Caliornia's State Auditor issued a report on lawyers appointed for children during their parent's divorce after complaints from Marin and Sacramento Counties showed lawyers padding thier bills and gouging parents and taxpayers for work that did little for the best interests of children. 

Minor's counsel appointments are the gateway appointment to scams lawyers run in connection with family law matters. A divorce or cusotdy case where lawyers claim " high conflict " between parents will see a judge quickly appoint a favored lawyer as Minor's Counsel in a case. The appointment provides lawyers with immunituy to issue reports and advocate for children. In  reality the appointments serve as permission to bill and bill families until there is no money left in a community property estate subject to division. 

Parents are forced to go into debt in order to pay lawyers to tell them how to feed, cloth, educate and support thier children. Minor's counsel are not required to make financial or other disclosures so they often sit in cases where they own businesses with other lawyers, or the judge. 

It was said that the auditor uncovered the scheme in Marin and Sacramento that had been running as designed by Tani Cantil Sakauye  who sat in family court before the Third District Court of Appeal . She was  appointed as the California Supreme Court Judge in 2011, where she not only did nothing to curb the appointments, she moved thorugh local bar associations and clubs in San Jose , Monterey, LA and Orange County to expand them.

​ In Santa Clara she worked directly with former stte bar Chief Trial Counsel Jim Towery and his wife Karyn Sinunu to expand the corrupt practice of profiting from harming kids and robbing families. 

In Santa Clara, Monerey, LA and Orange County , the small group of lawyers acting as minor's counsel stand as look out for lawyers involved in real estate schemes, charity fraud and the lucrative practice of private judging. 

Lawyers are vetted by how well they will be team players. Then with a few hours of training, they are appointment ready, If they incite conflict suffienctly, they can remain in a case for a decade until the children age out of the court's jurisdciton. 

Elise Mitchell is a Black female attorney in Santa Clara, When the court got pressure for the lack of diversity on the Minor's Counsel pandel, Mitchell was brougth in my Jim Towery and groomed for appointments after she drew in a case where she represented a NFL football player. 

Mitchell then got conencted to the domestic violence scam connected to charties including Women SV, and Judge Cindy Hendrickson who replaced Judge Persky on the bench. Hendrickson and Mitchell's ties to local Catholic Schools saw them grooming cases to send kids to foster care to earn the county more money and net them kickbacks in real estate and dark money. 

As Mitchell suceeeded she was appointed in cases where lawyers playing for the private judge team would defend her minconduct and criminality., Mitchell was awarded a secret real estate deal in Alameda County where she was charged with expanding the enterprise and rewarded with kickbacks for getting Heather Allan, Jessica Huey , BJ Fadem  Eva Martel or Nicole Ford appointed in a case where she represents a client seeking to use the courts to abuse a former spouse or parent of a child shared in common. 

Accounting records accidentially leaked by Mitchell's office, run by her children. show such payments from a grandma, Rosalie Black Baker , and others and how those payments  used to bribe judges in Santa Clara and Alameda. The payments also bribe cops, CPS workers and therapists  who will recommend children are placed in foster care for the right pay off price. 

Mitchell has also assured payments to lawyers appointed in LA and Orange County as an escalation of minor's counsel and cusotdy experts appointments see  judges sending  kids to foster care or charity reunificaiton camps that kick back referral fees to minor's counsel, district attoney election campaigns and judges through real estate schemes.  

Payments  documented between Mitchell and Orange County mnior's counsel Cherly Edgar and Tracy Willis show a pattern that reveals  judges who are in on the bribery scam and benefit from real esate kickbacks.

Payments to Orange County Minor's Counsel Steve Dragna  and Kelly Irwin along with payments to Anaheim police officer Mark Irwin connect the dots of minor's counsel and Disney lawyers who paid off Judge Cowan in the probate case linked to Walt Disney's grandson where Judge Cowan victim shamed Bradford Lund for having Down Syndrome after conserving Lund and denying him the ability to manage the money left to him by his grandfather, Walt Disney.  Like Britney Spears Lund has been locked deep inside LA probate court in a horrifically corrupt  conservatorship. The unhappiest place on earth and just down the street from Disneyland where Disney's wealth was built. 

Attorney Ed Navarro has been dubbed the children's assasssin in Los Angeles County. Ed is regualrly appointed in cases with Dennis Wasser , Lisa Meyer , Christopher Melcher and Ron Brot. . Navarro brings in custody experts and therapists associated with Family Bridges and Overcoming Barriers.. He is also linked to psycologists from UCLA and UC Irvine to  discredit the mental health and sobreity of parents and their children. 

