments to court appointed lawyers, private judges and custody evaluators  who use rigged reports and junk science to separate children from their families and put them into the criminal justice or foster care systems where they are ripe for sex trafficking and abuse. 
 

Banks Funding Trafficking Through the Courts

 The papers show Judge James L. Stoelker has been using his contacts where he formerly represented big banks to assist the  money laundering scheme  using local real estate transactions and help from county assessor Larry Stone's confidential secretary.  Stone's office has coordinated the scheme through the district attorney's office where prosecutors including Deborah Medved, Terry Harman and Allison Filo have helped the trafficking ring after  Medved became a family law attorney regularly appointed to represent children in cases with judges she knew from the DAs office, including Amber Rosen, the wife of District Attorney Jeff Rosen. Medved was known for protecting Stanford professors and Silicon Valley tech executives who were part of sex trafficking rings and where many abused their own children, with impunity. 

Notes show Medved,  was arranging cash payments with the help of DDA John Chase to DA Mark Peterson in Contra Costa County. Other judges involved in the scam include: 
Santa Clara County; Patricia Lucas, Mary Arand, Julie Emede, Vincent Chiarello, Mark Pierce, Joshua Weinstein and Roberta Hayashi, all  assisted by government lawyers Lisa Herrick and Los Gatos Councilwoman Barbara Spector, formerly of Hoge Fenton. Private lawyers known for watching porn and trying to trade representation for sex include Nat Hales, Neville Spadafore, and Catherine Gallagher who are regularly appointed as private judges to keep the scam out of the public eye. 

Judges have been repaid for their rulings with mysterious payoffs on their homes and rental properties using Los Gatos based Orange Title company and connections to Intero real estate agents to do so.  

Judges Putting Kids on Drugs for Profit

Judge Manley has been rigging outcomes in drug court, while "investing" in drug companies through relatives and friends.  Court ordered drug rehab and probation monitoring  programs listed in Mitchell's notes show area lawyers and judges getting kickbacks from large drug companies and big players in local marijuana businesses. Mitchell was recently heard by a staffer bragging to clients she could get a former spouse criminally prosecuted due to her connections with John Chase and Michael Moreno in the DA's office.

Unity Care, the corporation charged with caring for foster kids in the San Jose area, is highly linked to Judge James Towery,  Judge Amber Rosen, Kayrn Sininu Towery and  Supervisor Cindy Chavez, all who profited from the drugging and abusing of children caught in Santa Clara County's juvenile system. 

Drugging of children based on recommendations and orders of court appointed lawyers appear to be key to the scam. Hundreds of CP cases and court files that are kept confidential by the courts, and state law, show the most egregious  offenses according to notes and records found at the high school. 

Judge Roberta Hayashi, one of the judges documented in Mitchell's notes reportedly  used non-profit cancer organizations to launder money to her campaigns and kickback favors to Silicon Valley's top tech industry executives whose divorces come before her in family court. Hayashi, a former judge in criminal court, has reportedly received unreported campaign contributions, and repayments on real estate owned in the upscale Los Gatos community. Hayashi's connection to the Los Gatos Police indicate much of the sex trafficking has gone through law enforcement officers tied to the Los Gatos and San Jose police. 

Disappearing Families

Sex trafficking in Silicon Valley  has been  concealed by  local media that has secret deals to kill stories related to the local courts. Judges drag out divorces to isolate children in order to traffic them. Once a divorce drags out for five years, children become isolated from their extended families and neighbors, allowing them to disappear without raising eyebrows.  

Erasing children to traffic them begins with court orders that  appoint lawyers to make decisions for a judge. Decisions are rarely based on the BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD  and more for the best interest of the pocketbooks of judges and lawyers. Soon after an appointment,  lawyers will claim  to need appointment of custody evaluators. Most nefarious include Phil Stahl, Leslie Packer, Michael Sullivan and Ken Perlmutter, whom BJ Fadem is known to coordinate with in order to rig report outcomes in favor of a parent in on the sex trafficking scam. 

Judge Steve Austin of Contra Costa, Judge Patricia Lucas of Santa Clara and Judge Mathew Gary of Sacramento  appeared to be ring leaders of the operation, where their positions in the state courts provided them assured immunity. 

Connection to Sacramento 
One diagram in the Mitchell notes indicate Sacramento judge Mathew Gary arranged  part of the  payment  scheme  through court clerks and court reporters who were able to launder money disguised as cash payments for transcripts that were   buried in fee awards made to lawyers throughout the state. The diagram additionally shows connections and protections through local governments including elected district attorney Mark Peterson, whose sex scandals and coverups are now being reported in the press following his indictment and disbarment. District Attorney Jeff Rosen is reportedly the target of the next indictment, and recall waive resulting in the failure of his office to prosecute the undocumented immigrant who killed Willow Glen mom Bambi Larson, and the homeless man who raped a San Martin woman early in 2019. 