Navarro is known for making the pressure so great, and billing hundreds of thousands of dollars to apply pressure to get parents to agree to use a private judge, with no questions asked. 

Los Angeles County District Attonrey George Gascon  has been seen getting payments in crytocurrency and real estate kickbacks to look the other way when middle class and high asset family law litigants use private judging to cover up fraud and child abuse. 

Noise from parents losing cusotdy of their children has grown louder and has been linked to the noise in the Lund and Spears Conservartorships. As a result reporters from the Los Anegeles Times, NBC, Pro Publica and Wall Street Journal have begun asking questions and making records requests about California's family courts.

​These media requests are said to be reponsible for Chief Justice Tani Cantil Sakauye's sudden annoucement to resign  as the minor's counsel and private judge scams in California's family courts begin to be revealed. 

   It started with a business idea, hire retired FBI agents, federal proseuctors,  government contractors and cops to use modern technology to reshape politics for profit and to corrupt the courts to assure favroable orders and jury outcomes. 

Then came along  Drew Perkins, founder of the dial-up to the internet who gave his attorney Brad Baugh $15 million , then paid James McManis and JAMS many millions more to cover up his divorce, and violence he regualarly exhibited toward his wife and children.  The scam  wound through executives at Facebook, Salesforce, Google, PayPal and other Silicon Valley execs  who wanted to spy on their spouses to keep them in line and to have a nuclear weapon should any of those spouses file for divroce and want half of the community assets. 

It spread to cops, lawyers and judges.  Stanford Law Professor Michele Dauber used her position at Stanford and the #Metoo movement to distract while secretly working  to help the Conservatorship of Britney Spears through the  business known as Kroll, a  business that tracks information on bribery of judges and elected politicans. 

Spying, Invading privacy and datascrapping  information on spouses was the first step. Recording women and children, even in private bathrooms, became critical to the longer plan profit model.  More importantly collecting private and financial information on judges that could be uesd to remove a judge from a case as part of a sophisticated money laundering and  bribery scheme used to rig California's high asset and middle class divorce, probate and conservatorships where Britney Spears was the ultimate prize. 

In the divorce scheme, Kroll  used " consultants" to bring in nannies, housekeepers and caregivers who added to sureillance efforts. Kroll  assured payments to Family Bridges and Overcoming Barriers, charities that operated reunifcation camps and bogus " therapy " to provide judges with reports used in family law cases, while these children were being recorded and montitored for Kroll's next AI project. 

Kroll AI project was funded by venture capitalists who had used Kroll Services in thier own divorce or legal matters, For divorce cases Kroll  uesd illegal  videos  and recordings to create  deep fakes to populate social media and the courts consistent with making profits, shielded from the public oversight and with the help of judges protected by immunity  who have secret investment in Kroll and its affliates held in cryptocurrency. accounts and off shore LLCs,   and  real estate interests that earn them 10,000 times what judges earn as " public servants".

, tFormer FBI agent Sherine Ebadi was overheard stating   #FreeBritney  exposed family court corruption linked to the Britney Spear's Conservatorship and such exposure is a theat to  Kroll investors and the  illicit connection to California's family court judges, 

During the pandemic Kroll suveyed spouses,had them followed and Stingrayed their phones. They used women victims they created to run Honeypot operations to exort traveling businessmen and executives. Kroll had consultants who would follow and ex and use complex harrassment as a modern form of gaslighting. 

For 13 years Kroll did the same to  Britney Spears at the dirertion of her father, Jamie Spears who had been appointed as trustee of the Conservatorship and who will now be deposed and required to produce documents that will expose not only Kroll's operations, but the investors who benefited with LA Attorneys , led by Dennis and Laura Wasser, used JAMS for a civil harrassment case involving Sam Lutfi that was slid into JAMS secret arbitration, just as state bar whisleblower Joe Dunn was a few years earlier. 

Now that Jamie Spears has been ordered to prduce documents and information about Kroll Associates by LA Superior Court Judge Penny Kroll's "Anti-Bribery and Corruption Report 2022 | Kroll," and link to  Jamie Spears becomes more interesting. Jamie's  ex wife Lynn is said to be working with " Kroll " agents  to be desperately destroy evidence. They are reportedly using  hackers and tech businesses that started up  in Silicon Valley with the help of Brad Baugh who first connected to Kroll investors when he represented Drew Perskins and David Cheriton, both tied to Stanford University. Both men are known as Silicon Valley's deadbeat dads after they both paid their divorce lawyer, Brad Baugh,to fight paying their child support as they were worth billions of dollars. 