Children Who Escape
Several children, now grown, have come forward to describe how they were groomed for sex trafficking. Therapists appointed by the court used gaslighting and torcher to get them to hate protective parents. Once the protective parent has been legally removed by the courts, the children report being offered drugs by their court appointed lawyers and abusive parents.  Therapists also recommend prescription drugs that are forcibly given to children by court order, over the objections of protective parents.  Kids describe losing friends who don't understand the court process, slipping grades, and dropping out because they felt invisible and lost their family support system. Some become incarcerated only to find their family gone when they are released. Once the children have been isolated from their  family and community, they are ripe for the trafficking rings being operated by a core group of judges and lawyers in our family courts. 

In addition to family courts, Mitchell's papers indicate area lawyers have been secretly settling sex abuse cases against judges, high profile prosecutors,  as well as teachers and administrators at Notre Dame, Presentation and Mitty high schools. Students from those schools were told to hire lawyers and then were gaged from talking about the abuse. Robert Allard, a close friend of the DA's office,  appeared to be negotiating many of these settlements in a manner that would prevent the DA's office from prosecuting the most heinous sex abuses of children that involved connections to local lawyers, judges and custody evaluators working in Silicon Valley's criminal and family courts. 

For decades parents and Whistleblowers have complained that Silicon Valley courts have ignored corruption  that allowed pedophiles, abusers and thieves to rob and harm families for profit. 

A recent investigation links Santa Clara County's newest woman Democrat to sex trafficking, and scandalous conduct imposed by the Hammon Legal Dynasty. 

County divorce files show Ken Perlmutter is renting a home in Palo Alto for $6100 a month, and claims in his personal divorce case has exposed Perlmutter to allegations related to RICO crimes including money laundering that seeks to reduce support obligations to his former wife. 

Secret recording devices planted near Perlmutter's rental home have captured conversations with divorce attorneys; Bradford Baugh, Catherine Bechtel, Rebekah Frye, Walter Hammon and Donelle Morgan, indicate divorce lawyers, custody evaluators and CPAs are using Santa Clara County divorce cases to launder money and fleece families for profit. 

Susan Ellenberg,  who ran for Santa Clara County Supervisor in 2018,  is connected to the scam, through her campaign manager Walter Hammon. Witnesses report Hammon accepted cash payments for Ellenberg's campaign  and laundered them through his attorney trust account. Such conduct has seen  Hammon in trouble before. The pair also appeared to have worked with Hammon's wife Maben, and Los Gatos City Councilwoman Barbara Spector who is now being kicked back private judging appointments in Hammon's cases, in her new assignment as a JAMS mediator. 

County Counsel Greta Hansen and James Williams have been in on the scam as well. These  government lawyers have been making criminal conduct disappear through the county's Personnel Board. 

At the core of the corruption is the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office where the Director of Victim Services, Kasey Halcon, is reportedly working on a " catch and kill" program designed to silence victims seeking help in the county's family courts. 

Halcon reportedly has accepted cash as well, in return for turning the other way when it come to investigating the county's non- profit organization, where individuals including Lisa Pott have cheated taxpayers seeking to support victims of teen depression and suicide. Halcon is reportedly working through private attorney Barbara Spector of Los Gatos. 

Barbara Spector, formerly of Hoge Fenton,  has been caught up in what appears to be a Racketeering Enterprise involving James Towery and Valerie Houghton,  formerly of Hoge Fenton. In a complex scheme that involved judges and lawyers laundering money through the county's real estate transactions, Spector has assisted dirty lawyers converting home equity into profits and untraceable trust account deposits where she is now being paid back with private judging, ADR and mediation assignments. 

Lawyers from the DA's office appear in on the scheme, accepting kickbacks and other bribes, has become a widely accepted practice. 

Lawyers and judges involved in divorce cases are being investigated. For now the top scumbag prize is a tie between Mary Ann Grilli. who was addicted to pain medications for the last five years she ruled in family law cases, and Judge James Towery, who cheated on his first wife Marilyn Morgan. That cheating was carefully documented by a staffer in the office where Towery was partner with his wife and her father. 

Towery, then joined the Santa Clara County family court where he continued his abuse of woman, and distain for men who were not cheats like him. 

Other judges implicated in the real estate scam with questionable mortgage payoffs include Judge Patricia Lucas, Judge Vincent Chiarello and recalled judge Aaron Persky. 

Contra Costa parents successfully gathered enough signatures to place three judges on a recall ballot, tripling the threat to the security of complicit judges who have been separating and bankrupting families in California's family courts for the past two decades.. 

Joined by children who are the product of divorce in Silicon Valley, activists are turning their attention back to Santa Clara County to focus on Judge James Towery, Judge Joshua Weinstein, Judge Stuart Scott, Judge Cynthia Lie, Judge Lori Pegg and Judge Roberta Hayashi who have pandered to corrupt lawyers and loyalties over families they are elected to serve. 
Weinstein , who has returned to the family court after corrupting criminal cases, is a new focus of social media hit pieces.  He is quickly getting a reputation for rigging divorce cases and favoring lawyers after he has been seen regularly with James Towery, the most corrupt judge in Santa Clara County. ​

Santa Clara County has been violating ADA laws and victims rights for decades. Judge Mary Ann Grilli was previously sued for her unconstitutional conduct, and Grilli's favorite divorce lawyers; Bradford Baugh, Hector Moreno and Valerie Houghton engaged in rampant tax fraud, as well as abuses of appointments for private judges, custody evaluators and minor's counsel.

Judge Robert Hayashi  and Judge Lori Pegg have been drinking from the same water cooler with Towery and Jeff Rosen's wife, Amber Rosen, excepting that disregard of the law would be protected based on the good old boy network operating Silicon Valley Courts. In return, Jeff Rosen has given judges a free pass on public corruption and taxpayer waste investigations. Front and center in the cover up is Jeff Rosen's top prosecutors including David Angel, John Chase, Jay Boyarsky and even former reporter and public information officer Sean Webby.

One victim of attorney Nat Hales described who  Hales, along with other divorce lawyers including Michael Smith, Neville Spadafore, Robert Redding, James Cox , Ed Mills and Irwin Joseph have rigged divorce cases, bankrupted families and promised favorable outcomes for sex and cash payments in Santa Clara County divorce cases through private judging cases that gouged families and children for hundreds of millions of dollars. 

Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen has prosecuted parents for minor child support and custody violations, while he ignored systemic corruption in the county's family courts. 

Victims subjected to years of abuse by divorce lawyers overcharging, selling homes and raiding retirement accounts and who were ignored by mainstream media have turned to social media and memes to tell their stories and expose corruption.

Susan Ellenberg was like many other women riding the #metoo movement into historic midterm elections. Promises of big changes made in 2018 fell short when Ellenberg cast her first votes in 2019 and demonstrated her loyalty to lawyers including divorce attorney Walter Hammon  who was front and center in Ellenberg's campaign. 

Walter Hammon is a "clean-up" divorce lawyer, retained by the most nefarious  spouses divorcing in Santa Clara County. Most recently Hammon represented an employee of the Santa Clara County District Attorney, Jeff Rosen, where Hammon's client  reportedly sexually harassed a subordinate, sending  two families into the local courts. Hammon reportedly took the case as a favor to Rosen, and to hide the settlement the county made with the employee in 2018, just before a 2019 law would require the case to be fully disclosed. 

Divorce lawyers Sharon Roper and Valerie Tarvin reportedly cleaned up the other divorce arising from the DA office scandal, where the husband, an employee for Uber, was suspected of abusing his immigrant wife after he learned of her infidelity. The divorce was quickly settled up and the settlement with the county kept secret. 

Santa Clara County employee Terry Harman has been covering up sexual abuse and harassment in the DA's office for years. Harman reportedly threatened  employees who tried to speak up and ignored complaints from the public brought directly to the DA, or through the county's Whistleblower program. Harman also reportedly helped cover up sexual abuse claims against Dominic Caserta who ran against Ellenberg andwas reportedly " outed" as a strategy designed to assure Ellenberg's win. 

Hammon, whose sons work for criminal law firms and hold leadership positions in the State Bar, is being investigated for RICO and Antitrust activity along with other lawyers from the county.  Hammon, who opposed Bradford Baugh and James Mc Manis for show, has  also been linked to Rebekah Frye and the Los Gatos police, where domestic violence is falsely charged,  or carefully covered up,  for the right price. 

Frye has also been linked to drug deals involving local youth, some of whom Frye knew faced financial problems because of their parent's divorce. 

Walter Hammon is being investigated for collecting campaign donations for Susan Ellenberg in a manner that violates the Political Reform Act and that included his Trust Account, Hammon reportedly  collected and donated cash that was not reported on Ellenberg's campaign forms. 

Parents in the county worried that Ellenberg's close relationship with Hammon would prevent her from helping families struggling with the county's family courts and complicit District Attorney, out of the gate Ellenberg may have demonstrated parents should have been worried.

Looks like Facebook and privacy issues can be blamed on the crooked lawyers who acted on behalf of Mark Zuckerberg and U Conn, mainly James Towery, who had moved on to California's State Bar, and locked up the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office which allowed Facebook to violate privacy and incite conflict in divorce cases.

A startling number of court orders show judges ordering one parent to not post on Facebook, or share photos of their own children when they are involved in a custody case.  More alarming are the number of subpoenas and search warrants that have been served on Facebook, a court process intended to criminal parents for using social media other parents use freely. 


Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen has a history of seizing online information to reserve engineer crimes that  benefit his political career.  This happened as Rosen's office prosecuted the Saratoga High students during the investigation of Audrie Pott's death. 

Leaked records show that Rosen used the Facebook pages of former 49er Ray McDonald to stalk victims of 49er football players in an effort to " clean up " claims of sexual assault and domestic violence that would tarnish the reputation of the 49er;s who moved to Santa Clara in 2015.

Lisa, Shelia and Larry Pott have also used an abuse of process to stalk Michael Larazin's  social media accounts, falsely claiming  that  Michael acted under various fake names on Facebook.  

Court orders show that family courts have been prosecuting parents for Facebook posts in a manner that is more than alarming. Those parents are now using Facebook, and other social media to investigate lawyers who incite such ridiculous conflicts in divorce and custody cases. 

For decades parents in family court complained about judges violating the law, separating families and acting in a manner that should have removed them from the bench. That time was a heyday for judge crimes and judicial misconduct. 