FBI agents who had their own divorce cases , or benefited from corrupt real estate fraud to buy their own homes in pocket listings,  are said to be helping in the destruction of evidence that would show the corruption has infected America;s top investigating and prosecuting agencies. namely the FBI and DOJ.  

One FBI agent in an Orange County divorce was recently captured on recording noting regular payments to family court and presiding judges could be at risk  if the information produced were leaked to the press or foreign interests,  

Information scrapped from the backdoor of Kroll shows there is a longer term profit gola that is far more sinsiter. 

The agent reported to a close family member that she was aware that Kroll was working on an AI project at the direction of  the Britney Spears Conservatorship and with the help of NFL insiders seeking to discredit women making doemstic violence and sexual assualt claims against their players. 

The  project includes  using AI and recordings made of Britney on stage and in her most private moments to create  deep fakes for virtual interviews, concerts and public appearances such that Britney Spears would no longer be physcially needed. The plan was already playing out when Britney's appointed attorney, Sam Ingham was removed following protests and a leaked courtroom recording connected to the movement and protests in LA known as #FreeBrtiney. 

The Kroll plan had always been for the conservatorship to  continue to profit from copyright protections that would continue to generate  money for Lou Taylor , Sony , Tri Star and a host of dirty judges and private judges in on the scam, and all mostly working for JAMS. 

Jamie Spears is said to be worried most about the video and audio recordings made of  his daughter, but that worry is said to be offset by recordings of judges on the take who will never let the information fully come forward.

Accountings of payments and bribes  were documented in the Mitchell Papers after  attorney Elise Mithcell left secret documents   at a private  Catholic high school where she operated underground referrals for high asset divorces  with family court judge Cindy Hendrickson , who replaced Judge Persky on June 5, 2018, following a recall campaign led by Stanford Law Professor Michele Dauber and Jennifer Higgins Bradanini , founder of the San Jose Women's March. 

CPAs Andrew Hunt, Charles Burak, Sally White   and James Butera are known for billing average divorce clients $100,000o and more for doing work most CPAs do for $5,000. However, in a divorce  case where a private judge from JAMS is used,  and wealthy husbands have something to hide from spouses and the IRS, they bill up to  $1 million in divorce and probate related fees.  All with immunity if the private judge appoints them as a " court witness" . and with litigation priviledge if they don't .

Leaked datascrapes show these CPAs not only likely failed their ethics exams, they are performing " pro bono" accounting work for Kroll  in exchange for ownership interest to provide and keep  information and/ or  data on California's state court and private judging bench. All critical for a  complex case rigging scheme being developed  by Kroll investors as part of a long term plan to use AI to do the job of America's courts through the private judging busienss known as JAMS.  

In order for AI projects to evolve, districtions created by infighting are necessary, hence the recent Supreme Court Decision in Dobbs, as well as many others that have incited anger in nearly every political,  social , professional and legal community.

CPA Drew Hunt's cryptocurrency accounts appear to be  connected to payments made on behalf of California's most "prominent" divorce lawyers to  Santa Clara, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County Superior Court Judges Emede,  Peter Kirwin, Jim Towery, Patricia Lucas, Mary Arand, Beth McGowan,  Carol Overton, Ted Zayner, Erick Larsh, Maria D. Hernandez, Jeremy Dolnick , Brenda Penny , Christine Byrd, William Dodson, Shelley Kaufman  and  Judge Nathan Vu, with many others detected in datascrapes of Kroll and JAMS backpages and virtual hearing recordings conducted during the pandemic. 

Larsh appears to be being paid large amounts of crytocurrency funneled to him through Tom Tuttle,  and , Jeremy Dolnick's brother,  Keith Dolnick. These payments are not on Larsh's Form 700 disclousure forms. Payments to Larsh, are similar to payments to Judge Zayner through his wife, and are designed to help dark money investors connected to Stanford University obtain access and use to confidential and sealed records contained in California's Public Courthouses. 

Two decades  ago , former state bar employees Joe Dunn and Jim Towery stated a war around protecting California's most corrupt and troubled lawyers,  That protection saw the rise and fall of Thomas Girardi and all of President Trump's lawyers. 

Now those lawyers, led by Jack Trotter , and Girardi's agents are trying to scrape your data with the help of public court judges. With no notice to consumer, a Sanra Clara Superior Court judge began a local appoval process that  allows JAMS to access court files. Access not given to any other business or law firm.  If true, it would mean public court judges are selling off private infomation contained in custody and divorce files,  even when those records are sealed or confidential.