Parents had no idea where to complain , or who could help. 

Since 2010 the ubiquitous use of the internet has helped these parents to organize. To find others. They have started websites, and blogs. They have flooded social media groups, online chats and Instgram. They have even used anonymous names on popular video games to communicate with children judges kept them from. 

Now the children are growing up. They are speaking out, they are searching for parents they lost through legal abuse and where judges abused their power. 

California's State Auditor  is now monitoring complaints and Victoria Henley the WoMAN who blocked these complaints and protected bad judges will be called to a special place in hell. and jail, for what she has done to families and children.

Parents ignored Judge Lucas' FAKE  Order as they blasted the San Jose Family Court with Megaphones , Picket Signs  and Christmas decorations in an effort to bring media attention to how California Courts are harming families. 

When the parents  left, on the last day of Hanukkah, they left a decorated  Christmas Tree filled with ornaments in memory of children who were killed, committed suicide or taken from their parents because of family court judges and corrupt divorce lawyers. 

These parents have been protesting the courts for months. Often led by Scott Largent and Michelle Chan with mighty megaphones, the parents are not backing down on getting their voices heard and media attention to the courts. 

Scott Largent was arrested last May for using a toy megaphone in the exact location of Monday's protest,  but Santa Clara County Sheriffs have reportedly backed off as Sherriff Laurie Smith refuses to enforce what many believe is an unconstitutional order issued by Judge Lucas to silence protesters during the Persky recall. 

Judge Persky was recalled in June 2018 and is now trying to get donations to pay legal fees that are a fraction of what many parents paid to get divorced in his court. 

Meanwhile, lawyers inside and out of the courthouse have become aware of criminal investigations that could get many divorce lawyers disbarred and judges removed from the bench after a link to Judge James Towery and DA Jeff Rosen reveals pressure on the San Jose Mercury to not cover family court issues date back to Rosen's 2010 election. 

Michael Lazarin was present at the protest, as he continues to fight to raise awareness related to issues involving domestic violence, which impacted his biological daughter, Audrie Pott, who committed suicide in 2012.

Lazarin has been legally abused by Lisa and Larry Pott. the greedy evil step parents of Audrie, who made a fortune off the young girl's death. Many  in  the upscale Los Gatos community believe Lisa and Larry  used Audrie's  death for greed and profit. 

Sheila Pott , Audrie's mother,  is reportedly being investigated for tax fraud and criminal charges related to claims she  assisted in an unreported campaign donation to Jeff Rosen through here real estate lending career. The Potts reportedly used private lawyer Robert Allard to arrange illegal  payments to Rosen that were not properly reported during Rosen's 2014 campaign for re-election as Santa Clara County District Attorney. 

Also present at the protest were family members of Alycia Mesiti,  the young girl whose mother and aunts could not afford to protect her in family court, where Judge Persky and Judge Chiarello   refused to follow the law and gave custody of Mesiti. and her brother. to their father, despite his criminal history of abuse and refusal to pay the most basic child support. 

Several protestors had been victimized by divorce attorneys Heather Allan, Hector Moreno, BJ Faden, Jessica Huey, Valerie Houghton, Walter Hammon, Leah Amini, Elise Mitchell, Sharon Roper  and Bradford Baugh, lawyers who are currently being investigated  RICO activity where they obtain court orders to send kids to supervised visitation centers or reunification camps where many local judges and lawyers have a financial interest.  

The protest included both mothers and fathers who are united  in exposing family court corruption where  greedy divorce lawyers are appointed to represent children, and fail. And where corrupt judges use  Kids for Cash to the lawyer with the most cash and favors. 

California's Judicial Council has tried to silence these protestors for decades. Rumor has it they are frustrated the parents in Santa Clara County, the county that just recalled Judge Arron Persky,  simply will not go away. 

Silicon Valley artists target Santa Clara County divorce lawyers: Nicole Ford, Elise Mitchell, Hector Moreno, Leah Amini, Walter Hammon Valerie Houghton,  and Bradford Baugh  for failing to protect victims of domestic violence and falsely prosecuting innocent parents in divorce cases to earn more money. Complaints  allege these lawyers have also been threatening the press to keep the 49er brand, and themselves, from becoming "tainted" in the local legal community.  

Domestic Violence in Silicon Valley is at an all time high. Not because parents are more violent, but because divorce lawyers have colluded to grab more money in a divorce case cases using DV as a litigation tactic and local district attorneys have let them. 

Divorce Attorneys Nicole Ford and Elise Mitchell were recently overheard talking about " arm  reduction surgeons"  and laughing about the fees they took in the Domestic Violence case involving former 49er Ray McDonald. A case that is getting a new look after the 49ers fired Ruben Foster following a Florida arrest for domestic violence. 

 District Attorney  Covered Up Domestic Violence to Protect 49er Image

Recently released Santa Clara police body cams show that 49er Ruben Foster got favorable treatment after the Santa Clara County DA refused to prosecute Foster for interfering with the police during a recent DV call.  Jeff Rosen when soft on similar claims that were pending against former 49er Ray McDonald, claims Rosen dragged out for three years and then let slip off into the golden plea deal Rosen is famous for offering high profile abusers. 

Josh Bentley, the lawyer for 49ers,  has reportedly been giving Jeff Rosen kickbacks to keep 49er DV issues out of Rosen's office,  and out of the  media , including by " fixing" stories that appear in the San Jose Mercury. 

Elise Mitchell, Ray McDonald's family law attorney, is a divorce lawyer (who sits on fee arbitration panels for the Santa Clara County Bar Association) was  reportedly using secret deals in fee arbitrations to kickback favors to area lawyers. Mitchell  is also charged with  giving information and kickbacks to keep former 49er  Ray McDonald, out of jail. after he  beat the mother of his child in 2014 and in 2015.

Elise Mitchell reportedly crafted the legal culture of slut shaming victims by threatening the  media to not cover Kendra's story in 2016, after it hit on ABC, NBC, TMZ, and CBS as McDonald was getting favorable treatment before Judge James Towery, a close friend of Elise Mitchell. Kendra Scott is one more high profile victim failed by Jeff Rosen, as Rosen took over the county's Victim Services and panders to his political allies in lieu of serving victims. 

DA Jeff Rosen, and his former assistant,  Kayrn Sininu- Towery have a long history of letting 49ers out of serious charges of physical violence against others,  especially  intimate partner violence. That history led to Sinunu -Towery resigning in July 2013  before she was disbarred. It is no surprise her husband, James Towery, gave favorable treatment to these players in divorce and custody cases. 

Even now Jeff Rosen is reluctant to arrest a 49er who was already arrested in another state, as the San Jose Mercury reports. 

Another link to Rosen, is criminal lawyer Dan Jensen, a lawyer who gets regular referrals from the DA's office and is reportedly is on the referral list for Silicon Valley's high tech companies like Apple, Facebook and Google. 

                                        

                                     ACTIVELY KILLING MEDIA COVERAGE 

Independent news agencies and reporters have been reporting that 49ers, private divorce lawyers  and DA have been using the media to cover up the potential harm NFL players impose in a local community. ( See Tweet of Tim Kawakami back when he tried to cover McDonald back in 2014) .

Retired  49er players report that the 49er management  took  an active role in threatening the victim of 49er Ray McDonald, and regularly trains their players to get consent on their phones so that lawyer Josh Bentley, or Dan Jensen,  can get them out of charges of domestic violence or sexual assault. 


                                  JEFF ROSEN FAILS VICTIMS PROSECUTES PARENTS 

Court papers charge that Jeff Rosen, and the Santa Clara County Independent Defense Office (IDO), have been working to secret domestic violence and false claims of domestic violence back to 2010, when Rosen was running for office. More recently antitrust documents charge that Jeff Rosen has been using domestic violence victims to build his career and cover up real harm.  


                             Violence that Makes Divorce Lawyers Rich

Divorce Attorneys Sharon Roper and Bradford Baugh have been reportedly colluding to use domestic violence to earn more attorney fees, claiming they can earn over $100,000 in a single divorce case simply by adding in a false DV claim. 

DDA Allison Filo (who was charged with trying to send an innocent man to jail for rape), knew of this collusion back to 2013, but was told to cover it up as the Santa Clara County DA's office as the office was under pressure in a high profile DV case, and as the Audrie Pott suicide was being used to make money for some of Jeff Rosen's divorce lawyer friends.

Sharon Roper, a highly controversial court appointed lawyer for children, was recently hired by the Santa Clara County Courts and is charged in court documents as using false claims of domestic violence to profit herself. 

These same court  files charge that lawyers are acting in criminal conspiracies using  domestic violence as a profit opportunity. Recordings and emails that document  this conduct have been being presented to the State Bar for over 20 years, and the Bar has done little  discipline divorce lawyers who are getting rich by claiming DV in divorce cases.

While many people seek to use the legal system and fairly execute their divorce, a small number of people appear to be hiring divorce lawyers to draw out litigation and weave a false domestic violence claim, or pressure real victims to remain silent.  Sadly, good parents who may have had atypical emotional responses during a separation, are facing life time sentences that can impact their ability to work and pay support, none of which is good for children.  

                                        Can Your Divorce Lawyer Go To Jail? 

Most district attorneys refuse to prosecute perjury and criminal conspiracies in divorce cases, which has given divorce lawyers an invitation to violate the law and steal more than just outrageous fees.

An indictment of controversial divorce lawyer, Valerie Houghton, is one of the few criminal indictments charging a lawyer with felony white collar crimes, which include enhancement for stealing from a senior. Houghton was charged in 2016 and has still not gone to trial. Rumors abound that Jeff Rosen has directed the charges against Valerie Houghton to be dropped as a favor to James Towery, a sitting family court judge and close personal friend. Towery reportedly worked on Jeff Rosen's political campaigns , including when Towery was Chief Trial Council at the California State Bar.  

The Houghton indictment is a cancer on the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office. It shows how Jeff Rosen has consistently failed to prosecute lawyers and 49ers as a form of protection and collusion with private divorce lawyers. An illegal protection  that fails victims over and over again. 

​Yep that is the sound of injustice as Judge Pegg openly flits with  Jim Hoover while tossing him more money in fee awards, or as Rebekah Frye sucks up to LaDoris Cordell,  while having affairs with clients and telling them " can't go to the cops because WE own the Los Gatos PD",

Judge Hayashi is from Los Gatos and was secretly recorded at the home of a high tech exec  on Daves Avenue, agreeing to kickback rulings in domestic violence cases that are favorable to the powerful in Silicon Valley.

Santa Clara County has been rigging divorce  and domestic violence cases for over 20 years, and the District Attorney is in on it. 

Victims have been ignored when they can't hire the " right" lawyer, while abusers who hire lawyers like Hector Moreno, Marilyn Moreno , Bradford  Baugh, Frye and Lynne Yates Cater can get away with anything in Santa Clara Family Courts. 

Parents who have been arrested and jailed for not paying child support, for not turning their child over at a certain time in a created custody war are often shocked to find that what should be a simple divorce can turn into a financially crippling court proceeding that can drag out for 10 years, and that can land them in jail. 

Judges who regularly violate due process rights to take money from children do so with the blessing of Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen, whose wife is a judge in the family local court. These judges socialize at a local fraternity called the Inns of Court with lawyers like Hector Moreno, whose son is employed in the DA;s office. 

FAMILY COURT CORRUPTION:
ALWAYS INVOLVES THE LOCAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY & CORRUPT COPS

Orange County voters finally recalled their corrupt DA. His replacement, Tony Spitzer,  is the sponsor  of Megan's  Law , and  he is reportedly focusing initial efforts on CPS as well as  the lawyers and judges who have been harming children in the local family courts. 

In Santa Clara County the corruption runs so deep it can be seen through the misconduct of Allison Filo, a prosecutor who failed in a DV prosecution where she colluded with divorce attorney Bradford Baugh to prosecute for political reasons. Or John Chase, the Public Integrity DDA who regularly gives lawyers and judges a free pass. 

Moreno and Rosen are two government lawyers who have been letting lawyers and judges off the hook for criminal activity. while working to silence parents who are flagged as " troublemakers". 

When complaints to the Commission on Judicial Performance , or the State Bar are filed, the Santa Clara County DA  begins pressing criminal charges to wear out the complaining party.

Protesters who appeared at the front of the family courthouse last June, were targeted by judges and the court's lawyer, Lisa Herrick, as the recall campaign of Judge Persky ramped up during the primary elections. 

Rosen, whose own campaign saw $1 million dollar donation disappear is known to be throwing out complaints against local judges and lawyers to help his own political aspirations. A mole from the Santa Clara County Sheriffs Department has reported that Rosen tried to intervene with the election of Sherriff Laurie Smith, who has called out bad judges and bailiffs acting in family law cases, which Rosen has refused to investigated. 

Parents are being encouraged to take photos  and recordings of judges and lawyers misbehaving on Facebook, in public and at local bars. Judges may not be worried about getting in trouble from state watchdogs, or the local DA, but they have  been very bothered about information appearing on social media sites like this one.

Silicon Valley divorce lawyers have become so confident that they will be ignored by the State Bar that they are now taking to social media in demonstrations that violate every aspect of lawyer ethics and duties. Shame on Ehrlich.  This video only had 203 views when Q posted it, demonstrating the Mitchell Ehrlich  isn't even very good at illegal advertising.  There are other pornographic videos Ehrlich has produced as well, leading to demands that he be immediately disbarred. 

Two years ago a group of photographers captured divorce lawyers associated with the Santa Clara County Bar Association mocking people emotionally embroiled in Silicon Valley divorce cases. Lawyers and judges openly sang about all the money they steal as they separate and destroy families across the county. 

The culture these lawyers have created, has  allowed them to emotionally abuse, sexually harass and outright steal from clients in one of the most corrupt family courts in the state. 

Judge James Towery, former Chief Trial Counsel, of the State Bar,  is responsible for much of this culture. Known for having three divorces himself, Towery was caught at a law firm cheating on his wife, when her father owned that firm. That divorce was silently and quickly settled. Towery has been retaliating against women ever since. 

Female lawyers are consistently awarded less in legal fees before Towery, and if they refuse his sexual advances, they earn even less. 

Judge Stuart Scott, a close friend of Towery's, was seen taking cash payments from Deputy Jack Solario, payments concealed as court reporter fees, but designed for special protection, and sexual favor payouts. 

Fed up with these harassing Judges, a group of court staffers have secretly recorded James Towery calling women lawyers, and litigants " sluts" , " gold-diggers "  and other disparaging names. These recordings are being secretly slipped to trusted family court reform advocates. 

Towery's gender bias is so flagrant that women litigants and lawyers report dressing provocatively to get favorable rulings,  and attorney fees awards,  in his court.  

Towery has also been caught taking bribes of 49er tickets, loan refinancing on his homes through money laundering schemes and  kickbacks  through Hoge Fenton, criminal activity that has been protected by the district attorney, who used Towery in his reelection campaigns. 

Attorney Mitchell Ehrlich, of Lonich & Patton, has been receiving "protection" from Towery and the State Bar, after Ehrlich was known to draft private settlement agreements that concealed Towery's , and other judicial officer's  misdeeds. 

Ehrlich has been seen in local bars owned by lawyer John Conway, where lawyers reportedly arrange  " dates " for James Towery, Stuart Scott, Mark Pierce, and other male lawyers, with women Ehrlich knows are being used in sex trafficking rings.

Q has learned that a group of female clerks, paralegals and lawyers are joining forces  to bring a sexual harassment law suit that may snare  hundreds of law firms, and  lawyers, in litigation that could not only get these lawyers disbarred, but stands to permanently damage their careers.

A so- called public meeting  where Judge Lucas was scheduled to speak was canceled last month  and has yet to be rescheduled as judges and local lawyers dig in to try to influence local elections and stop the embarrassment they faced following the recall of Judge Aaron Persky last June.

As the Santa Clara County Courts prepare to announce new judicial assignments in family court, members of the local Bar association are abuzz with the usual gossip and brown- nosing that will earn them more in fee awards. 

Controversial Judge Pegg is flagged to take over from Judge Emede when it comes to presiding over the county's family court.  Judge Emede began withdrawing from county political committees as members of the pubic began to protest the court and blast judges during public comments. 

Judge James Towery is not scheduled to be rotated out of family court, despite an active  investigation into judicial misconduct underway with the Commission on Judicial Performance. Towery is also named in connection with an Antirust complaint with the California Supreme Court, where documentary evidence suggests Towery has been using the bench to help lawyers launder money through their trust accounts. 

Divorce attorneys Lynne Yates Carter, and Bradford Baugh have reportedly been working backroom deals with Silicon Valley tech executives to scrub the internet in order to help improve Towery's image, and income from the law firm Hoge Fenton. 

Towery is also being sued by a father who claims Towery helped felony indicted attorney Valerie Houghton with an underground scheme designed to steal money from parents involved in custody cases. 

Judge Mary Ann Grilli is reportedly continuing to haunt the hallways of the Santa Clara County family courthouse, [osing  as a settlement conference officer, whom Judge Cynthia Lie reported has been " ineffective in managing the lawyers". 

Judge Weinstein is returning to family court, and is reportedly taking notes from James Towery on how to make money by rigging divorce cases that Weinstein could not do in his prior criminal court assignment. 

Judge Patricia Lucas is reportedly cracking after her two years as the county's presiding judge. She told fellow judicial officers, and local lawyers,  that  public pressure and the mounting criticism she got following Scott Largent's comments as she sat on the Judicial Council, has ruined her career and ability to continue to allow the rigging of divorce cases that benefited so many local lawyers. 

Divorce lawyer Walter Hammon, who was disbarred for stealing client money,  and who reportedly has a drug addiction problem, is banking on the election of Susan Ellenberg, a close friend of Hammon's who is running for Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors, and who would likely block efforts to prosecute Hammon if he were caught up in the current antitrust activity that is being reported to the California Supreme Court.

Ellenberg reportedly had a hand in canceling the public meeting where Walter's son, Patrick Hammon,  was slated to speak after rumors indicated protestors planned to heckle the meeting and the judges who appeared. 

Judge Hayashi was reportedly ranting in court after she learned she would not get the assignment she requested.

At a recent cancer fundraising  drive at the residence of a prominent tech exec on Daves Avenue in Los Gatos, Hayashi was overheard complaining how protestors had tarnished  her political image, based on her connection to Judge Drew Takaichi through  the Korean community. 

Judge Drew Takaichi is being investigated for case rigging in cases involving certain lawyers, including Richard Falcone, whom Takaichi acted with on the Santa Clara University Law Review. Takaichi also has issued rulings in cases that involved public corruption connected to Los Gatos real estate, as a kickback to area lawyers, and Judge Hayashi, a Los Gatos resident. 

Lawyers Bradford Baugh and Liz Goodley are also reportedly connected to real estate scams through Red Carpet Realty , where Valerie Houghton had connections as she acted as custody expert under the radar for Bradford Baugh's partners. 

Judge Amber Rosen, who has decorated her juvenile court with stuffed animals,  has reportedly settled into the new courthouse with a warm welcome from fellow family court judges, as her prior contacts at the Department of Justice, and her marriage to District Attorney Jeff Rosen continues to assure  family court judges that they will be free from criminal prosecution. 

Litigants  outside Rosen's  court have begun complaining of further appearance of judicial corruption and many report  Rosen appears to be wiling to protect Judge Tondreau, who  has destroyed so many local children in his court, using relationships with divorce attorney Rebekah Frye to do so. 

Commissioner Irwin Joseph has been heard spying on litigants in private judging cases he obtained through Donelle Morgan's firm. Morgan has been known to tell clients she could get Joseph to do anything she wants.  Irwin Joseph has been part of the family court corruption since he reportedly became related by marriage to former Santa Clara County prosecutor Alan Nudelman.  

Judge Rudy and Judge Huber are reportedly being shuffled out based on their connection to case culture that is being viewed as intolerable in the #metoo movement. 

Judge Franco, who made some fair rulings, has reportedly bucked to pressure from the gang led by Judge James Towery, and is out of family court next year. 

Judge Stuart Scott is reportedly lying low under the protection of Jeff Rosen. Judge Scott  will remain in family court where he is reportedly continuing to rig divorce cases initially heard by Judge Mary Ann Grilli. 

Cindy Hendrickson, who was elevated to the bench after Judge Persky was recalled, is reportedly stuck in family court, as a punishment for not supporting the NO RECALL efforts of her fellow judges. Many claim she will be hard-pressed to shed her prosecutor culture as she presides over family court issues. 

The court's top management will boast Judge Ryan, a judge who told Patricia Lucas she didn't even know how to use the court's computer system just last year. Ryan will be supported by Judge Zayner, a judge who has been known to be assigned to cases involving local protestors, and those critical of the courts. 

Earlier this week, Zayner failed to comply with the Code of Judicial Ethics, after county Counsel Michael Rossi failed to make an appearance in a case where a self-represented father appeared in a civil matter . In that matter taxpayers have paid for  Supervisor Cindy Chavez, and Supervisor  Dave Cortese,  to obtain  restraining orders against a father,  to prevent him from speaking out about how his family was destroyed by the rulings of Judge Aaron Persky and the misdeeds of DA Jeff Rosen. 

Sadly, Judge Zayner appears to already be onboard with letting lawyers break the law, while parents seeking a simple divorce are punished  for violating the smallest rule. 

The corruption in Santa Clara County divorce courts is being exposed as divorce lawyers with lose lips, secret relationships with judges, and a history secreted from the public gradually begins to become known.

 For decades the leadership in California's  court system has labeled people critical of the courts as " disgruntled", or unhappy with their legal outcomes. Turns out those disgruntled parents were right, the system was corrupt. 

After years of focusing on the He Said. She Said aspect of divorce cases, public attention is now turning to what individual judges, CPS workers and private divorce lawyers are doing to families in the name of the law. 


                              Supervised Visitation Scam  & Scandal 

Most disturbing is a finding that several judges appear to be investing in Supervised Visitation Centers, and Reunification Camps, and then funding those business with referrals from  court orders by judges and lawyers who have a financial interest in those businesses. 

Whistleblowers employed with private divorce lawyers have been leaking information for months. This information includes attorney letters, secret recordings, and  fraudulent billings that reveal trust account violations and investments in these centers. 

In a divorce case it is becoming more common that parents, with no criminal history, are bring ordered to see their children only under supervision. This supervision can cost $50-150 per hour, making it cost prohibitive for most parents and putting a price tag on a fundamental right. 


                                 Parents are not Backing Down 

From protesting in Silicon Valley in the 1990s to recalling judges in multiple counties, these parents are mad and using social media, recalls and complaints to the CJP that is now being audited by the State Auditor based on parent reform groups. 

Reform groups that used to be divided , are now joining forces . Protective Moms, father's Rights and concerned grandparents are turning their attention to state bar and judge complaints. Newsletters and social media continues to provide for the main source of communication, as mainstream media remains reluctant to take on the courts. 

For 30 years family courts have operated more like playgrounds, where the popular kids prevail and the bullies get their way. But with domestic violence claims soaring, and an unprecedented number of parents being put on supervised visitation, the injustice in the state's family courts may have reached a tipping point. 

In Contra Costa  County taxpayers are about to foot the bill for the next round of judge recalls. The recall effort has already established an underground social media news network to stay informed and connected. Judges Fannin, 

After successfully recalling Judge Persky in June of this year. Santa Clara County divorce lawyers are the subject of a new antitrust complaint. That complaint reveals how Jeff Rosen, the District Attorney, has prosecuted mothers for taking $1 from a frozen bank account, as Rosen drove the get away car for   favored divorce lawyers who stole millions of dollars from families through fraudulent  transactions connected with attorney trust accounts. 

In Solano County the DA continues to prosecute perjury in family court cases and in San Diego County, court reformers continue to rallying to remove judges for public corruption.

The recent hearings in Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings brought the media to understand that it is not if women are believed, or if Judge's should have immunity from their personal conduct, it is more about what are we going to do about it when these same issues reach our family court judges. 

Political upheaval that reached the Supreme Court in recent months, just may be the best thing going for court reform advocates. 


                   Judge Lawsuits Continue to Cost Taxpayers Millions

Santa Clara County continues to lead the way in lawsuits filed against judges and divorce lawyers. Judge Patricia Lucas, and Judge James Towery rank top in costs to taxpayers. Many of these taxpayers have tired of paying the costs for bad judges. 

While many of these lawsuits will eventually be tossed out of court, the impact on social media  and in the public domain will likely haunt judges long after they leave public life. 

James Towery is also the subject of a criminal complaint, along with private divorce lawyers Lynne  Yates Carter, Margret Patrick, James Mc Manis, Donelle Morgan, Hector Moreno, Bradford Baugh, Valerie Houghton and Leah Amini. Towery and his cronies could face indictment by a federal grand jury for violating the civil rights of litigants, and  for acting with a corrupt motive to misuse his power as a judge for personal gain and profit.  James Towery's wife, Kayrn Sinunu Towery, is also reportedly being eyed for her alleged criminal activity. Ironic given her connections to Santa Clara University's Innocence Project.
